Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent. Things to improve: breakfast and the free coffee which were both meh.

$25 attached garage parking. Nice room and great location across from the downtown slides and arches playground.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. It was a close (3-5 minute walk to the chi health arena, with lots of options for food and entertainment. My only complaint is that the noise from the road below is quite loud. If we were to stay here again, I would ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Other than that, everything was great.

Superb

Our go to hotel when in Omaha. Close to everything. We love bar hopping in the area. We always feel safe because there are people everywhere. Whether going to a concert or a weekend with friends, we'll be back.

Room was nice/big but limited comfortable seating… could have had a loveseat or couch, and an ottoman.

(Making this clear ( Spencer's Steakhouse is not affiliated with the hotel in anyway!! ) After we ordered it took over 40 minutes to get the food. Only half the dinner showed up and we were told they would bring it right back. The steaks were way over cooked. Wrong items brought. ) The next morning the Hilton manager called because she heard what happened. Explained it was uncalled for and wanted our stay to be excellent and she fixed the dinner. She didnt have to, just did anyway. Thank you very much.

Location was amazing, staff was very nice, they comped our parking, and gave us a nice high level room. The pool was lacking, the street noise was pretty loud in the rooms even on the 5th floor, and there was a concert that we could hear until midnight.

Really close to downtown so much to do beautiful property and beautiful atmosphere

Location was great! Easy walk to restaurants and the downtown park. 1. The bed was hard and lumpy, but they were in the process of changing out the mattresses while we stayed there. 2. The bedside table lamps were not functioning correctly. 3. The toilet needs work. Kept having to jiggle the handle to get it to stop running.

When Expedia sent in their request, the person at the hotel rejected the request and I was informed that it was Debo. KEEP IN MIND, I had been a DIAMOND LEVEL client for years until two years ago when I retired. I still use Hilton hotels when I travel.

Blackout blinds is a requirement, complete failure in basic place to sleep
