The elevator was broke, we had to carry our bags up to the 3rd floor.

First and foremost the staff was absolutely fabulous. Our room was nice. My only complaint is our white sheets were noticeably dingy and dirty. I removed most of them and found one sheet in the mix that was clean enough for me to sleep under.

It was convenient to restaurants. The inside of the bathroom door was dirty. The elevator was broke down for 24 hours one day so I was unable to go anywhere due to my disability. One of the desk clerks had a terrible bedside manner.. She said she'd only been there for 3 weeks so couldn't answer my question. We had come back to the hotel in the evening from Byhalia after visiting my bedridden sister for the day after a storm but was not allowed to access the elevator just "in case" the elevator went out. I'm a senior citizen on a cane and was forced to take the stairs. It was awful for me. We only saw one available luggage cart the entire time we were there. Their breakfast left a lot to be desired. A loaf of bread, cereal, the waffle maker. That's all we saw food wise.. It didn't say "continental" breakfast in the information when we booked the hotel. I've traveled all over the world and that was the worst continental breakfast I have ever experienced.The area was clean but the choices were very limited. I visit my sister a couple of times a year and had previously stayed at the historical hotel. I thought your hotel sounded like it would be better. I doubt that I'll return. It's a shame.

When I arrived at the hotel at about 6:30 pm the elevator was out of order. When I asked the staff about it, they seemed unconcerned. No I am sorry or no indication when it t would be up and running or anything.

I loved the Wi-Fi, the staff, the comfort of getting ready and not being bothered. I have no complaints for my money's worth.

Good location for visiting Memphis. We stay there every year when we attend the Fex Ex St Jude Golf Tournament in Memphis. The limited breakfast is extremely limited. We have learned to bring something to add to it.

“The room was big and very clean, which I appreciated. “This was not a hot breakfast menu at all. The only items offered were muffins, orange juice, and milk. Coffee was not available all day, and the overall breakfast selection was extremely limited and disappointing. The property also did not have a pool, which was another letdown.”

Only 1 elevator was working....making for a long wait and many people waiting...facility needs a complete remodel...and worst of all, cockroaches in our room....not 1 or 2...kill 9 one evening....cut our stay short and checked out the next morning.
