This is a nice property. Through no fault of the staff, the computer system was down when we got there, but the staff did everything right - manually let us into a room with a friendly attitude and didn't let the stress show. We were able to get key cards by the time we needed them, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay.

Stayed 3 nights. Excellent customer service. Clean room. Great breakfast. Will stay here again.

Son cut his toe in the pool filter on the sidewalk area. It had screw holes but no screws holding it on and his foot fell in the hole…

Greeted at entrance. Clean open floor plan room. Breakfast was accommodating. Pool was enjoyable.

We appreciated the space the king suite room had to offer but that was about it. Our bathroom had a burned out light bulb that NEVER got changed in the three days we were there even after asking twice about it. I had to ask housekeeping for extra bathroom supplies because they were empty upon arrival. The lobby bathrooms were never cleaned while we were there as the hand towels were always empty and toilets had the same mess on them. The hallways were hot and muggy and smelled like weed.

The room was very clean & breakfast was great. However, our AC system was terribly loud, making it hard to sleep. Generator must’ve needed some assistance.

Breakfast was good Staff was confused at chec-in. I booked online,, wasn't showing I had paid, tried to charge me again for more, the wrong card was showing on file. Also had troubles at checkout,, finally a manager got it fixed. I've never had issues like this. Not sure what the issue was? training or computer problems? Breakfast was good, but the eating area was dirty. The women's restroom in main lobby area out of service. Just things you expect at a one star hotel.

We couldn't get checked in until after 4pm. Check in is 3pm. We were told they were sold out the night before and short staffed in cleaning dept. Jasmine was nice enough to let us use the pool until our room was ready. That's the only thing that eased over the situation. The air conditioner in our room made a weird annoying noise but we weren't going to complain due to how long it took us to get our room. It was a sad situation knowing we asked for a specific room that was offered and evidently that must of been the only room in the whole hotel. We really enjoy their pool and breakfast.. the main reasons for choosing this hotel again.

Clean, well lit, good area

Location Pool was closed when we were told that it was open at check in. We chose this hotel specifically for the location and indoor pool.

The staff did as well as they could. You truly could not use the pool due to unruly behavior from unsupervised children. At one point, there were over 14 kids under 16 without adult supervision. The rules state any child under 16 MUST be supervised by an adult. There were kids shoving kids into the water, then trying to throw them in while still sitting in the lounge chairs. Rules need to be upheld!
