Beach Motel & Suites

I would NEVER go there again the place was filthy cob webs , door screen rip , water didn’t work in the room , the pool was filthy everything was terrible there never again they are still using the original owners pitches because those pitches are night and day from what you literally see when you walk in the door it was so bad that I slept in the vehicle across the street in the parking lot. The only good thing about this place was the location other than that I did take a dip in the pool. My foot got stuck on a wire. Yes, you heard that right a wire from the light hanging out of the pool in the water holes all over the place. It was just filthy. I don’t know how anybody could say that it was a beautiful place there because I’ve asked five people, and they all said the same thing absolutely not.

The hotel room is so outdated and dirty, we paid $500 to stay for the night. Hopefully with the prices they charged for the 4th of July, they can do some TLC this hotel desperately needs.

Me and my wife didn’t like it all. It was dirty, refrigerated had mold on it. We took pictures. And we plan on calling the health department, asking how the past inspection. We gave the keys back and left and tried to get my money back but no success. We booked another hotel which was 100% better

It was very outdated. The room was so tiny. The walls and ceiling were peeling. The shower was so tiny. It was very outdated old not well maintained at all the pool water was all cloudy. I would not stay there again did not look like the pictures.

Unfortunately is Very dirty. These photos are not updated on the website. Terrible , Terrible. Bathroom you barely you can in. 10x10. I don’t recommend this place. :(

There were baggies of drugs outside my door. There was no key in my room I had to wait half an hour to leave so no one would get to my stuff

I contacted the property and never heard back It was 38 degrees at night and no heat or hot water

Location and cleanliness Comfortable

It was a few blocks from the beach and felt like an affordable, decent enough apartment. The bathroom was astonishingly small and the cup of coffee I made was like watered down diner coffee.

Staff was great. Clean rooms and most of all close to beach Nothing bad

Location was great. Walgreens across the road with everything beach. Within walking distance to the beach/attractions. The beds were absolutely horrible. The floor might have felt better. The shower was tiny and not clean. The floors were in poor shape.

It was a great location. I really like how close it was to the boardwalk. The TV wouldn’t work and the room was so small, could barely move around. And the bathroom ? I won’t even go there.

The location was nice and having separate bedrooms was nice. We had issues with the electrical, and the GFI kept popping, and our fridge would go out. This happened multiple times. Couldn't keep anything cold. The bathroom is super small. Absolutely no room to move around. One of the beds seemed to have been broken because it was leaning to one side. Only had one remote for two TVs, which were in different rooms. No extra pillows or blankets available. Charge extra for a dog as well.

Location to the best of Old Orchard Beach Room #1. The bathroom was extremly small. I'm 5'8" and only a 175lbs and couldn't turn around without hitting either the sink, toilet, or door. That's not an exageration! My wife is tiny and could barely move in there. Bed is 1ft from the door.

It was great! Very close walk to boardwalk/ beach.
