The room was clean and the staff were incredibly nice. The bed was super comfy. The only issue was how long it took for the water to get hot in the shower. Just wait about 5-10 minutes.

Comfortable sleep/decent beds and decent location. Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with this stay. We heard of this place through social media and were intrigued by it being the only hotel with a rooftop bar. However, the views and service were disappointing. Upon arrival, the customer service was below average. It seemed the front desk was too busy in their personal conversations and delayed in assisting us. The rooms, rooftop views and amenities were scarce and leaving one with more to be desired -- especially for the price and advertising. The drink menu could use a bit more work as some items were not available or out of stock. The parking situation was a bit of a mess - and we ended up having to seek out parking elsewhere.

This hotel is good quality and felt so comfortable and fun. The valet parking situation was in dire straits as people were often waiting 20-30mins for their cars to be gathered or parked. At $37/night valet rate in Omaha, you’d expect the service to run smoother.

It is a lovely hotel as far as the rooms and the decor. It’s clean. It’s comfortable. But it is some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered especially at a hotel that’s supposed to be higher caliber. And the food in the restaurant was almost inedible for dinner. But the staff and how they treated customers really made it a negative experience. We will not be back.
