Wyndham Omaha / West Dodge

The room had a crisp coolness to it. Everything was perfectly place and organized and ready for use. It had a small table to set in front of the cozy couch for tv watching enjoyment. The bed was pillowy like a cloud and comfortable. The bathroom had a tub shower combo. Overall the room was like the picture and definitely easy to sleep in and use for a restful relaxing night

No hot water, very difficult to bathe.

The pictures do not provide a clear view of the property. The bar is closed and has been closed as there is nothing there but the empty bar and some tables. The breakfast is hard bagels yogurt two small options for cereal and waffles. We have stayed here twice and the pool has been "closed for maintenance" both times (almost a year apart). The place was so muggy inside you had to keep the air low because it was so hot but then would be cold cause the air was so low. The curtains would not close all the way because they were broken so you can't get a black out room. Both ice machines were broken, we tried to get the WIFI password but nothing they gave us worked. There were cracks in the wall and the ac unit was in bad shape but it DID work so that is good. There was no water pressure in the shower whatsoever. If you are tall stay away, my son is 5'11 and he almost hit the ceiling the hall and shower. The lady on duty when we left was very pleasant but the others barely talked to us, even at check in.

The hotel is not maintained, the room was not very clean. Stains on carpet and walls. Pool was not open. No hot water in the room, called down to front desk and was told to turn on the sink hot water and shower, let it run for 15 minutes and it would work. The whole stay was just terrible. Would not recommend booking this hotel.

They had an air conditioner already turned on in the room for when we went into the room. It was nice and cool.

There was no hot water. Front Desk staff was rude, confrontational and yelling at guests.

Nothing There was no sign saying where elevator was located. Common area was not air conditioned. Room was not clean.

The facility had no hot water and limited air conditioning. The TV reception was very unreliable. It was filthy, moldy and musty and no one really seemed to care. All supplies were limited and a very limited breakfast was also poorly handled. Obviously no city or state inspector has visited during this current lease period. Talked to the Manager apon leaving and was told the facility was currently being leased prior to a purchase agreement. Supposedly negotiating corrections and repairs to the facility. Making peoples lives miserable and taking their money, while negotiating repairs is not the way to do business. Currently this facility needs to be shut down while being repaired and made useable as advertised. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

The complementary breakfast selection is poor. The coffee cups they had were not made for hot liquids and eventually will leak. I do not recommend this property.

When we checked in the staff should have told us to run the shower 15 minutes before you get in because they were working on the broiler.

Dead town

When we checked in we waited about 10 min to get checked in the guy that helped us was Alfredo and he was the only one working and he was doing it all the maintenance cleaning and checking in all of it he was doing it witch was amazing had nothing but good response and help from him. He would not have need left alone but he was doing very good for what he had to handle. It was clean and the pool was so deep and fun family really enjoyed this place

I checked out of the hotel immediately and want my money back for my week of stay that I was supposed to stay there for. Do not stay here.
