First of all, the photos of this property are clearly outdated and very misleading. The hotel is noticeably run down, with broken or out-of-order fixtures throughout and tacky signs everywhere about fees, rules, and what guests can and cannot do. My room was extremely stuffy and humid. The ceilings, walls, and amenities were stained, and the hair dryer and iron were missing. The shower water pressure was terrible — barely more than a drizzle — which was incredibly annoying and disappointing. My key cards repeatedly demagnetized, and over my two-night stay I had to request around six replacement cards just to get into my room. The pool was marked “under maintenance,” and the workout room appeared to be closed and was being used for storage of maintenance items. Breakfast was extremely basic: toast, cereal, a waffle maker, coffee, milk, and SunnyD. A complimentary breakfast doesn’t need to be elaborate, but combined with the overall condition of the property, it was very underwhelming. I work in the area, so I was especially disappointed to see an establishment like this operating in this condition. I genuinely regret reserving two nights instead of one. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful. He was always willing to help.

Check in went smoothly but as soon as we got to our room, our key cards did not work. The hotel clerk then moved us rooms which was fine except we booked a double and we were moved into a single instead. We thought we would make it work since it was only for one night. The bathroom door would not shut. There was mold on the ceilings in the restroom and looked like the ceiling was wet above the bed. There was left over food and drinks left in the fridge. The A/C barely worked and the walls looked like someone took a hammer to it. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend for ANY price.

The whole hotel was dirty. Had to switch rooms after the first night. The bathtub kept running all night. They whole thing needs an overhaul and cleaning.

The room TV didn't work. Smelled. Painting the place. No pool

I worked all day and arrived later in the evening, I was told that he only had one room left (room 208) and the shower was leaking but if you close the door you can’t hear it… I got to the room and the door was open and I had to use force to shut it. I walked into the bathroom and it was leaking also mold on the walls (seen where they tried to wipe it off or clean it. The water was hot so the whole room was damp … I grabbed my stuff and left and I won’t book with them ever again!

It's a run down 1970 era property that has changed the name. That's all it is

Pool was closed and not filled, no warning ahead of time. Waited at the front desk and called multiple times for someone to come to the front

AC barely worked. You literally get what you are paying for.

No problems. Will stay again

Value price No problems. Will stay again

You get what you pay for. Nothing special. Bed seemed clean but that’s it

Nothing I was highly disappointed with our stay. Well the mold on the ceiling above the beds and in the bathroom. The mold we found in our coffee maker was disgusting. Carpet stains. Pill under the bed (unknown what it was) caked on dust at the tops of the curtains. "Newly renovated" My ass. I would only stay there if it was a last resort compared to the streets.

Needs better maintenance, rooms looks old and shabby. The pool is "under construction" buts its just dirty and does not look like its been worked on.

The hotel was comfortable enough, bed and bedding clean and comfortable, people nice and pleasant, fridge and coffee clean. But the bathroom door was only on one hinge, a spot on the carpet was torn up, with stains on the ceiling/walls.

It was a fairly noisy place too, so after one less than restful night, we checked out early and switched hotels. The lady at the reception when we checked out didn’t speak English; as I tried to find out whether we needed to wrap up any paperwork, another employee called across the lobby to just leave our room keys in the checkout drop. I think the people running the place are hardworking, and I wish them the best, but it seems they need to get a handle on things to make this a better place to stay. The experience at the hotel we switched to was night and day.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a fridge and microwave that worked. The complimentary hot breakfast was good. The pool was out of service, the room had some cosmetic issues (missing mirror, missing painting that was ripped off the wall, broken towel rack). When I asked the man at the desk whether I could have more towels during a three night stay the response was “the maid is on the second floor, go get one yourself.”

The roaches are very bad first off The first room I checked into, I seat on the bed and the headboard fell off the wall I asked the clerk to give me another room, and he did after I showed him pictures, then checked into another room smelling like mildew

Decently cleaned and staff friendly and helpful
-
The room had a king size bed and whirlpool The TV didn't work, the pool was closed with no warning until we got there
