This place is where the next Shining will take place. Broken glass, blood stains, broken off door handles on the doors. Avoid at all costs.

It's my favorite place to stay when I'm working in omaha. Very affordable most of the time.

Good treatment from hotel owners on premises

Hot water didn’t work for a whole day, even on the second day it took 30 minutes for hot water that wasn’t even hot more like warm, the ceiling of the bathroom looked moldy. The pool was dirty

The staff was amazing very helpful!

Nothing. My room smell mussy or smell like a wet dog some of furniture needed replace, one bar in tub almost slipped and fall. cups not in plastic and no plastic bag for ice bucket, only one ice machine, breakfast was all right if you like waffles or boiled eggs. needs to be up graded.

No hot water. Rooms were smelly and looked/felt very unclear. Front desk staff and Expedia were completely unhelpful in getting a partial refund for the partial services we received. Will not be booking with Expedia or staying at this line of hotels again.

Breakfast was definitely minor, hopefully all the renovations being done make it back to a 4 star, currently a 2 star lol.. POOL WAS IMMACULATE I’LL GIVE THEM THAT! My room was clean and cold amen!

Lobby was hot, not allowed to take breakfast back to rooms. First room didn’t have any hot water. Couldn’t have room cleaned on days requested. Will not be staying there ever again.

No hot water. Sheets felt damp when checking in

In town for work. I was there for 5 nights and never had a hot shower. It was semi warm at best one day. Would never stay here again

The room was clean and staff were friendly. Lots of options at breakfast.

I just want say it’s a must you are bilingual because the way the staff communicates is with their phone using translate lol “Red Flag” AC went out in the room - Breakfast it was a kid screaming I think the milks rotten lol.So good luck

Not clean, dark, staff is mad to be there, lobby does not have AC, breakfast was bleak.

Cons: Freezer in refrigerator frozen to the point door would not close.requested replacement several times and was ignored each time. Carpet was wet from ice dripping. Room had no water/coffee cups, asked several times for some and finally told “to just come down and take some from lobby”. Absolutely no hot water, not even warm. Lamps and phone had to be plugged in. Every time we left the building, we had to have key cards rekeyed when we returned. Not sure if we will stay there again. More attentive staff might help.

Roaches.. no hot water

Wouldn’t move or room refund us or help with the hot water Breakfast was very poor and they had no A/C in the breakfast area so like trying to eat in 80 degrees and wouldn’t allow us to take food to our room. 2 towels in the entire room- for a reserved 3 guest stay. The microwave didn’t work and we have to fix the shelving in the fridge The ice machines were broken Couldn’t shower for 3 days.

The room was clean, staff was nice. Air conditioner worked.
