Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything was impeccable—the hotel is beautiful, spotless, well-organized, and extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this hotel as our first choice for anyone looking for an outstanding place to stay. It was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be coming back many more times! Thank you for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay. Pool and Beach were great. Great location.

Great spot to walk to the beach and able to enjoy the pool! The beds were great and the staff was very nice!! During the day the room was hot that the AC couldn’t keep up but cooled down nicely during the night making it a comfortable sleep! The paint was peeling at the bottom of the shower tub, room was very hot when checking in.

The property is well maintained with access to multiple pools and a hot tub, and the location/room were perfect for our trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and the AC was fine, nice efficiency kitchen and good size refrigerator. The staff was awesome, I mostly talked to Simon at the pool and he was a very nice friendly person. I highly recommend this hotel and it was an easy walk to the town pier. Parking was great as most of the spots were under the building and shaded.

Great beach view, pool is smaller than i thought it would be.

Fantastic location close to beach and a nice 5 min leisurely walk to the pier where all the food and shopping is. The swimming pool and the hot tub was also awesome. Really liked the separation of sleeping area inside the same room. The only negative was the small bathroom and outdated furniture and stuff, which made me give the 4 rating. Otherwise very good place.

Even with cloudy, drizzly weather we had a fabulous stay and were able to keep our toddler entertained! We were able to use the heated pools and hot tub and being so close to the beach was nice because we could walk over to play in the sand and see the ocean without it being a big deal. The distance to the center where the rides and pier and arcade are was perfect and we were grateful for the market and coffee shop right there on the property!

Came for a short weekend stay with family of 4. The room was a good size. The location was fantastic - steps to beautiful beach and easy walk to the pier with amusement park. The ocean view from our room was obstructed by one of the cottages and the property is older, but the beach location made up for it. We also enjoyed the beachfront hot tub and heated pool. Check in and out was easy.

The location to the ocean was great. We had room 85 - facing the beach directly. This was amazing for sunrises and hearing the waves at night. The actual room itself was ungodly tight. The only room to walk was literally along the sides of the bed. The bathroom was so small you could not shut the door with out having to rub your legs against the toilet. Thankfully the bathroom was clean. The “kitchenette” is the size of one you’d find in a pop up camper- don’t bother bringing anything to cook. It would be impossible. There is a mini fridge though. It seems they converted a one bed room that had a sitting area to a two bed room with no place to do anything else but be on the beds.

Room was nice but could use a microwave instead of cooking griddle. Patio was iffy. Could use updates. Staff super nice!

I would have given this two stars if it wasn’t for the location. The front desk staff is nice. I booked an ocean “front” room which based off of the photos should have been what it says. Instead we had ocean “view” but were right up above the pool which could be noisy and not private. Our first day we asked for more towels and no one ever brought any. Left our maid service sign out both days, no one came to clean. Second day someone left some towels in the room but that’s it. Our deadbolt lock was broken which is a huge safety issue for me and having two children. Our sliding door was broken and didn’t close all the way. Very, very outdated property. Close to train tracks so you hear the train every few hours and over night. The location itself is great it is a walk to everywhere and right on the beach. They did credit us 20% for not being the room we had thought we were getting which was nice. The beach access is right there. I did also like the shallow part in the pool for my little ones that just want to play in the water but can’t swim yet. But the rest of it makes me say I would not stay here again. Needs some serious updating and maid service to come.

My kids snd I enjoyed our stay. Bring ear plugs as thevtrain runs all night. The beach access was amazing and the walk into town was perfect. We would stay again.

Ocean view They said the pool was heated, but it was not in the Jets for the hot tub was not working correctly and the lighting in the hotel room was so dim

Beds were comfortable, the balcony was nice, and it was right on the beach. Parking filled up fast at night we almost werent able to park, LOUD good lord you could hear everything from other rooms, the sliding door was heavy and very hard to open.

Always enjoy spending time in Maine

The location is good as it was right on the beach with easy access to the water. The pool was open until 10pm but there was no lighting. The curtains and the bathtub in the room were disgustingly dirty. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. Overall I would not choose to stay here again.
