Holiday Inn Express & Suites Central Omaha by IHG

The staff was courteous and friendly. However, the rooms ac unit had a terrible smell(mold). In addition, the coffee maker was dirty. Inside the water reservoir you can smell and see the bacteria growing. The rooms are priced fairly but it was difficult to sleep with a noisy and smelly ac unit. I wouldn’t not recommend if you are staying for more than a single night.

Always a great stay when I visit Omaha. A very comfortable bed and a very tasty breakfast!

The room was clean and spacious. Had a microwave and refrigerator in the room which is convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is located around many stores and food places. Stopped there while passing through Omaha on a cross country road trip. Would definitely stay again.

I definitely enjoyed how there was lots of restaurants around the hotel and as well the mall wasn’t too far from there! Everything in our day was wonderful besides the room that we were in it had like a funky smell, but that was due to humidity and then half the outlets in our room didn’t even work but everything else was fine!

Pretty clean and comfortable. Rooms are bit small a d can be very busy during the weekend.

I like the location, the amenities breakfast options. I checked in on Friday with family, we shower, The next morning after shower, we went for tour, but before leaving I told housekeeping my room needs cleaning. When we got back at about 2pm, room still was clean, bathroom had all the towels we had used still on the floor. On my way out with family for our next round of tour, I reminded the front desk/ receptionist that my room wasn't clean and needed to . She said she make sure it gets done. But when we came back at about 9pm, the room still wasn't cleaned, trash was full, towels all dirty. I had to go request for towels that we would use the next morning. I was so disappointed.

The staff was wonderful as expedited check in in order to prep for event attending. The breakfast was wonderful and assisting to make sure I had my hot coffee and took kindly to requests and suggestions. Very accommodating, fair price and friendly atmosphere in a safe environment.

Rooms were clean, minor wear and tear on furniature, some possible food stains on carpet, beds comfy and clean, staff was very kind, parking was easy and accessible, breakfast was good with plenty of options, pool was clean but may need some updates on edge where tiles are lifted, increased highway traffic area when checking in but not too bad when leaving.. overall good stay and would recommend if in the area

Our stay was okay.. Our rooms was semi clean.. now the bathrooms in both rooms I got side by side was not clean!! The toilet was gross.. Inside and the outside of the toilets was filthy. The day stay staff that was working was rude and was not professional in talking to the customers. The evening staff was nice and very informative.. Other than that our stay was okay and the not breakfast was good!! I would not recommend on staying here if you have a big family because of a lot of traveling workers that stay there seem to complain about kids being loud. Which is understandable if the traveling workers have to work early in the morning.. The pool was okay as well..
