Very nice hotel, comfortable room, good breakfast.

Everything was perfect. I only wish the shuttle would go to Clearwater beach and back to the hotel!

The staff was welcoming. The hotel very clean just one qualm, I had the pillows need to be replaced. All inclusive breakfast was a great idea. If you have children , they would love the pancakes , cereal , yogurt , fruit they offer breakfast sausage. Eggs, typical, breakfast food.\would highly recommend and I would stay here again

Interior and exterior were clean. 24 hr coffee machine. Complementary parking. Solid complementary breakfast. Staff was amazing. My flight was delayed. Called desk. They sent a link to check in via text prior to arrival via text. Seamless check in at 2 AM when I arrived. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn express Northwest Tampa. The room was very nice and clean and the hot breakfast was outstanding! I’ve never seen a pancake machine before. Everyone has waffle makers, but this is the first pancake machine I have come across and it was great! The coffee machines brewed coffee by the cup fresh from beans and was also wonderful. The quality dove products in the shower and at the bathroom sink were a really nice treat. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

The carpet in the room needed a deep cleaning.

The rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Our first room, the air was not working well, the front desk moved our room efficiently and upgraded our room to a suite which was nice. Breakfast is decent for hotel food. The elevators are a bit slow.

I feel kind of torn honestly on this review. Upon arriving the hotel was nice and clean from the outside. Check in was easy and the lady was nice. The room was clean. Had a small odd smell, but looked clean. The first impression was good. It was the experience during the stay that was interesting. The first thing I wanted was a coffee from our long day of travel. The packets of cream and sugar were so old that the powdered creamer came out as a compressed sheet of paper. I asked for them to bring new ones. We ended up leaving to grab some and on the way out the receptionist suggested we grab them from her on the way back in. The first day someone came up to clean our room but they didn’t sweep the bathroom floors or leave toilet paper. I believe some of our old towels were re folded as well. The next morning we slept in until 10am. Didn’t receive any room service that day. Had to go down that night and request for clean towels and toilet paper on two separate occasions. Both times a sign saying they were assisting other people was up on the counter. Waited awhile both times for the gentleman to come out from the back. Over all it just seemed a lack of care or assistance from the staff. When we told the ladies at the front desk about the creamer they laughed. The guy behind the desk at night acted like we were bothering him. It’s so unfortunate because I’ve considered becoming a member because my family and I travel so much. I don’t know. It just wasn’t quite what I expected.
