Mt Royal Motel

Rented a room with a kitchenette all we got was a Hotplate little misleading there website

Parking was easy. Not all outlets worked in room.

The motel is so close to the beach and pier.

Room was fairly clean, but the floors were always sandy, but it will be that way, but no broom to sweep it up, either. Nice fridge, and microwave, Keruig machine was broke, so it had to be held to get a cup of coffee.. This met our needs for th 2 nights, but not for a 2nd stay.

Everything was great except for the bathroom. Need some repairs ! The shower was broken.

Pool was sketchy, didn’t have a chlorine smell so that made me feel like it wasn’t cleaned, listed as heated but I’m sure it just sits out in the heat. Other than that room was fine only thing that stood out was the bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned.

Very close to the beach & attractions Bathroom was moldy/dirty. WiFi very spotty. Lots of hanging wires on the walls. Lights flickered when using a hair dryer. Sheets/towels scratchy.

The location was probably the best feature to this hotel The room was extremely small. And all of the furnishings were really outdated. The tv was extremely small and only worked after paying for it. The beds were very springy and uncomfortable as well

Great price . Direct access to the beach! Walking distance to the pier actually the closest it can get. I was able to stay parked after checkout to enjoy the rest of the day at the beach

We've stayed at this hotel in the past. Always great to be so close to downtown OOB and not have to drive anywhere to get to places. Had to ask for extra towels.

only thing good is the location everything else is not good would not recommend The room the beds are horrible not enough towels to even shower no housekeeping and not good customer service
