The Landings Inn and Cottages at Old Orchard Beach

Close to beach. Close to shopping and entertainment. I didn’t have a problem with property

Excellent location. Trail by the parking lot leads to the beach.

It was a very good location, but nothing else overly special. It was clean enough but not sparkling. Pretty tight (had to slide the bed over to open the fridge) but we managed as we only were there a night. Friendly staff working the desk.

What a sweet little cabin. It was quiet, clean, and quant. The staff were wonderful. It was perfect location to walk everywhere. The couch/futon was awful. It really needs to be replaced. The bars/springs were coming through and there was no comfortable way to sit on it. May I suggest that you get some lamps or different lighting. Something else so you don't have to use the bright lights.

Staff are pleasant and accommodating. Near to the beach - there’s a short cut. Beds are comfortable. Kitchenette in each room. Bathroom is small and can be updated. Had a hard time with the lock of room 15.

The cottage was cute The bathroom was too small. Couldn’t change in there

location was perfect for me...near beach and shops, restaurants etc. comfortable, all the necessities of a stay; staff went above and beyond as i traveled with my mobility scooter and they immediately provided a tarp for any inclement weather...very friendly....the shower was awesome....water pressure excellent and plenty of hot water..plus location next door to a lobster and veggie stand! the floor needed a good scrub...walked around in my sox and they got quite dirty....

I liked that it was close to the beach, park and pier but that’s the only good part about this place. The place hasn’t been cleaned (ever). Floors were filthy with dust and dirt from previous people. Shower drains were clogged with hair and sand and wouldn’t drain and the air conditioning was frozen solid. They charge a pet fee of $25 a day and they don’t even come to clean (at all). It would be one thing if the housekeeping was actually taking care of the place but they never came once during our three night stay. There was a toothpaste cap stuck in the sink drain from a previous occupant. They market the place as a cottage/cabin however it is a motel…. Pretty misleading. The manager Ron is a nice man however seems like they cut a lot of corners when it comes to hiring proper cleaning services and taking care of the general upkeep of the place. For the amount you pay for this place it isn’t worth it. It is kind of a shame since I figured we would spend a bit extra money for a nice place to stay and this place fell very short of our expectations. Pretty disappointing . I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I LOVED THAT THEY CALLED ME RIGHT BEFORE I GOT THERE TO MAKE SURE I WAS STILL RUNNING ON TIME. I WAS ALOT EARLIER THEN I THOUGHT. OVER ALL WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY EVERYTING IS WALKING DISTANCE. 1000% RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR LONGER STAYS WITH THE FAMILY. EVERY ONE WAS NICE AND IT IS PET FRIENDLY WHICH WAS AWESOME.

Room needs updating, especially shower and bathroom.

Unfortunately it was a Bank holiday weekend and every where seemed booked, so I booked this on line to make sure we had a bed for the night, as we were touring and that's where we were ending up. Well, it was the end of the season, looked like a ghost seaside town, the type of place you'd drive straight on and not stop. Dead now, out of season and probably having in the summer, a lovely long sandy beach. Nice easy check in, very helpful lady on reception.

No permanent HVAC. Bed was insanely uncomfortable, had some type of plastic cover, and was unstable. Shower size was a joke. Counters were old and chipping. In dire need of updating.

The staff are the best on the beach!! Always friendly and over accommodating!!! Thank you for another wonderful summer Ed, Kim, and staff!!! See you all next year!!!! Joanne
