The Landings Inn and Cottages at Old Orchard Beach

Location was good. Close to the beach. The room was filthy. The bathroom floor is caving in. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Half eaten ice cream was left in the mini fridge from the guest before. Big brown stain on the bed spread....we literally used our beach towels as blankets.

The cottage was adorable. The perfect size for my husband, small dog & me. It has the best location. We parked our car in front of the cottage, and walked everywhere during our weekend stay! Due to space limitations the bathroom was a bit small. This is, however, to be expected.

I loved that it cozy and cute and so close to the beach. Convenience is amazing When we arrived we got two rooms for two nights. The adult room had a broken bolted bathroom door that didn't shut well. It also had a moldy shower curtain. Floors still felt sandy like they went cleaned properly. In my childrens room they found a pill on the floor and crushed pill residue in the kitchenette area. Over all yes it was nice but there is definitely issues that needs to be fixed for the price. This is our second year coming here... I will say the first year with the cabin was amazing. I will give them another shot but I would like some issues resolved and wasn't fully happy this stay.

How they want you to realxe and not stress while your there... very accommodating. Could use a little updating in spots. Over did not find anything bad

Check in was easy and the guy was nice The cabins are cute but not overly clean. The 2nd bed clearly had dog hair all over it. The shower was kind of gross. The "walk" to the boardwalk is MUCH longer than stated and is 2 main streets and over the train tracks. The 2 bed cabin is nice but I would love a cleaner place.

Short walk to downtown and beach. In the cottage, had some issues with the tv. Gabby was extremely helpful and got it working right! Sherry and Ron are great too!

The cottage was cute and comfortable for our stay. A little out-dated but we didn't spend much time inside as we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach/boardwalk and other activities nearby.

Unfortunately it was a Bank holiday weekend and every where seemed booked, so I booked this on line to make sure we had a bed for the night, as we were touring and that's where we were ending up. Well, it was the end of the season, looked like a ghost seaside town, the type of place you'd drive straight on and not stop. Dead now, out of season and probably having in the summer, a lovely long sandy beach. Nice easy check in, very helpful lady on reception.

No permanent HVAC. Bed was insanely uncomfortable, had some type of plastic cover, and was unstable. Shower size was a joke. Counters were old and chipping. In dire need of updating.
