Clean, professional staff, easy access

Good location for visiting Memphis. We stay there every year when we attend the Fex Ex St Jude Golf Tournament in Memphis. The limited breakfast is extremely limited. We have learned to bring something to add to it.

“The room was big and very clean, which I appreciated. “This was not a hot breakfast menu at all. The only items offered were muffins, orange juice, and milk. Coffee was not available all day, and the overall breakfast selection was extremely limited and disappointing. The property also did not have a pool, which was another letdown.”

Nice staff and location, overall...

Staff was friendly. Only 1 elevator was working....making for a long wait and many people waiting...facility needs a complete remodel...and worst of all, cockroaches in our room....not 1 or 2...kill 9 one evening....cut our stay short and checked out the next morning.

Hotel was nice and met our needs. O my downside was both times we stayed the elevator was out. 1st time on our way to the destination we stayed and we were on the 3rd floor

The breakfast was okay but we had stayed at a Best Western with a very impressive breakfast, but we knew in advance it wouldn't be like that motel since they didn't advertise as such. But there could be improvements with the breakfast. We changed our reservation to this motel because that Best Western was not secure and was more expensive. We also didn't want to travel as far on our return so were happy to find your motel, There wasn't a Bible in the night stand drawer. I think that honoring God by making His Word available is important and shows that you have courage to do the right thing. Please reconsider that decision. Thank you.

The staff was all friendly. The hotel rooms were muggy. Mine in particular had an air conditioner that was broken and leaked all over the carpet. It smelled of mildew strongly.

Elevator was broken. Had to pack luggage up three flights of stairs. Outside stairwell card reader wasn’t working either.

I cannot recommend the place at all overall and the Gym is filled with excess hotel equipment....false advertisment of a working Gym and broken elevators oh my oh my. only thing that went well was check in.

Room was clean, staff was super nice!

Weak breakfast. Broken elevator. Front desk entertaining friends more than serving guests.

This was a horrible stay. I’ll never book with them again. Home Inn and Suites needs to reevaluate their night front desk person, because she accused my daughter and son for being inappropriate and she called the police and LIED! So they told us we had to leave. I was there for my mom’s funeral and we had to sleep in our car. Home Inn and Suites in olive branch is a horrible hotel.
