Dock House Inn

Room was very clean and the young man that checked us in was very pleasant.

Front desk guy was awesome. Food was left by previous guests. Room had wasps dead and alive. There was a spider in the bed. Run down and outdated but you get what you pay for.

Location The window near the kitchen would not shut. We were cold and there were no extra blankets. Also the lock on the room did not work correctly.

We were close to everything General dollar , dominos pizza , a dog park and not far from the old orchard beach Noting is was perfect , but you pay extra for pets

There were no breakfasts but we had a coffee maker, microwave oven fridge with freezer and stove to cook our own food. Parking was free and nice. The staff was very friendly and I would like to thank Scarlett for accommodating us with our needs. Always smiling and polite. Bathroom was a little small but by this building's size and age it was acceptable.

Don’t expect much. It’s a maybe 200sqft room with a bed, tiny bathroom and even tinier shower stall. It had good cold AC, good hot shower, and the bed was comfortable though. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but who knows. The front desk lady was nice and super friendly.

room smelled funny. beds are hard. Good for someone just looking to lay their head down.
