I stay here every time I’m in Omaha

There was breakfast?!?!?!

I was on the 2nd level where my room/window sat right next to the alleyway where all the trash cans were. At about 3am all I could hear was beeping and crashing, I woke up thinking it was early morning and they were doing construction. It happened to be a garbage truck emptying the dumpsters in the middle of the night. This continued for over an hour. I did not sleep at all so to this. I wrote management the next morning with no response. I wasn’t anticipating the same thing happening the second night but the same thing happened around 330am. Unfortunately I would never stay here again. Worst sleep of my life. Zero help from management.

The hotel overall is very stylish and close to many resturants and shops, but at the end of the day none of that matters if it isn't a comfortable stay and because of that I don't think we'd stay again.

Great spot for exploring downtown Omaha. Took the kids and had a great weekend.

Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

All good at the hotel itself. We came in July 2026 and there was a lot of construction adjacent to the location, making navigation/parking a bit challenging. As soon as that’s wrapped up, you shouldn’t have any issues. Nice downtown market area with lots of stores/restaurants in walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, you can walk everywhere from there. Friendly staff, great lobby where you can hang if you have some down time.Yeah there is construction right now but it is temporary.

The decor was art deco and industrial. Games in the lobby were fun. Great location

Close to a lot of coffee, gelato, restaurants. Wish my stay was longer to enjoy the area more. Hotel was def a great stay with young/hip vibe

Amazing

We enjoyed our stay at the Moxy and plan to return in the future. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the area and places to go. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, which is super important for us when we travel. The location was excellent for our needs during this trip too. The only areas that could use any improvement is the AC unit in room was extremely loud/noisy so we had to turn it off while sleeping causing the room temp to be a bit warmer than our preference and there was only 1 staff member working during checkin time to handle the bar and the guests checking in which made the process take much longer than it should. Though the staff member working handled this stressful situation awesome, I feel the hotel should take better care of their staff and not put them into situations like this. As well as not putting guests through and extended wait to checkin. There should be at least 2 staff working during the busy times such as around checkin and dinner hours since there is also a bar/dining area.

Beautiful building and wonderful location being right in the heart of old market. My only complaint which unfortunately is a rather big one, is my room had an extremely hard thin bed. It was a standard queen room 3rd floor and it was like sleeping on a carpeted floor almost. May need new mattresses but other then that it was great
