Location My room smelled like mildew for the entire stay

Room was dated. Fridge door didn’t shut well. Bathroom sink either ran scalding hot or freezing cold. No inbetween. Staff was nice. Shower was fine. AC worked very well.

It was an okay stay. I expected a bit more of the room quality for the price. I was on the second floor, which seemed nice, but there was a smell of moisture. When I first got into the room, it still smelled of moisture, and the carpet was damp enough to wet my socks by walking a few feet across the floor. I stayed four days and room service never collected dirty towels or changed the sheets. Overall it was a roof over my head, but I would choose somewhere else next time or ask to change rooms.

Fast easy check in. Very friendly front desk staff. Great location. A full size fridge would be great. We like to refreeze our ice packs for our cooler and there was no freezer in the mini fridge. In addition, the mini fridge was not very cold so we added extra ice and kept out water and food in our cooler. That really is the only reason why we will try to stay at the next door Marriott on our next trip since they have full size fridge.

Did not receive my $25 property credit. The front clerks had no idea what booking.com was talking about.

House keeping steals my stuff without even cleaning my room

Clean Nothing

Phone Receiver broken in the room. Carpet had a sticky kind of feel. I was upset by the whole situation and passing of the buck. I don't think I'll use Expedia OR stay at a Hilton Hotel again!!

2nd floor 229 has a funny smell

Great room and staff. Good food and drink. Ice cold pool was a let down but overall a great place to stay

The hotel itself was really nice and so were the rooms The bed were hard and there was no cushions for the patio furniture which made it uncomfortable to sit on

Hotel was fine but got no sleep due to loud guests. Staff tried to help but had to drive 12 hours the next day on 2 hours of sleep.

The parking is terrible, you have 3 hotels in one parking lot 🙄. I book a room thru Hotels. Com only to get there and not have a room. I booked it when I arrived that night. We stayed in room 426 the room had a vent in the ceiling and we heard a motor 😳 like sound all nite . Then when morning came someone on the night shift had checked me out Soooooooooooh. 3 people can into my room every hour, until I call the front desk

Wonderful, very clean. No Breakfast buffet though you have to pay $20 person for it.
