Had a great time!
-
The room was clean we had a balcony and were on the train side. The pool was not close by so we didn’t utilize it and it was always crowded when we checked.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach was very nice. Room was nice and clean.

The rooms were spacious and the staff was very nice. It’s right in the beach and has access to a few pools which was nice. All of the attractions and activities in the area are within walking distance.

We had oceanfront rooms, but could not see the beach because there was Cottages in front of it…however we were very close to beach!!! the path to the beach was right in front of our room! We got there at 1:30 and were able to check in even though the check-in was at 3:00. The check-in receptionist was very sweet and the process was quick. We asked for a microwave and got them right away. Our room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had no complaints.!! I highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Old Orchard Beach

The room was pretty outdated. Our room was not as expected and for the price, we were disappointed. We had a few issues with the room. The staff was extremely friendly though. The beach was very nice as well.

Nice to be on the beach with a decent view from our room. Furniture did not fit well, and was beyond shabby. 2 huge TVs. Would have preferred enough chairs for 4 people (room was 2 Q) to sit at the table to eat or play cards, and no TV. Kitchenette worked ok, microwave by request, maybe tv vs chairs could be by request too. We had rainy days and don’t watch TV. Parking was tight even with the $20 per night overflow lot. If you get back late, you are not getting a parking space. We got back late one night… train goes through many times day and night. Whistles. If you are bothered by such things… convenient walk to restaurants, shops, town, the amusement park and the OOB pier. Fireworks on Thursdays, rain or shine. Staff was very helpful, they found us more chairs, remade our bed when a water bottle tipped over while we were preparing for the beach, happily brought us more towels. Lots of kids, good beach for sand castles and pools. No shells or rocks, a bit of seaweed one day.

I guess my biggest concern was the hot tub. I feel that all hot tubs should be Adult only! And kids need to be supervised

location

The location is great…a bit of a walk to the pier and rides but totally doable! The beds were comfy, linens were great…my only gripe would be the floors. Clearly they hadn’t been mopped and they had sand on them when we walked in. I did discover a broom in the closet the morning we left so if I had known that I could’ve swept them and it would’ve been great.

We missed having a microwave oven in our room. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay.

This day was nice room was clean. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no lights in one side of the room.

Très bien située près de la plage, mais près aussi du chemin de fer. La cuisinette n’a pas de micro-ondes, mais sinon elle est très pratique. À 10 minutes de marches du boardwalk. Parfait pour les familles avec les piscines.

Great location and the staff is very helpful. My only complaint is that the parking for building e is not good, difficult to find a space. I did not have this problem last year when I stayed in building h . Otherwise everything was great.

Room was pretty clean but the shower wouldn't turn on. After two calls for maintenance, it took two of them to "fix" it. Next shower, the handle to turn from bath to shower blew off and water came right out of it. Three hours later it was "fixed" again. Same handle. No maid service, they left a bin of towels outside on the walkway. Guess it was self service. Super busy place, parking was next to impossible anywhere near your room. Two mini fridges in the room, one froze everything in it and the other wouldn't get cold enough. Can't say I would stay there again.

The only negative was that the WiFi was very spotty and we couldn't use our Roku with the tv. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful, and the amenities were wonderful as well.
