Pool was closed and not filled, no warning ahead of time. Waited at the front desk and called multiple times for someone to come to the front

AC barely worked. You literally get what you are paying for.

Nothing I was highly disappointed with our stay. Well the mold on the ceiling above the beds and in the bathroom. The mold we found in our coffee maker was disgusting. Carpet stains. Pill under the bed (unknown what it was) caked on dust at the tops of the curtains. "Newly renovated" My ass. I would only stay there if it was a last resort compared to the streets.

Needs better maintenance, rooms looks old and shabby. The pool is "under construction" buts its just dirty and does not look like its been worked on.

The hotel was comfortable enough, bed and bedding clean and comfortable, people nice and pleasant, fridge and coffee clean. But the bathroom door was only on one hinge, a spot on the carpet was torn up, with stains on the ceiling/walls.

It was a fairly noisy place too, so after one less than restful night, we checked out early and switched hotels. The lady at the reception when we checked out didn’t speak English; as I tried to find out whether we needed to wrap up any paperwork, another employee called across the lobby to just leave our room keys in the checkout drop. I think the people running the place are hardworking, and I wish them the best, but it seems they need to get a handle on things to make this a better place to stay. The experience at the hotel we switched to was night and day.

The roaches are very bad first off The first room I checked into, I seat on the bed and the headboard fell off the wall I asked the clerk to give me another room, and he did after I showed him pictures, then checked into another room smelling like mildew

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a fridge and microwave that worked. The complimentary hot breakfast was good. The pool was out of service, the room had some cosmetic issues (missing mirror, missing painting that was ripped off the wall, broken towel rack). When I asked the man at the desk whether I could have more towels during a three night stay the response was “the maid is on the second floor, go get one yourself.”

Nothing The breakfast was awful, barely anything provided. The TV didnt work. We couldnt get more towels for showering. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy and peeling. The sink filled up with water every time we used it. No water pressure in the shower. Stained, filthy curtains. Holes in the walls. Hard to find since they dont have a sign up high, just a small one low to the ground. The pictures they show online are not up to date at all.

Upon arrival our room was full of blood, our sheets had hair or floor was a mess. The room looked like it was decaying on itself. During breakfast, they only provide waffles.

They are fighting an uphill battle with prices that attract the homeless folks who book a room for themselves, but let in several friends for the night. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival at check-in time, so we had to wait for the cleaning staff to complete their work. Something didn't quite look right with the room (two queen beds) but we couldn't "put our finger on it" until we noted one of the beds seemed much lower than the other. Further investigation revealed that all four legs of that bed had been broken, and the box spring was sitting on the floor. The only chair in the room was broken, and there was no phone in the room, should a problem arise. We were booked to stay for 4 days, so we unpacked our things into the dresser drawers. When we closed the drawers, they wouldn't stay shut -- the front legs of the dresser were broken off. We went to the front desk to voice our concerns, but the person on duty was not able to help, and advised we'd need wait until the next morning. We waited for the "manager" who was the only one authorized to help. As it turns out, he was not really the manager, but he was most helpful in issuing us a full refund.

We left and got a refund

The tv in my room didn't work and I was told there was nothing they could do. Very bad experience.

Staff is very unhelpful and will take forever to come to desk. Also had to go to desk 3 times to get card reactivated and my phone was away from the room key
