Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa Northwest - Oldsmar by IHG

Breakfast was ok

Hotel is clean, breakfast is great.

Same

Very nice and clean hotel and love how the property around it has shops restaurants ect around it only thing I didn’t like was charging me for my service animal when I never paid for them ever in any holiday inn. Express

Very good

Hotel was very quiet, the beds were soft and comfy and our room was very clean. The pool is a little small but well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Overall we had a great stay.

Loved the location, staff and they have the best housekeepers and breakfast ever!!! A plus is it always smells clean and fresh

People were awesome

Very smooth and friendly check in and out process

Buen servicio , check in simple y rápido , buen desayuno , buen parqueo . Muy bien todo.

The location was good. I did not use the breakfast bar other than a cofee in the morning. It's a fresh brew machine which was nice and good quality - Costa Coffee; however, the room was very basic without any silverware of any kind or a cup for drinking cofee in the morning. The advertised a refrigerator which it had and a microwave, but, no simple plates, etc. When I called down to the front desk the front desk agent said, "oh, you need to come down here to get your plastic plates in the lobby". The room was clean, staff helpful, but, I gave it an overall "OK" stay. When I came down for a snack - the Popcorn was stale and even the "goldfish" were stale. I found this out when I went to my room and opened each of them...then I had to make a trek back down to return them...which the front desk agent promptly did in the sytem. Just a pain....For the IHG team....a bit more attention to detail....oh, another item, when I checked in my room, the key did not work...up on the 3rd floor and I had to make the walk of shame !!! The office manager said the battery must have gone south and she changed me to another room next door...but, come on?

The food was good and pretty standard—nothing extraordinary—but I absolutely loved the coffee machine! It grinds the coffee beans fresh and brews your coffee right when you order it, which made the experience even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel 100%!

Very little options for breakfast.

Exceptional
