Rooms were clean

BTW they have 20 or so parking spaces for a biking with 7 floors and probably 10 to 15 rooms per floor. Do the math. They tell you to park on the street or in a public lot about a block and a half away.

Property was clean, unique and very comfortable. Loved the bathroom features. Parking wasnt ideal and no place to load or load and no covering when its raining, but otherwise, a near perfect experience.

My only complaint would be the parking. We are moving my daughter to Michigan so this was one our stop and we didn’t feel safe leaving the truck out on the street.. other than that. It was an awesome experience.

Just completed my second stay at the Indigo. I like the hotel quite a bit: the building, the rooms, and the convenience of its location. However, on this last trip, someone charged dinner to my room and I was unable to get the customer service team to remove the charge from my invoice. I'm of course disputing the charge with my credit card company, but I was very disappointed that the customer service team did not cancel the invoice when I brought it to their attention and that someone was able to make charges to my room without any sort of verification of the diner's identity.

The hotel itself is decorated in fancy art-deco style.

Great place to stay. Close to everything.Ballpark,restaurants, museums. Only negative was getting a hold of shuttle service. Phone would just ring and no answer.

We had breakfast as part of our package and good but short staffed and out of many things. There is a full bar on property & food is available. As well as a Speakeasy! Staff was very helpful and room was big, modern & spacious

It was a great place to stay and an amazing location. I don’t recommend eating in the restaurant.

The restaurant was less stellar, they were out of espresso, champagne, and waffles on a Saturday morning so I recommend eating elsewhere but the hotel itself was still 5 stars

We loved the feel of this hotel…it was like stepping back in time with class. The speakeasy was a unique addition.
