clean room very friendly staff great bar area and excellent food

The price was too high with the added discounted parking fee of $34.95. It was only discounted because I was staying there. The only time they should charge is if the person parking isn’t staying at the hotel. What an utter rip off. It’s Omaha, not downtown Los Angeles. Please, who do you think you are charging to park there while I’m paying for a room?

my stay was wonderful. the room was very clean.
-
Bad- laid wedding ring down on bathroom counter but forgot it. My fault I realize but for a nicer hotel would hope that someone on cleaning staff would have been honest enough to return it. Security able to match cleaning staff to room but of course denied knowing anything about it.

I was over charged for parking and then treated poorly when I called, and hung up on. They still owe me money. I spent over 30 minutes on 3 different calls trying to get my money refunded.

Clean, modern, chic hotel in a convenient location and ample paid parking in the lot with in and out privileges. The bar seemed very lively in the lobby but quieted down by 11 or 12 and there was no bothersome noise in the hotel rooms.

We waited over 1.5 hours for room at 10:30 pm. Paid 35 for parking and elevator was broke. Had to walk down ramp to get to hotel. Pool was not working.

We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Staff was very friendly, property was clean and very nice, our room was clean and bed were comfortable. Only thing I would say is that we didn’t have enough towels or beddings sheets and when I requested for more they were never brought up. Other than that it was good.

They double charged me and it took them 6 days to get me my money back. I had already prepaid with a credit card as well.

On site parking for guests was expensive and not clearly explained. I also have several unverified charges from the hotel that staff have been unable to identify or explain, leaving me responsible for charges that remain unresolved. Unfortunately, the process of getting someone to investigate these issues has been frustratingly slow and inefficient.

Our family was super excited to stay in this hotel with our hometown team to experience the college World Series. We knew the prices would be high, simply because it was close to the park. With that being said, when we first tried to get a room, the price was listed at $500, went up to $1000 a night. Ballpark view was more. What they don’t tell you, is the ballpark view (while it’s beautiful) was also RIDICULOUSLY loud. They offered the mayor’s number upon checking in. I called two days before arrival and asked about a hotel shuttle- no hotel shuttle came when we landed. Tried to call the front desk as advised. No answer. I also asked for a cot to be provided. Supposedly “A note was put on my reservation”. I had to call back and ask for a cot. The WiFi didn’t work, never or anywhere in the hotel. It’s 2026 and at $600-$1000 a night, WiFi is necessary. Trying to check out this morning after the championship games, they were completely out of breakfast items at the Starbucks. Keys were messing up multiple times. To be busy a few times out of the year and to charge these prices. I really expected more. Hotel was pretty clean. I just really expected more to the money.

The cleanliness and functionality was good enough for me and my stay. My shower was not working properly but it was good enough enough. I reported it and hopefully it will be fixed for the next guests. The elevators moved quickly and there was little wait time- this was awesome. All my needs were met quickly and much appreciated. 4 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Graet location Was able to have business meeting without any issues

Everything was great, the amenities, restaurant etc. However, parking per day was about fifty dollars, which it's crazy. The restaurant was overly priced as well.
