Your staff were friendly and accommodating. I really felt a couple of the breakfast staff did very well!! Always a smile and willing to accommodate in many ways

The staff was so great! Even the valet was above and beyond

I saw stains in my bedding and carpet looked dirty also saw a several big/giant cockroach in the 1st floor during breakfast. I think I also saw a mice.

Good breakfast. Room cleaning mediocre

Great location

Overall it was good! Literally right in old market, big room for a family of 4, delicious breakfast and a nice free happy hour. Downsides were we lost power for 3 hours and sat in a dark room because we had sleeping kids. Parking was expensive and I had to pay $5 for wifi.

Too noise AC. Otherwise good.
-
breakfast menu wonderful. appetizers at happy hour not so much. rooms are clean, people are kind and very nice. We love the location too.

Best hotel that we have ever stayed at. They gave us complimentary adult beverages at happy hour with free snack appetizers. The complementary breakfast was AMAZING!!! Made to order omelets and pancakes. Other complementary breakfast items were bacon, sausages, French Toast, fruit, home fried potatoes, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurts, and many complementary beverage options. Concierge Gus greeted guests at their tables to make them feel very welcome. Short walk to many restaurants. We were very happy with Spaghetti Works. Short walk to a real nice lake with a great walking path and benches. The only ding was that the AC was a little loud, and there was no fan in the shower, but the AC cooled the room in short order. This hotel reminded me of Hyatt Resort in Cancun, but this hotel was nicer. Thank you

Pool was closed and that was the only reason we were coming and staying with 5 children.

Excellent breakfast. Best we've had at a hotel in a long time.

Excellent location All was good

The nicest Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in. Came up for College World Series and was thankful we stayed here. Staff friend, breakfast expansive, rooms clean, gym big and current, location spot on (right off of Old Market).

Location, complimentary happy hour and breakfast was amazing! Cost was a little high and then had to pay for parking on top of room cost. No hot tub in pool area. Pool was a little small.
-
We loved the free drinks and appetizers! And the live strings music - lovely! And the free breakfast was outstanding!!

The shower head was at my waist the original shower head wasn’t working at all so I had to hold my shower head to shower. The room size had for 6 people but didn’t stock enough towels. The pull out couch mattress was just springs so if you plan on letting more than kids sleep on it you would be sorry. The hotel opening to the courtyard is just super loud all night especially if you sleep on the couch. You have to pay for parking and the Internet. The only saving grace was the good breakfast. O and the “Starbucks” wasn’t using real Starbucks products. And the automatic curtains were also annoying you couldn’t just have them half open they were either open all the way or closed. The pool was small and you can’t use it if you have too many people in it. The “free” drink is only for a certain time. Basically if you want dinner out the window of time was crap. The hanger area wouldn’t allow me to hang up my dress. They advertise this as a nicer hotel but it was for sure not worth the cost to stay there.

Location to the zoo, old market and parks Parking costs

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, however, the room was unclean and appeared as if it was cleaned in a rush. There were remnants of food on the carpet, an uncleaned toilet bowl, and the shower had particulate matter floating up from it when water was turned on.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The breakfast is top of the line not to mention the happy hour drinks at the bar! The staff were all pretty friendly. The only complaint I do have is our bathroom floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned or cleaned well. We also had issues with the toilet-the chain kept breaking off which my husband fixed a few times.
