Hyatt Place Omaha Downtown Old Market

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking is great and easily accessible. Really can’t beat the location! All of Old Town shops and restaurants are within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the Omaha Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. Highly recommend this hotel!

Large, clean, comfortable rooms, off street parking garage (for an extra $25 per night fee), within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and The Riverfront park.

Dirty, i know it located in old town, so they don’t care for cleaning for inside and outside cause of that town name. Never come back, not recommended for family, especially for kids. Dirty dirty dirty

The bathroom door was sliding glass. It didn't provide privacy. The lock was broken on it.

We visited for our 25th anniversary. Great location and very friendly staff!

location Shower filled up with greasy water and family could not shower. Staff said there was nothing they could do about it.

The location was amazing! The staff could have been more polite and helpful.

No air

The room was clean except for the bathroom had like green splotches on the wall so that was kind of weird. We also didn’t have a microwave in the room which was kind of inconvenient but not the biggest deal. Its kind of an older hotel, the staff was nice and the location was nice but it definitely needed some updating and better cleaning.

Love it Every single thing

Love the cobblestone roads & sidewalks! The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful & had great senses of humor! Our room was clean & comfortable (our window view wasn't impressive - parking area, dumpsters & homeless people). Disappointed there's no hottub. But overall a nice hotel!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing at all negative was that there are only two elevators and I was on the 9th floor. Sometimes the elevator waits were really long.

Very close to the historic market area. Very walkable to the area. A little pricey to still have to pay for parking. The breakfast selection was good. All in all was a good experience. Would stay again.

Everything about this was excellent

The rooms for spacious and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is right in the heart of the historic area.

They hosted one of the participants to the Men's College World Series. So, they were extremely busy. However, the staff did a good job to ensure that everyone was taken care of even if you weren't part of the MCWS contingency.
