The bathroom is very, very small.

Absolutely nothing. The worst hotel experience of my life. Arrived and the office was closed. Only employee went for takeout. He then tells us we have no room because the system overbooked. I prepaid almost $1300! and it was confirmed. He then disappeared and came back saying its no big deal because I'll get a refund and I can book another hotel. I had 4 kids and a dog with me, and purposely booked something in walking distance to the beach. He did not care. Continued to say this wasn't his fault. Claimed he was the manager so I couldn't speak with anyone else. On top of it, the place is a dump. Dirty and old. Looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. Tiny dirty pool. Another guest showed us their room and how dirty and disheveled it was. They said they were denied a refund and we should be glad we got to leave because they had to go to buy candles and cleaning supplies to stay there. Dreadful experience

It being close to Walgreens & The Dollar General so when I needed to buy cleaning products to clean the over a year, multiple guests nasty, filthy room we were put in, atleast we didn't need to go far.!!!! Everything. Where do I start!!!??? The room was beyond gross, the pool so tiny, staff was decent until trying to find an acceptable outcome on the less than satisfactory room #8. Im beside myself

Great location and staff were Friendly and accommodating. Bathroom was too small, dressers smelled like urine. Kitchen area was too small. Photos showed a completely different kitchen area. Some of Dresser drawers were also broken and did not open.

I was not told there was an additional charge for my dogs, per dog, per night until I arrived. The pictures were old or doctored and it was not as nice as the pictures. The Bathroom was SO small that my 6'5" boyfriend could hardly fit. We asked about parking for 2nd car and was told no. However, the kids next door (could have been more than 18, maybe 21) were allowed to have additional cars. They also were partying all night. I called and complained multiple times, and nothing was done until I said I was calling the police. The quiet hours were at 10pm and this was 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm I called the front desk. Marijana was being smoked in a smoke free room next door and was coming into our room. You could hear everything that was said through the wall especially the bathroom. The bed was so old it was held together with odd board underneath and there were springs sticking out. The pools liner was old and faded, nothing like it looked in the pictures. If there was an option to move and stay someplace else, I would have left, but in season that was not an option. DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish I could get my money back.

Nothing that I like The bed so uncomfortable like slept on the rock. My back hurts for days. The room nothing like the picture. The bathroom old and outdated barely sit space to sit on the toilet. The room smells.

If there was a nuclear attack and this hotel was the only shelter, I’d take my chances with the nukes. We checked in and turned around and checked out… it was filthy, there was an old refrigerator under the cooktop that hadn’t removed or cleaned… it was full of moldy water and filth. There was an empty liquor bottle between the mattress and box spring. The hotel offered no refund. I was left with no place to stay and out 200.00 We just left the beach. I am very disappointed with Expedia. I just booked hundreds of dollars with Expedia on an upcoming trip, these will be the last dollars that I spend with this “service.” They failed to fight for us as longtime faithful customers . They have lost me for the sake of 200.00, A drop in the bucket to them, hard earned money for us. They should have done better on our behalf.I understand this was a budget room and I wasn’t expecting a luxury stay, but this was beyond disgusting. Avoid this place!

Perfect location. Upstairs was a bit noisy even after quiet hours.

The property was very rundown and the room was very run down. The mattress was lumpy and squeaky. The sheets were not clean. I found and long black hair when I pulled back the cover. The shower was so disgusting and the towels were stiff. The room smelled slightly of smoke and mold, and one of the air conditioners was broken.

The location was geeat. The bathroom was the size of a tiny shoe closet. The beds need to be updated hard and sag in middle. Needs some updates throughout. We left at 7am because we couldnt sleep in the beds .

The building is not looking the same on the Page vs IRL but if we ignore this the place was okay
