The Inn at SOHO Square

Great location a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The only downside is that it could be noisy at times due to its close proximity to the street and local attractions.

I would not stay again. It was fine for our short trip. The vanity had hair on it all over the door. The train right behind the rooms was not ideal.

Dirty shower Mould And they did nothing when I told them. I couldnt shower and im still congested/breathing badly from the mould

Walking distance to the beach, however the train runs directly behind the building making it shake when it goes by. 3 bars across the street makes it great for adults.

This place needs a good makeover. The toilet paper roll holder was about to fall off the wall. There was barely any hot water in the sink. Some in the shower. The cabinet under the sink was off kilter. The table was very wobbly. There were no curtains on the windows except for mini blinds that were in rough shape. You were woken up by the sun coming through the blinds. The mattress sounded like they had paper in them. Very noisy. This is a good place if your coming to party at Old Orchard Beach and just want to get drunk and crash. We've stayed here the past 2 years, missed a year and back for our third and its now looks like crap.

Good location, but that was it. Mattresses were terrible and the trains (tracks right behind the hotel) made the whole place shake. Window shades would not not keep out the street lights.

to the beach. It is basically a summer destination but also good for a stopover on the way to northern Maine's many vacation spots.

The location is Great....Rooms are dated but fine....Amtrak train is right behind the Inn so some people probably will not like that....Would stay there again

Black mold in the the ac and when turned on shower it smelt like mildew

If you're a light sleeper, you will have trouble with the trains passing thru the night since the tracks are right behind the place; also, there's quite a lot of noise from the pub across the street. Room itself could use a few touches, like a place to put clothes, wet towels and toiletries in the bathroom (no hooks or bars) and insufficient light in the room--no bedside lamps and only a small overhead light to one side, which made reading hard. The small table provided was a bit rickety and unbalanced.
