The Landings Inn and Cottages at Old Orchard Beach

Price was fair property was clean. The man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The owner is a nice lady who stays on property i believe. Its quiet no body bothers you. We were just looking for a place to sleep and go to beach and that's what we got. The cabin was small but we weren't planning on being inside anyways. Its a 10 minute walk to beach and plenty of stores in walking distance. Overall it was great and would do again. We booked online and when we went to office on arrival our papers were sitting on desk waiting. They even let us check in early. Friendly owner friendly manager. Would recommend

Personal privacy, everyone was respectful, helpful and nice! Great walking distance, ACS, TV amenities. Could use more mirrors in the rooms but minor and not a complaint!

The bungalow was very cute and close to the beach. The recommendation for breakfast was delicious. The bungalow itself was super tiny, which was fine, but kind of hard to move around in. I wish they had ice on the premises.

Very quick access to the beach and pier. Friendly and efficient staff who were very helpful.

Location was great. Price was reasonable. Place was older but clean. One of the beds was completely sunken in the middle. Two people could not sleep on it. Very disappointing. Also we thought we had purchased a cabin for the weekend instead we were given a room. No ice machine on the premesis.

Comfortable, clean and owner is nice and friendly. and right near everything. The cabin we had was a little small for 5 people but it’s for sleeping and showering and being out. Would definitely stay there again. We have stayed there 3 times now.

The location was close to downtown. Enjoyed having our own picnic table and BBQ grill. Staff was very nice Cottage smelled very musty

The location The room was way smaller than advertised, it was way too expensive for how small it was.

The pool was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and it was a decently quiet location. The wifi was really rough and the AC unit felt more like a fan.

Being in walking distance to beach. The guy at front desk very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I thought I was going to a cabin. Instead got a regular room. Ceilings were cracked water damaged. Microwave not working fridge worked fine. Floors looked like someone used a crayon on it.

It was close to the beach Our room had No hot water. It was freezing cold. Also there was a used soap in the shower, although how anyone could shower in freezing water is beyond me. There was a wet towel in the corner of the shower. I guess it leaked Needs a lot of updating

We liked the close proximity to the beach. The room smelled instantly of rotting food and must when we opened the door. The room was not cleaned, but the beds were made. still trash in both the bathroom and the main room. dirty rags in the sink and there was no soap in the bathroom. The wood floors had grit and dirt throughout and were sticky. Even if it was cleaned, the mold in the bathroom and around the base boards was gross. With the air conditioner on, it was too cold, but with it off the room was hot, smelly and musty. We left a day early because we refused to stay another night. They also refused to refund me because we used booking.com and it looks to be impossible to get in touch with anyone at booking.com to help resolve the issue.

nothing. we ended up paying, but not staying. room was too small. they advertised cabins which we did not get. they showed a porch with a grill which we did not have. we didn't stay at the location.
