Hotel and amenities were amazing, comfortable and spacious room. The location was very convenient, restaurants and places to visit right in front of the Hotel.

Nice location I Complaint Regarding Misleading Property Information and Additional Charges I am making a formal complaint regarding our recent stay. The property description and photos on Booking.com were misleading and did not accurately represent what we were paying for. We specifically paid an additional $50 for a room with a bathtub. When we arrived, we were told that a bathtub was not available. The hotel blamed Booking.com for the incorrect advertisement and refused to take any responsibility, despite us having paid specifically for this feature. We therefore paid $50 for something we did not receive. There were also issues with the information provided by reception. We were not told what time breakfast was served. When we went down at approximately 6:30 AM the following morning, breakfast was not ready, leaving us unable to use the breakfast service as expected. Additionally, the property placed an extra $50 holding charge on our credit card without informing us beforehand. We only discovered the charge after seeing the money deducted from our bank account. When we questioned the property, we were then told that it was a credit card holding fee. This should have been clearly explained to us before the charge was placed. Overall, we feel that the property failed to provide accurate information, failed to deliver what we paid for, and did not properly communicate additional charges or basic information about the stay. We are requesting a refund of the $50 paid for the bathtub that was not provided, and we would also like Booking.com to investigate the misleading listing, the undisclosed holding charge, and the poor communication from the property.

Couldn’t check in anywhere near the time when I had booked. They were behind on cleaning rooms. I get that, when I got to my room there were French fires and other crumbs in one of the chairs and floor. It was apparent that they didn’t clean that well if at all. The staff at the counter was great, except a manger with a top knot hair cut who was extremely impatient and rude when speaking to me and my family about why I couldn’t check in on time. Wouldn’t stay again.

Overall, the hotel was not bad. Yes it is dated and needs a facelift as others have stated. There were some areas of our room that weren’t 100% clean. It is close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Not far from the zoo which is why we chose it. Breakfast was good and they were working their butt off to keep it stocked up. Pool was small and felt a little claustrophobic. Parking is $25 a night, but we knew this. We felt safe in downtown Omaha and enjoyed that you could walk almost anywhere from this location. I would stay here again for that reason only. Otherwise I would find other accommodations. If you’re looking for a place that is easy to get to, close to restaurants and close to the zoo, I would pick this place. If you can get past a little mess and a few dirty/outdated areas, then it’s perfect.

Travelling with family was easier with the helpful staff from the hotel and a nice bedroom details.

Our stay here was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and clean place to stay.

Very clean and nice staff. Hotel was nice and comfy. Seemed to have some homeless people right outside the front doors. It was a public sidewalk and they did require keycards to swipe in. The toilet seat kept falling off, I didn’t call anyone because it just snapped back on. Roughly 5-6 times an emergency alarm started going off announcing there was an emergency but it was on a separate floor. No idea what it was about but it occurred during the day and woke me up through the night and morning. We got back from our concert during a thunder storm and there was no cable. I called and they said it was to the storm. So we sadly had no cable the whole night.

Room was amazing staff was friendly only issue was a fire alarm that kept going off on our last 2 days

Great location for seeing the Old Market area and Downtown. We have 3 children and were very comfortable in the double bed suite . Very friendly and helpful staff.
