Front Desk staff was very helpful and courteous.

The room was clean, and it smelt very clean. It was spacious and with a in table so I can eat in bed if I so desire. The bathroom was very large it had a walking shower lots of room and very clean.. It came with shampoo,conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Other item you would normally need. Lol.. except for toothpaste and toothpaste brush. It even had an area for the dogs to do their chores. There was a dispenser poop bags with a garbage can. I rate Hampton Inn 5 star for a dog friendly hotel! The free breakfast came with real eggs ( I think it tasted like real eggs), sausage, potatoes, cereal, waffles, muffins, and milk, coffee, juice etc I will plan to make this Hotel my go to when I visit my family.

All in was perfect

Breakfast was wonderful, staff was extremely pleasant. The room was not so clean. There were 2 fries in separate areas that were left over from someone's previous stay, and we noticed the ceiling of the bathroom shower paint falling off. The hotel does look dated, as if it needs some good renovations. They were also out of hand soap. They gave us face soap to use to wash our hands. Great location but the hotel just needs a lot of love.

Breakfast should have some fruit and toast ( bread, English muffins)

Nice area. Safe for those traveling with family. Breakfast is lacking. Chicken breakfast sausage tasted weird. Felt like it was one step away from being beef jerky, or chicken jerky. Not sure why we can’t just have regular sausage. Orange juice tasted like hi-c (sugar water with orange color) and not orange juice. Cranberry juice was the same. Staff was nice but wish they would smile more. Might make me feel more welcome. Not saying they were rude but rather looked like they hated life. lol. Over all I would stay again. Whoever is reading this, check the toilet. I feel like the bolts need tightened. It was a little wobbly.

Very nice - clean - absolutely no complaints

My children and I enjoyed the room upgrade, the pool and the hot tub. It was really nice and convenient to everything we needed to do. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, accommodating and always had a smile on her face! I’m already planning to come back again!

Nice property.

I liked the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Towels were abundant. Lots of space for toiletries. Air conditioning unit was noisy at all times and a dirty washcloth had been left hanging in the shower rod by a previous guest and had gone unnoticed by housekeeping I guess. I was surprised there was no closet or hangers at all, just there holds in the wall. I asked for a couple hangers at the front desk and they were able to find one. Had a nice dress that needed hanging up. One nasty little surprise in the bill was a $10 fee per day for parking. I was not made aware of that at check-in. Ironically the entire parking lot was nearly empty. It is hot humid summer in Florida. Overall, good. But I can’t say great.

The room was nice and clean and the bed felt very cozy. The front desk attendant was very welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
