Cambria Hotel Omaha Downtown

Friendly staff, amazing room, and a delicious breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is in great location.. staff is friendly.. rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Window shade was ripped and didn’t close all the way. I had to put a piece of furniture in front of the window for privacy. The peep hole in the door was broke and flipped upside down so it couldn’t be closed. The beds were comfortable. The night lights on the end tables were broken. Not just “not working”, they were literally broken. The sofa fabric was dirty. Grossly dirty. Didn’t want to touch it, let alone sit in it. I was here for 2 days and the staff never said a word to me. Not even when I went down to the bar for breakfast. The staff standing behind the bar “lounging” saw me coming and scurried like roaches. When I checked out early in the morning, the same guy who checked me in was now laying on the couch in the lobby, still scrolling on his phone. After I asked him what I needed to do to checkout, he told me to just leave my keys on the counter. I received a text 8 hours later reminding me it was checkout day. He never checked me out. Location is in a very sketchy part of town. Do not recommend

The air conditioning in our room was inoperable. The room was 80 degrees and I could not get the AC to turn on. I went to the desk immediately and they placed me into another room.

The rooms were extremely clean, and I appreciated the tile floors in rooms over carpet. We had complete control over the thermostat, which was nice. The hotel was in walking distance to Hook & Lime, Bobo’s, and Rocco’s pizza, which were great restaurants. Breakfast was very meh. I would not spend extra for it honestly. Day 2 of 3 the breakfast left us feeling sick to our stomach. Weekends they do a buffet style and weekdays they do sit down style. The food was better on weekdays sitting down. Breakfast staff could kind of be snappy too when you first arrived.

Very Roomy, I loved the wood like flooring rather than carpet in my King Suite. Air conditioning was perfect. Nice touch with automatic blackout curtain. my 2nd floor room was also very quiet, it was the 4th of July, so even with a lot of foot traffic, I never noticed, even the outdoor fireworks were not bothersome for sleep. Very comfy bed, I loved the pillows, and there were so many! The couches are amazingly comfy. I will be back.

Rooms are clean and well maintained, with a modern feel! Staff are friendly and welcoming! Pool area is tidy and they have a full service bar with a lot of options!

It is a nice property. Front desk could have been more friendly.

The bathroom mirror had Bluetooth that was nice

The rooms were large and very nice. Our waitress from the Texas Embassy Suites was wonderful. Other than that, we were not satisfied and would not stay there again. For $500 a night, we would expect more. Our room was never cleaned nor items like coffee pods and make up wipes replenished the 2nd day. We reported that and also that ants were in our shower at the beginning of that day. The next day the bathroom was cleaned, but ants still there and bed not made. Also, after the CWS the door was locked in the Main Street and the bar had no food or snacks. The game went 4 hours, but we would have thought there would be something to eat after the game. It is advertised that the van will take you within 3 miles. When we asked for a ride the time we were there to the Old Market, we were told it was only going to the airport that day. We never saw the van leave, but we had to pay for Ubers. We were very disappointed with our stay and will not stay there again.

Great place to stay

Location is Great. Overall the Hotel is great. We asked for Towels twice and they were never delivered to our Room. Overall a Great Experience and we would definitely go back.
