Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Northwest/Oldsmar

I like everthing, but the mattress because it is too soft. the mattress ois too soft and the pillows too old. The rest it is all good.

It was in a quiet, clean area out of the way, easy to get to other activities in the area

We also appreciate that Gaby at the front desk remembers us from previous visits. That's a nice touch. And Jose in the restaurant is a real joy. He also recognizes us from previous visits and takes such good care of us.

Everything was awesome great experience. The hotel itself was located near shops, restaurants, Publix Supermarket, gas stations. Staff was great, hotel was very clean including the room not to mention very spacious. I would definitely book this hotel again when in Tampa.

Something was weird with cleaning and the hotel stuff. The cleaning stuff appeared early in the mornings, I asked them to come later (asked them the appropriate time). They agreed but never showed up. I asked the front desk to help me with that several times. In the middle of the day the water in my room (and most likely not only in my room) was turned off approximately for 3 hours with NO warning. Just imagine the temperature outside in the summer there and you have no water in your bathroom. It's understandable I wasn't so happy with all that ...
