Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spacious, new and clean. Refrigerator did not keep anything cold - yes I turned it cooler. A/C made the room a refuge from the oppressive humidity but sounded like a washing machine. Staff friendly and efficient. Decent breakfast options. Pool and Spa tub were down but not a deal breaker as we were not there to vacation. Overall a good experience.

Went to the room and there was a wet spot by the bed and the comforter had some kind of stain on it. Sheets and comforter were changed, towel was over the wet spot but still damp. However, the room and bathroom were quite spacious and the breakfast was delicious.
