Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown - Waterpark by IHG

The rooms were updated but not clean. Some staff was very helpful while others were not. AC was extremely loud but had no choice but to stay because there were no other rooms available.

Simple request, please make sure that all Rooms have a garbage can in the bathroom & in the main room. Both of the rooms we stayed in only had 1 garbage can in the bathroom. I know this is minor request, but it is an important one. - Thanks

Our stay was nice. The kids had a blast at the water park. I should have looked but didn't realize that parking wasn't included. I hate that. Just charge me more for the room. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The pool was different from most other hotels. My kids really enjoyed the waterslide. They were out of towels when we came in and no one replaced them in the 1.5 hours we were there. We had to go ask the front desk for them. Arcade was so so. Mostly claw machines. Having a restaurant and a frozen yogurt bar connected to the hotel was convenient. We passed on the $15 per person breakfast buffet, but had dinner and it was good.

Bed bugs rude housekeepers front staff was helpful

The pool area was good. Nice size pool and hot tub was also decent size. Lots of kids playing and adults enjoying as well. Hotel was a little noisy but was expected with the kids. Parking was $15 a day, saw some tickets on cars who didn’t follow directions. The restaurant was nice, the help wasn’t so helpful but the night waitress was very nice! There’s a yogurt shop as well. Pricey but was expected. Would stay again!

Beds were very comfortable. Food in Burger Therapy was great and the frozen yogurt place was really enjoyable. Rooms could have been a little cleaner but we still had a great time. Grandkids enjoyed the water park. Very strong chlorine usage though in waterpark..

Building was relatively clean, but the idea of rooms only serviced every couple of days was not ideal. The restaurant at this hotel, I would not recommend- food was below average and service as well.

Stayed with family for 2 nights; the kids loved the waterpark and the hottub and pools seemed clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our bunkbed suite and was convenient to lots of things downtown and 10 min from the zoo.

Staff at front desk was rude and not helpful. Other than than restaurant staff was friendly

the day we got there, there was no parking available. other than that it was an OK place to stay.

Staff were amazing. Easy check in process. Even got us in our room a few hours early.

Had to pay for parking. Waterpark was a joke. Holes in the floor of the kids area.

I booked solely for the waterpark attraction, but I didn't have enough time to use it. The breakfast buffet was really impressive

I am not typically one to complain, but this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. As I write this, it is 10:30 PM and my family is unable to sleep due to a large group of children running through the hallways, stomping, beating on guest room doors, and creating excessive noise. After it continued for an extended period, I attempted to call the front desk, only to discover that the phone in our room was not working. I then went downstairs to report the issue and was informed that there was only one employee on duty and no security available to address the situation. Earlier in the evening, we also discovered that our room did not have a hair dryer. When I went to request one, there appeared to be an argument between the front desk employee and a housekeeper regarding the request. I was ultimately told someone would have to find one and bring it to our room. In addition, the condition of room 227 is unacceptable for a hotel charging approximately $300 per night. The bathroom floor is dirty, there is blue gel-like residue around the floor drain, and the caulking around the shower appears poorly maintained and unsanitary. The overall condition feels more consistent with a budget motel than a premium hotel. I understand that children will be children, but the level of disruption tonight is unreasonable, and the inability of hotel staff to address it has significantly impacted our stay. Perfect location! Staff was wonderful! The only thing our room was missing was a hair dryer, but luckily we didn’t ever need it!

Location, staff was great; comfortable Wouldn't give me a folio upon leaving. Said it was your responsibility. So can I get a receipt from you?
