Hotel ok, staff ok, but l stay here couple times.They couldn’t fix problem.Hallways smell something.

Staff were friendly WiFi was easy to access The pool area was very small. The tiles around the pool were uncommonly slippery. The bathrooms next to the pool had a really bad smell, and the path to get there was once again on incredibly slippery tile. I almost slipped several times, and my kids did full banana peel slips two or three times.

Location was good for state park travels. Pool kept the kids entertained. The internet was difficult to work with the tv. Room was clean enough for our purposes. For being right off the interstate the sound was minimal

For the very cheap price, you get a decent place to stay. The stand out was the biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

They did nothing. I can NOT reccomend.

When ac wasn’t running correctly due to extreme weather was moved to another room

The room was very damp. It had a basement smell. Bathroom was very small. It would be fine if you were passing through Omaha. I would not stay here if you were getting ready for an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, etc.). The staff were nice.

The staff was very helpful and kind.

Overall stay was OK, however our room had an odor and we could not shut our bathroom door tight otherwise we couldn’t open it. The hotel seems to be rundown, not very clean.. will not book this hotel again!

Very Disappointed with this hotel!! first thing we noticed was there was dog poop or some kind of mud in the entryway as you walked in the front door and it was never cleaned up throughout the duration of our stay then once we got to the front desk, the clerk was not there. We had to wait quite a while for them to come to the desk. Once we finally got checked in and was able to go to our room. Our room smelled like cat pee! The bathroom, including the floor and the bathtub were not 100% clean and looked very run down. Was going to go for a swim, but the water was so cold could hardly stay in it plus the pool room was not very inviting and looked rundown as well.. the whole hotel seems to be starting to be rundown. Will not book this hotel again.!!

The bed was comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily. Everything is just run-down. The building could use a good deep cleaning, repainting, and replacing metal vents and such that are rusted and gross.

Tv didn’t work in 1st room, moved to second room and it smelled like smoke. Front desk attendant gave me some spray and apologized and said some people don’t follow the no smoking rule.
