Don’t expect much. It’s a maybe 200sqft room with a bed, tiny bathroom and even tinier shower stall. It had good cold AC, good hot shower, and the bed was comfortable though. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but who knows. The front desk lady was nice and super friendly.

Economical and location is great. Not a far walk yet just far enough from noise. Staff kindness totally depends on who is working. Like most places. I was fortunate enough to have one lady kindly next me when my room was ready early. She was additionally extremely friendly and helpful. Another lady, appeared to make it easy NOT to accommodate requests. That being said. It did not actually affect our stay. Only a slight damper.

The pool was great. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was super small, no room to really do to your hair etc. the sink didn’t drain

We had the motel unit with kitchenet. The rooms are very small and the kitchen is very basic, make sure to bring your own can opener if needed and cooking oil, salt, pepper etc.. The linens were very clean and for me the beds and pillows were perfect. The location being a short walk to the beach, and leaving the car parked is a bonus. The AC (although just a window unit) worked awesome, it was hot during our stay and the room was nice and cool, plus the consistent white noise drowned out any noise and made sleeping easier for me. It is worth walking up the street to the little market on Saco Ave., they will steam a fresh lobster for you, a must when we go to OOB. The staff are excellent, and don't expect room service. However, if you need anything, they are accommodating. To ensure they are available, go during check-in or checkout hours. OOB is overpriced for what you get. For cheaper you can have a large condo unit on the beach in Florida. That said, I really like OOB. The bathroom is very small, and there isn't much room to put your clothes or towels for that matter. I did find the unit could have used a deeper cleaning under the beds and shower. IF you are offering a kitchen to your clients, a can opener, ice cube tray, and some salt and pepper wouldn't be too much to include. The unit is definitely outdated, and the materials used are cheap, but it is clean. Also, I did not particularly like the taste of the town water, although potable, I would suggest bottled water.

Building outside needs painting. As I got in bed first night there was sand in the bed. Did they change the sheets ? Screen to door would help More lights inside

The pool was very clean. Staff was exceptional and friendly. The location is perfect. The room was not very clean. I always bring cleaning wipes wherever I stay. I used all of them. The bathroom floor was brown and dirty. The bed was extremely squeaky. The microwave was dirty and smelled like fish. For the money it was not worth it to me.

Staff was very friendly Very poorly maintained. Lights not flush to the ceiling. Shower curtain rods are rusty. Exposed pipes for kitchenette sink. Fridge leaked. Our pull out couch “futon” was a very cheap. Would only work for a small child. The room next to us had 3 dogs that barked for hours when occupants weren’t there. Really needed a deep clean.

There's absolutely no place to store clothing... not a bureau or shelves. The bathroom is very tiny and there is no storage there as well. No shelves in the bathroom or in the shower. There is also no place to hang towels to dry. And we needed to hang them since we didn't get new ones each day. The motel has potential but you really need to update and make more storage for guests. Also please make sure to tell guests at check in that you need to ask for towels and to have your trash emptied.

It was clean, refreshed and pet friendly. Pool was clean and refreshing and dog park right next door that my dogs loved

The lady who checked us in was very nice and personable.....
