Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area

When Expedia sent in their request, the person at the hotel rejected the request and I was informed that it was Debo. KEEP IN MIND, I had been a DIAMOND LEVEL client for years until two years ago when I retired. I still use Hilton hotels when I travel.

Blackout blinds is a requirement, complete failure in basic place to sleep

Exceptional

Excellent location if you going to the gateway arch. Parking was good and plenty. Location is near a lot of restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very beautiful and beds are comfy.

Great stay

The room was old and needed a full remodel. The bathroom was awful - there was rust dripping down the tile. Wall paper peeling. It was a mess. The lobby was nice - and obviously had undergone a remodel but the room was a dump.

The property is in a great location. Very reasonably priced. The staff was very welcoming.

Friendly staff. Older elevators and only 2, so there can be a little wait time. Parking is tight. Stayed in a king bed room- bed was oddly squeaky on one side but overall stay was good. Ordered breakfast omelette and it was delicious. Location wise-on the outskirts of The Old Market and downtown so adds a few more steps.

I always pull back the sheets to check for bugs at every place I stay. When I pulled back the sheets I noticed stains and a disgusting mattress. Completely disgusting.

I think it was a very nice hotel. I do have one complaint, though the parking ramps speed bump scraped the entire underneath of my car and looking at it. It’s scraped a lot of people’s cars. I was scared it did damage so that needs to be addressed or we won’t be coming back to that hotel.

The hallways & rooms were wore, place could use a renovation. While in the room we always had slides on, carpet didn’t strike us as clean. Not a fan of room service every other day. Do you discount me for lack of service?!?! Paid $25 a day for parking, which is attached to the hotel. The location for parking is very convenient. CLEAN the ramp. There was garbage & broken glass in ramp, looks like it has been a very long time since anyone thought about cleaning it. Hilton you can do better!!

The room was amazing, the doors are little hard to open that is all. It has great view as well!

Good location, staff was super helpful and friendly Loud street noise at night - did not get restful sleep. Pool was okay. Would've been nice to have breakfast at discounted rate through booking.com - family who booked directly through hotel got a discount at least

Perfect location. Close to Riverwalk, restaurants, ballpark and arena.

Staff was exceptional. Friendly faces, easy to talk too and amazing moods from all staff. Absolutely amazing. If we needed help? They were happy to due so. We let staff know it was out anniversary and they happily paid for our car parking and gave us free beverages! It couldnt have gotten better than that. We even offered to help out since they were so nice. Amazing experience. 10/10 Nothing, everything was absolutely amazing

I stay at this hotel every year for the Berkshire meeting. It's clean, predictable and the staff has always been great. Breakfast is not included so beware of that detail. There is a great breakfast place caddy-corner to the hotel called Lula-B's which has great options and prices. The downstairs restaurant in the hotel (Spencers) is fantastic. The gym is pretty good as far as hotel gyms go.

I loved the location of the property - the Old Market area was so fun and there was so much to do.
