The AC was blowing cold air all night long and it was loud too. I actually got sick after the stay. If we turned off the AC/fan, then there was not enough air circulation in the room. I hope they will upgrade their AC.

Really outdated. Bath tub was stained and looked really gross. Bed was horrible. Fridge looked old and had rust all over it. I will never stay again.

Bed a pillows are worn down and very uncomfortable. AC is noisy.

The staff that check me in at 1 am was fantastic. The hotel was overall pretty clean. I got 2 rooms. In one of them the AC was broken and after a day and half they moved me to another room

The room was clean. The some of the stuff I ran in too was friendly and nice.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful! The place was nice and clean! Very quiet and peaceful, which I truly appreciated!! Looking forward to my next visit!

Would stay again

Hotel tried to make it more modern however replacing the bathroom door with a sliding barn door was an error. There was no privacy for that room. The fridge did not work, it wasn’t able to get cold. When we first checked in the keycards didn’t work and we had to get news ones. Which I understand sounds petty but when you are tired and don’t want to have to go back to the front and carry your bags it makes for a large task.

Window shades covered the window providing darkness and walk in shower's are great. Bed was very comfortable. Lights in the room did not work properly and carpet could use a bit of cleaning.

Exceptional value for a clean and spacious room. Kind staff. Quick check in/out.

Clean rooms

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Northwest/Oldsmar from June 26-27, 2026, and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I chose this hotel expecting Hilton’s usual high standards of cleanliness, but I discovered a live cockroach in the bathroom of Room 318. Finding a pest in a room is completely unacceptable and highly unhygienic. I took video evidence of the incident and have contacted corporate/management regarding a refund. I cannot recommend staying here until they address their pest control and housekeeping issues.

Clean room, comfortable bed and excellet parking. Door to bathroom was a thick sliding door that I could hear the next room close late at night?? TV selection was excellent- Very aqnnoyed that I left a wake up call at 3:45am that ever came?? Rushing past the desk after being late for airport they claimed their phone lines went down?? If so why not knock on the various doors??

Our stay at the Hilton was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We were abruptly asked to leave based on a noise complaint that we believe was completely false. We were not given a fair opportunity to explain our side of the situation, nor were we provided with any evidence that we had violated hotel policies. Being removed from the hotel caused us significant stress, embarrassment, and inconvenience. We expected better customer service and a more thorough investigation before such a serious action was taken. Instead, it felt like the hotel accepted an unverified complaint without giving us a chance to respond. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled and do not feel that we were treated fairly. We hope management reviews this incident and takes steps to ensure future guests are given a fair chance to address complaints before being asked to leave
