Great location, very nice spacious rooms. Breakfast and happy hour were great. Pool was a little small and got crowded, but that is expected with a large hotel.

I have never been to a property were the complimentary breakfast was so delicious, and the evening snacks & drinks? What a topper. Our stay was excellent and we’re looking forward to our next adventure and stay at embassy hotel by Hilton. Thank you so much.

Close to downtown and Omaha zoo!

I liked everything really...everyone friendly, nice room and really loved the breakfast. Coming back in Sept. I really can't think of anything I didn't like...everything was wonderful.

Other guests helped me navigate the lines at my first breakfast. Taelorrae’s mother was exceptional that first morning: she noticed I had nothing to drink and quickly provided some hot black tea and milk; then offered to get me some blueberry pancakes and wrapped them to take to my room to enjoy. My whole reason for staying in your hotel was to celebrate my 80th birthday at M’s Pub just 2 blocks away, all day Saturday July 11. The train from IL arrived Omaha 2-1/2 hours late, well after midnight. And the train back home departs Omaha at 420 am.

Our air conditioning unit had a noise it was reported but never fixed

One individual always went above & beyond for us during his stay. He works in Valet and that young man's name is Dante. All the young men were very helpful, but Dante was exceptional. We would give him a 10 all around. We called for a wakeup call and when we pressed "0" it was answered by their AI system. We never received the wakeup call. This is the 2nd Embassy Suites we have stayed at that had the AI system.

Convenient to locations It never stated you could order breakfast omelets etc it never said happy hour and hordeuvers for kids free soda etc housekeeping knocked once at 9am and walked right in on us our last morning, rude! Never stated parking was extra and expensive Asked for extra towels at 730 left mesaage got called at 1230 pm to see if issue was resolved

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. All my experiences with Embassy Suites have been positive!
