Very clean with a really good breakfast selection

It was cheap fairly clean was all I was looking for good location right in middle of town. Didn't check pool or breakfast

It was being painted so windows and sliding doors were masked. This made it dark and seemingly like a construction zone

Everything was great! No issue's Wonderful place to stay

The staffing was always friendly especially Lynn front desk in the morning shift . She was amazing !! I would rebook just to see and speak with her . The construction and the dog dropping though the parking lot and front entrance. The smoking by the front door by evening employees. Carpet was sticky .

The property is very old and dated on the interior the carpets are filthy there is so much water seepage through the ceilings and damage I don't even know how they are open to be honest. The rooms themselves the carpet was so dirty that when I went to take a shower I left black footprints in the water on the floor of the tub. Walls were damaged ceilings were damaged carpet was damaged even looked like there was blood stains on the carpet in the bedroom. I didn't even have the courage to partake in the breakfast because I've seen how the rest of the hotel was in such dire need of renovation and cleaning. There was even what looked to be black mold in the bathroom as well as very sharp cracked tiles in the bathroom floor. 100% dissatisfied and disgusted. I understand a new owner bought them over 2 years ago but you don't allow your clients to sleep in something so dirty. I can honestly say the best part about the whole stay was the little tube of hand lotion. Not even the sheets were clean I ended up sleeping on top of the bed because there was human hairs on the sheets and not the head hairs.

Breakfast was good a lot of options... Only one garbage can in bathroom none in room part..

Had to cancel my week long reservations because I was admitted to the hospital they would not work with me or refund any part of my stay. Strongly would not recommend using this hotel chain.

The location was great. I was in room 433, and the bathroom was full of baby cockroaches. I have pictures, thankfully they were only in the bathroom.

Lynn was very helpful, respectful Cereal in the elevator on the floor, tv didn't work, hair dryer was broke, dogs barking at 6 am, no screen on the window, description of property was not correct, renovations were disruptive

I got bitten by a Bed bug the wallpaper was stapled up the Bathroom was filthy and the room smells like cat oiss or dog piss the elevator was kinda shaky it took about 1 hour before the front desk clerk was gone from the front desk at least 1 hour wait the other rooms on the other side of the building was closed off the outside windows has plastic on them with heat coming out of the rooms like it was getting heat treatment overall it was a bad experience

Staff was great to deal with. Lobby area was nice. Outlets loose and, TV remote didn't work for TV controls. Back staircase (entrance 2) was disgusting. The hairdryer was unsafe, sparks and tripped the button on it. The hallway, when I returned from the breakfast/lobby area smelled of Marijuana even though it is posted non-smoking. Getting to the entrance, when unfamiliar with the area was a nightmare. There were many vehicles parked sideways, using multiple spots, including the co struction/painting equipment. The fact that many windows, including ours, were covered with plastic was never mentioned while reserving this location. The voice from Dodge Rd was very loud, sounded like window was not sealed.
