Clean, close to pier and local stores

Really need better people skills, rooms smelled awful and bedding was awful , the area was not groomed for a high tourism area

Pool is filled with dirt , bed absolutely sucked, staff are nice, short walk to beach ,room was a single, fridge, bed an kitchen table,, no coffee maker ,,hard to find good breakfast nearby place is wicked friendly

Rag was very friendly and very helpful. It is a great place to stay. Great place to stay on a budget. Nice walking distance for old orchard ⛱️.

It was off-season great place for us To stay for a couple of days very quiet

The room was spotless and had clearly been updated recently. In addition, we were given the iron to leave our vehicle parked there after check out while visiting the pier. I will be staying here while in the area fun now on!

I paid $150/night for this place, which was way too much. Unfortunately, I was looking for a place to stay at the last minute on a busy three-day weekend when demand was high. It is fine for $70, but not $150. It is very basic, needs updating.

I would not stay there again. Our room was dirty and seriously outdated.

my partner and i stayed for a weekend and it was exactly what we needed. only a short walk away from the beach and boardwalk, which saved us $100s of dollars instead of staying right on the beach. this also made it so the property was quiet and peaceful away from the busy beach. we had everything we needed and the staff were so kind and accommodating. would definitely stay here if you're looking for something simple that won't break the bank and don't mind a quick walk to the beach.

I took a family trip with my 2 kids From Canada to Old Orchard and stayed at Atlantic Breeze Inn. i have to say that the owner Raj was fantastic and very attentive to my needs. he set me up with tables and chairs in the back of the hotel so that i can BBQ instead of spending 3 meals a day at restaurants. The rooms were clean and i slept really well. I have to say thank you to the owner for making my stay enjoyable. i will be back next year! thanks Raj

Only thing I could complain about is the key got stuck for a minute when trying to unlock the door besides that it's a great place to stay and an easy and fun walk to wherever you want to go, everyone was very nice.

Needed a late check in which was accommodated with no issue. Upon arrival gentleman was friendly, gave tour of room to make sure it would meet our needs & recommendations of places to eat. Some beverages of water/soda in fridge, place was spacious & clean. We stayed 3 nights for family of 4 & had a queen as well as full bed.

Nice little spot for the price. Owner super friendly and helpful and nice parking a couple mins walk from the beach!

It was clean & close to the beach & pier.

The owner, Raj, was super awesome and kind. The beds were comfortable. There were some stains on the mini fridge exterior and shower wall tile grout but it overall felt clean and comfortable. We were very happy the room had AC, it kept the room feeling nice. And we were very happy to have a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold, especially when we needed to rehydrate after being at the beach in the heat. There was plenty of parking on the premises for guests.

Pretty typical motel, old and dark. Looks crappy and run down when you pull up. Inside the room was better than expected, looked like the room was halfway through a remodel, some things were newer and other things looked original. Manager was nice but talked your ear off and tried to push his personal side business on you (which didn’t seem very professional). Just overall very dingy and old. Probably as good as it gets when it comes to a motel though

Very friendly and accommodating owner. We got in 2 hours after office hours and he waited for us. The room was quiet and the walk to the amusement park and restaurants was 5 minutes away.

The location is great! Rooms are out dated.
