I loved the friendly staff, the great location and the fact that they had multiple pools.

The pool was nice. it was close to the beach. Staff was friendly. I rented a room with a Queen bed. Got two double beds instead. Was so uncomfortable to sleep on.

Great location. Amazing views. Wonderful staff. Rooms need maintenance and upkeep. Sliding screen door broken, shower doors didn’t roll correctly, none of ports worked in charging device. Didn’t have separate seating area as advertised. Not very good for the price.

Upon arrival the room I booked was not available. putting me out for sleeping arrangements in a few different ways.They told me next time make sure its confirmed when booking to which I replied I did! no offer of any type of compensation for their mistake. not helpful.

We LOVED staying at waves. Building D beach side was basically ON the beach, steps from the pool, and only an 8 min walk downtown. Absolutely perfect family vacation. The room was not that nice, but it’s a beach motel and we weren’t in it much!

I like being steps from the ocean Our 1st night our air conditioner didn't work so staff moved us to a different room. We had to move 4 times in a 24 hour period which was exhausting especially being seniors. But overall staff was able to make it right by discounting our stay
