Could use update
-
Aging hotel but nice place to stay. Did fish a mouse out of the swimming pool but I suppose that it just a result of an outdoor pool.

Comfortable stay

The property was well maintained and presents as modern and updated. Enjoyed relaxing in the bar area for drinks and light evening meals. Our server (Caucasian woman, black rim glasses...sorry I don't have her name) was exceptional

This has an indoor and outdoor pool. The restaurant and bar staff were both very friendly. Our breakfast waitress was the BEST! Also, this hotel has the most comfortable beds.

Clean and nice Breakfast was expensive

Such a nice hotel and the staff were amazing! The pool was perfect for a quick getaway!

We didn’t eat there. Too much money. The room we were in was next to the elevators, and whenever the elevators were being used, you could hear the grinding in the room that we stayed in, which kept me awake both nights at times
-
The property wasnice. Room and bed was clean and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant was great! The staff were very rude and unfriendly. When I went to check out. The lady at the front desk didn’t make eye contact with me, asked me how my stay was or even thanked me for booking with them. Customer service makes a huge impact on the overall experience. Sad to say but the front desk staff who are the first point of contact was a disappointment.

Everything was great. Nice room, clean, and breakfast was delicious!
-
The sink took a very long time to drain. The price was high for the stay.

Went during the CWS. Kids running up and down the hallways till midnight and banging on random doors. I felt like I was on a carnival cruise ship.
-
When we got to our room, it smelled very musty.
-
Very nice place! Breakfast and parking were a bit expensive for my tastes.

The bartender and front desk people were awesome.
-
It was clean and my room was smallish but nice. Staff was very helpful. The TV was nice but response time was slow and not much of a selection.
-
Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start.
