Hampton Inn Olive Branch

Location This is not your typical Hampton Inn. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were flat and oks (they were yellow.). Very disappointed.

I did not get to stay in the hotel. I arrived to check in but systems were down all day and yet Vooking.com allowed me to make the reservation. They could not check me in so I was forced to get another hotel room elsewhere. Booking.com allowing me to make this reservation when Hampton Inn could not check customers in. No notice just a waste of time.

Room smelled like chlorine and under the tv needed cleaned.

It was a pleasure staying here. We'll be back again.

Everything was nice

This place has went down terribly. The rooms were nasty and the beds were old and very uncomfortable. The staff was very rude. Do not recommend staying here.

The breakfast was good. But could have had more options. The power went out and we left a day early. The bed was not comfortable.

It was nice to have a washer and dryer but only one set. So very time consuming for customers to wash clothes. Also a random person knocked on my door after midnight after I had ordered food delivered earlier in the night. Did not answer but very sketchy. Overall, not the best experience.

The carpet was nasty from the lobby hallway all the way to the rooms. It wasn’t clean at all anywhere in the hotel. There was a terrible odor at the entrance store almost like sewage had spilled everywhere.

Clean rooms. The indoor pool was ice cold, no heater. The breakfast was cold.

Had to ask for award drinks and snack & had to return to desk for a light bulb at computer desk. Other than that - room was fine
