I stayed on 6/29-7/1 with two separate rooms for our group. Both rooms the bathroom door would NOT shut, first two hours of my check in included the bathroom door being taken off and per the maintenance guy to “cut off the bottom part of the door” I would expect them to get a new door for my stay but maybe a new room some sort of accommodation for the inconvenience. The AC and/or room was so dusty and dirty I woke up both nights with asthma attacks having to use my inhaler. Not to mention we were advised AFTER checking in that there would be a power outage from 9-1 the following day luckily it did not happen but there was no communication that it wasn’t moving forward so we ate/gave away most of our refrigerated items so they didn’t go bad. Terrible communication from the staff, dusty/dirty rooms, & WiFi didn’t work 80% of the time. No one asked how our stay was when we checked out otherwise I would’ve voiced my concerns then.

Great place

Really nice location, close to everything. Only downside the sink wouldn’t drain. I would definitely go back.

Perfect location

It’s a great stay for a night small rooms but the pool was amazing only thing is the shallow end is 5ft the middle is 7ft and the deep end is 9ft incase you have smaller children but everything else was amazing and so close to the beach I rate 8 out of 10

The room was clean, bathroom was clean but shower drains slow, soft towels, great water pressure, parking was easy, beds were ok. The front desk was not staffed at all times so check in was slowish, I needed to call and checkout before 8am they didn’t have anyone at the desk which made it confusing on where to put the keys.

Hotel seemed clean. Had no idea where the pool was located. Train that runs behind the hotel was startling. Drunk people screaming outside our window all night. Beds are very uncomfortable. Lights outside our room were very bright at night making it hard to sleep. Best part about the room was how close it is to the beach. Not a great place if you have kids with the drunk people at night yelling.
-
Great spot near everything. Easy check in and out
-
If you like trains this place is for you. In all hours of the night it comes thru, shakes the building. Bars near by are loud, a lot of drunk people.

There was no way we would have gotten any rest with loud noise from the park and people hanging outside the rooms. Plus I was uneasy with so many people outside the door. The rooms were on the street level so anyone could have pushed there way into our room. I chose not to stay there even though the room was paid for.

Nice, quiet, centrally located hotel
-
But the beds aren’t comfortable. The carpet is such a bad idea with the humid weather abd the sand from the beach. The electric outlets in the room are loose, the mini fridge kept shutting off because the plug wasn’t okay. If you are not looking for comfort, but just a great location, this is an okay choice.

All around a pleasant stay, once you navigate the check in adventure. Check in at Royal Manor. Soho is a hundred miles South. Soho bar across the street is cool for a nightcap. Get Lolita to make you a double Tanqueray and tonic with EXTRA limes. Tip heavily... you won't regret it. Beware of touristas with jealous mates.

My bathroom was not clean and towels had been used and were dirty.

Had a decent time during our stay, staff was excellent in having us do the check in process remotely as we couldn’t make it in before the office closed, really don’t have any bad to say other than that it was wicked noisy and we didn’t get a ton of sleep because of the nearby bars etc but decent for the price.the parking was a nightmare though.

Friendly staff close access to everything

The new owners have done some lovely updates around this place. The young man working the front desk was super helpful as well. Just a short walk to downtown and the amusement park.
