Nice hotel…. Lots of construction around right now but workable. Probably could use a bit more staff up front to help people though

We enjoyed our stay at the Moxy and plan to return in the future. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the area and places to go. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, which is super important for us when we travel. The location was excellent for our needs during this trip too. The only areas that could use any improvement is the AC unit in room was extremely loud/noisy so we had to turn it off while sleeping causing the room temp to be a bit warmer than our preference and there was only 1 staff member working during checkin time to handle the bar and the guests checking in which made the process take much longer than it should. Though the staff member working handled this stressful situation awesome, I feel the hotel should take better care of their staff and not put them into situations like this. As well as not putting guests through and extended wait to checkin. There should be at least 2 staff working during the busy times such as around checkin and dinner hours since there is also a bar/dining area.

Beautiful building and wonderful location being right in the heart of old market. My only complaint which unfortunately is a rather big one, is my room had an extremely hard thin bed. It was a standard queen room 3rd floor and it was like sleeping on a carpeted floor almost. May need new mattresses but other then that it was great

Hotel was awesome. However experience with Expedia was not. I paid Expedia $222.06. They only paid the hotel $163.50 of a $185.84 room charge. I was forced to pay $22.34 additional to hotel to cover the difference. So my $185.84 room cost me $244.40. Dispute filed with Expedia got me no where. They blamed on the hotel. Thanks Expedia. Never again.

The Moxy has a great location right by the Old Market in Omaha. There are tons of shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. The hotel lobby is stylish and fun, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The only real downside was that the room was VERY small and was not particularly well designed given how small it was. There are a lot of hooks to hang things, but there are no shelves or drawers that you can use for things that can't hang and the things that are hanging are just hanging against a wall right by the TV. There was also no where to put a suitcase that wasn't sort of in the way. I've stayed in very small hotel rooms in Europe that managed to avoid these problems with a few drawers, a small closet, and/or enough space under the bed to slide a standard suitcase out of the way.

Such a cool and hip property..in a great location!! The staff was awesome..super helpful and friendly!! The only complaint is no water or coffee available in the rooms. Kind of a bummer to have to walk to the lobby for a coffee, or to get a glass of water. But had a great bar, food options for snacks, and the lobby entertained my kids for hours!! So many fun games and things to do!! Great location as well..highly recommended.

Noisiest hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying. The walls, paper thin, the cars going by and playing load music coupled with crowds on a Saturday night. The people in the hallways that act as if they are the only people in the hotel, talking as if they are on the production floor of a machine shop with ear plugs in their heads at 11:30 at night. The homless people yelling at each other at 3am. Fun, fun fun....but other than that it was great, good coffee in the morning, great staff.

This is a cool place. The lobby/bar/check-in area is hip and funky and inviting, no matter your age or any other demographic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar is open until 2 a.m. (unusual for a hotel bar in these parts) and the kitchen is open all night with a limited but appealing menu. The room was on the small side but was ultra-modern and nice. Handy location in the heart of downtown’s Old Market district. Street construction makes access to the parking ramp a bit of a pain right now, but that’s temporary and it wasn’t a big deal.

Moxy Omaha is just a cool spot. The rooms are small and efficient with kind of a modern European vibe. The lobby was fun and hip. Good bar. Fun games. We had a great time.
