The Landings Inn and Cottages at Old Orchard Beach

Good location Tiny room

Short walk to downtown and beach. In the cottage, had some issues with the tv. Gabby was extremely helpful and got it working right! Sherry and Ron are great too!

The cottage was cute and comfortable for our stay. A little out-dated but we didn't spend much time inside as we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach/boardwalk and other activities nearby.

Close to the pier and the park had picnic tables and a grill The 2 bedroom large cottage is not really a 2 bedroom. Right when you open the door the bed is there and there is no door. Its open into the livinroom area. The bathroom is tiny tiny tiny and the pool was dirty. You can hear the fireworks and the train its very loud

The location was perfect. The room had all the necessities. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Unfortunately it was a Bank holiday weekend and every where seemed booked, so I booked this on line to make sure we had a bed for the night, as we were touring and that's where we were ending up. Well, it was the end of the season, looked like a ghost seaside town, the type of place you'd drive straight on and not stop. Dead now, out of season and probably having in the summer, a lovely long sandy beach. Nice easy check in, very helpful lady on reception.

No permanent HVAC. Bed was insanely uncomfortable, had some type of plastic cover, and was unstable. Shower size was a joke. Counters were old and chipping. In dire need of updating.

The staff are the best on the beach!! Always friendly and over accommodating!!! Thank you for another wonderful summer Ed, Kim, and staff!!! See you all next year!!!! Joanne
