Great stay!

They do not have a breakfast service any more. You can see that there was a breakfast counter.

Didn’t stay long enough to use any amenities. Shows pictures of breakfast on website but there is no breakfast, plenty of close places to eat though. Fridge and microwave were nice to have but didn’t use them. Air conditioning worked great. Low interstate noise. Staff was friendly.

Also, I told the employee that the A/C unit was unusually loud, making it very difficult to sleep. If one is traveling long distances by auto, it should be expected that a good night sleep is paramount. I had a very difficult time sleeping, and I videotaped it to show the manager. The employee, once again, was polite, but said she couldn’t do anything about it. It’s safe to say, it will be my last stay at this hotel.

Near the Interstate. Extreme security system made it seem unsafe.

The couch was dirty, torn and old. The cover on the bed had holes in it. Plastice bag cover the fire alarm. Not going there again.

Nice rooms. Loved the electric fireplace even tho we didn't use it. Only thing that disappointing was the shower head. Was an old style and didn't work very well.

The room was clean enough. We aren't complainers, but we had some gripes about this hotel: noisy bathroom fan, a mattress that was far too soft, as if it should have been replaced long ago. We feel that the room was overpriced for the aged condition of the hotel. Outside entrance to rooms, so there is no elevator. You can do a lot better elsewhere. Also, I had forgotten that this Countryside is not to be confused with Country Inn and Suites.

The staff was very pleasant, check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and smelled wonderful! Location was prime with food, coffee and gas station close right off the interstate. None

Great location. The room was very nice and quiet as well. The young man who checked me in was very personable.

Old Tub not really clean

Clean and comfortable with a helpful staff. Second floor room with no elevator. I'm disabled and thought I'd requested first floor but they couldn't find record of the request. Staff helped with our heavier items and we made it work.

Not applicable The property was not very clean, the front door was locked every time I went there (to check in, and out) the air conditioning did not work well.

The room was pretty spacious and while the fridge and microwave came in clutch the shower wasn’t in the best condition. They definitely need a new shower head as the one they have only sprays the water at you and doesn’t hit in one direction. The sheets looked as if someone put out a cigarette on it because the sheets literally had burnt holes in them. The TV wasn’t great it was very blurry and the sound was terrible. You can easily find cheap TVs at better quality in today’s time but overall the stay wasn’t bad.

The ac worked really well and it had a bathtub which was nice. Shower was decent. The bed was old and uncomfortable. They only gave us 3 flat pillows. The bathroom floor was sticky when we arrived and there were chips and a liquor shooter on the floor beside the bed despite the cleaning person coming in multiple times while we were there
