It was a pleasant surprise. Really beautiful, great location and the staff was really friendly. Nothing. Loved it all.

Our stay overall met our needs but for the price we paid and the standard that the hotel is marketed at we were overall disappointed. Convenient location and easy parking that you can pay for. The sink water smelt of rotten eggs and they have no drinking water other than 7$ 20 oz bottles. Also, water pressure was awful but I am presuming that could be due to the age of the building. The bed was SO comfort and everything was overall clean. Most staff were okay but for being marketed as a boutique hotel it overall did not meet my standards.

We spent just one night here and the hotel is very nice in the lobby. The courtyard is adorable. Our dissatisfaction was the air conditioning in our room never worked. It was so miserable. We did call for help and the wonderful maintenance man came to help. I told him all we tried that the room was warm when we checked in he reset circuit and replaced batteries he said wait 15-20 minutes. If it’s dropped close to 5 degrees should be good. Well it’s late we are trying to get to sleep by then daughter was asleep drooped 4 degrees in that’s it 81 degrees all night couldn’t even sleep. The hotel interior was very run down made and thread barren.

Pretty decor, but the scent of the room wasn't desirable.

Had a great stay, the room was a generous size, the bathroom could have been cleaner, but it was fine. Would definitely stay there again, the restaurant was excellent with my gluten free meal.

We were deeply disappointed on every level of our stay.

Was a great stay, loved the location. Travelled with our small dog and was great all around

The rooms need updating. They look very tired and drab. The Resturant was fair. Food was cold when it should have been hot. As much as they tried to heat the dish I ordered it was still cold. Parking is extremely expensive.

I've always enjoyed staying at the Magnolia. It's always been a good experience. Normally there is a Weclome Reception upon check-in and Late Night Milk & Cookies, but I'm not sure if those are still happening (no one informed me whether they were or not). And the other unfortunate occurrence was that the TV automatically turned on to the Newsmax station. I'd prefer that the TV goes straight to a guide or anything other than a political news station. Times are tough enough, I don't need reminded of this when I'm on vacation.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept well for 2 nights which is the most important part of staying in a hotel. The room was very clean as well. The only problem with the room was the toilet made a strange loud noise when it was flushed. When I checked in the receptionist was fine but seemed in a hurry. We went to have lunch at the hotel cafe and no one came to seat us which was dissapointing so we left. Overall 4 starts but could make some improvements.

There were gnats in the bathroom, and it was just not clean. It also seemed as though the towels and bed linens were in rough shape. Lots of dust and grime. I will say the staff was very kind and helpful.

False advertising. We stayed in the expensive townhouse like room. The photos online DO NOT represent the state that this property is in now. Rooms are very old-EVERYTHING is third rate: towels are scratchy and old, carpeting is grey-it’s really beige, because it’s so old and dirty and stained. Walls have obvious holes and cuts on them and they are dirty-like legit stuff on them, there’s broken tiles in bathroom. Amenities haven’t been updated since the 70’s. Even the elevators are old and crap. The staff are useless-they are aiming for absolute mediocrity and doing a fine job.

Very comfortable, quiet, great staff and convenient location.

For the money it was a decent room. It was showing its age. The shower also would not drain.
