There were no breakfasts but we had a coffee maker, microwave oven fridge with freezer and stove to cook our own food. Parking was free and nice. The staff was very friendly and I would like to thank Scarlett for accommodating us with our needs. Always smiling and polite. Bathroom was a little small but by this building's size and age it was acceptable.

Location and parking were ideal for what we were there for. Nothing specific.

The bed was extremely comfortable. I'd like to know exactly what the mattress and pillows were in room #17. It was in great location from the beach. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom floor was disgusting ly dirty. Like old grunge that's been there forever. It wouldn't take much to put down a new piece of, clean linoleum. Not what we were expecting for how much we paid for the room.

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and everything was exactly as expected. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again. Nothing at all. Everything was great. I only forgot my blazer there — but that one is definitely on me, not the hotel.

Had an odor of urine in the room. The bed was comfortable though! The coffee pot didn't work. Also the shower floor was slippery!

Don’t expect much. It’s a maybe 200sqft room with a bed, tiny bathroom and even tinier shower stall. It had good cold AC, good hot shower, and the bed was comfortable though. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but who knows. The front desk lady was nice and super friendly.

Nothing The shower has permanent dirt in it. The sink was crooked on the bathroom wall. There was a used washcloth behind the bedside table. We paid $300 a night for a teeny tiny room, where a month ago we were at a five star resort hotel for $300 a night, and paid the same for a beach front room in FL. For $300 it should have been updated, clean, and top tier, it was not even close. This place was an absolute dump. Holes in the poolside fence. Dingy carpet on the porch, sun bleached worn chairs on porch. Cannot believe we paid that kind of money for such a dingy place. We only stayed the first night because we were so tired from traveling, we left and did not stay our second night even though we were told we couldn’t get a refund because it was so awful. Do not recommend.

Clean and quiet, short walk to the strip, easy to get to. Dollar general across the street if you forgot anything. Decent size fridge that fits a bag of ice. There were not enough plugs or a charging dock for the cell phones.

The wifi was awful, we had to get our own towels. The hotel was very outdated and had a moldy smell.

We loved the pool & the BBQs The location is also perfect. The walk across the park to the main attraction is nice & easy. The staff is very friendly & ready to accomodate your needs. There is a convenience store up the street with homemade food. Landry's grocery store is a 2 minute drive The motel could definitely use an update. It is clean but old & worned out. The single room is a bit small for 2 people.

Economical and location is great. Not a far walk yet just far enough from noise. Staff kindness totally depends on who is working. Like most places. I was fortunate enough to have one lady kindly next me when my room was ready early. She was additionally extremely friendly and helpful. Another lady, appeared to make it easy NOT to accommodate requests. That being said. It did not actually affect our stay. Only a slight damper.
