Close to the office. Food was good. Staff was helpful and nice
-
The chocolate chip cookie is always delightful. Location is great. The shuttle is super handy.
-
Room was clean and quiet but pillows were not comfortable. Huge bathroom but no counter space. Pool was OK. People were getting stuck trying to use their hotel key to get out of the parking garage and no one came out to help

The shuttle service alone is worth staying at this hotel. The shuttle will take you almost anywhere within a four mile radius, including the airport. The Old Market is close by, within walking distance. The breakfast (not included) is very good. The most impressive part of our stay was the service. Everyone we encountered was lovely. The front desk folks, drivers, cleaning lady, and breakfast attendants were first rate!

Location was pretty good. We wanted to be near Old Market area. Our first room had very loud young next door occupants and the shower was not working well. The pressure in the shower was super low. Turning up the water to its max made the water scalding hot yet still way low pressure. My husband said it was the worst shower he’s ever had. The 2 people I was messaging about fixing the problem did not follow through, so I wasted over an hour waiting for someone from maintenance to come by. After calling about this, someone did come up within 15 minutes.

Hotel is outdated- felt dingy. Desperately needs a remodel. Elevators took forever and the button would go out multiple times while we were waiting. Didn't have hot water one morning. What they charged during the College World Series was outrageous for the quality of the hotel
-
Bar was under staffed and could have earlier in the day
-
Standing water in the tub. Water leaks above the toilet & shower. No hot water for two days. Front desk does not answer the phone, and we had a family member with mobility issues, so getting the shuttle to pick us up was impossible. Only one elevator seemed to be working. The entire facility is outdated amd falling apart.

Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a busy weekend for them with Wicked being in town and a huge baseball tournament taking place. With how many people were there the staff never had a line and always had a smile on their faces. I also really liked how they had someone operating the elevators for you. No kids just pushing buttons to ride the elevator.

Hotel is very dated and dark. A very 80’s feel. Baseball themed decorations were bought at Party City and didn’t set a very festive mood. “It is your birthday” type feel (Office fans only) Marijuana smell greets you as you arrive. I would choose a different place to stay again except for College World Series. I appreciated them not price gouging

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle was very convenient getting around the area, including the convention center. Good location to walk to downtown locations.
-
The bathroom above me flooded my bathroom soaked my makeup and all the surfaces, water was pouring from the lights and exhaust fans. This woke me up from sleeping (it was such a large amount of water) and I had to pack and be moved to another room at 11pm, with a conference to attend in the morning. They offered me $25 to the bar (which I wasn’t able to use) for my inconvenience.

Property was clean and staff very nice
-
Clean It is high price. Parking not included. No breakfast.
-
I like the location, staff, the size of the room and how clean it was Directions lead to the back of the building instead of the front
-
The room was clean and not too scented w fragrance, a huge plus! The bartender was great as well. I also had forgotten my cat's medicine in the fridge when I checked out and left the property and thankfully the the housekeeping staff had saved it for me.

I was so surprised because the bathtub was slippery.

Location Dated and cleaning not up to scratch - generally only one bed made out of the two. Old water bottle on floor behind fridge when we arrived
