Two nights we had to drive around looking and waiting for parking even thought ours was already paid for the stay. Other cars where parking in the grass and side walk and front of building.
-
The staff here was great! My kids really enjoyed the waterpark.

Had to throw my own trash and didn't have any towels changed didn't know you had to pay for parking just overall not satisfied

Hotel experience was great, very clean and good amenities for the price. The only complaint I have is that my hotel room suited 4 only received 2 towels upon checking in. We went down to get 2 more and were told they’d have to check laundry. We waited a few hours and checked back in after we went to the pool and they said they did not have any. Had to use two hand towels for regular towels. The next day we checked back in 2 more times and were told we couldn’t get any more so we took a few pool towels. Finally on our last night we saw some on the counter and asked if we could have a couple and the person said they were for another guest but ultimately let us take 2. It’s very minor but we didn’t even have enough towels for everyone to begin with!

There was no parking available on site. People were parking in the fire lanes, on the grass, and on the sidewalk. The spaces are dirty. Towels had stains. Our windows faced the roof with air conditioning units. There was trash and dead animals all over the roof. It was disgusting. I would not recommend this place ever. Also, the "waterpark" is a pool with a small play area for kids. It was not working when we went.

Since I ordered the room through Expedia the front desk clerk had a hard time finding that I paid for the room. It took a while and then they just gave me the key cards since the line to the front desk was getting long. They said they would figure it out. There was often a line at the front desk. The check in process was very slow. The room itself was okay, but showing it's age. The room was clean. We had a king and couch that folded out into a bed. The size of the room was good and didn’t feel crowded. The carpet in the hallway was showing wear and had a smell to it. The pool's chlorine level seemed fine on Wednesday and Thursday, but on Friday it was really high. It faded my brand new swimming suit. I didn’t realize my suit was faded until I left the pool Friday night. The pool was warm and did have activities for all of my children ranging in ages from 14 to 6. Parking was $15 dollars a night. I didn’t see this until I received a message after I booked the hotel. Only 4 wrist bands were given for the pool. Additional wrist bands were $25 a piece. I would stay again, but only because there isn't another indoor waterpark in the area.

The only downside was that it seemed like there was an extra charge for everything, including breakfast. It would be nice if breakfast were included with the stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. It's a great place for families looking for a fun getaway!

It was a nice place to stay.

The water park was poorly maintained. Around midnight I was worn up to someone attempting to enter my room which I'm so glad I had the security lock on. I tried calling the desk and realized the room phone did not work at all. Called from my cell and found out it was a staff member trying to come in to get something thinking it was not occupied. Overall not a great experience. I asked for a discount due to being scared half to death in the middle of the night and they said they would talk to a manager and charged me full price.

Upon arrival at our room door was propped open. Looking around saw several in the same state. Went back to front desk “oh that means you probably don’t have towels. It how we know”. NEVER have seen anything like that. Went back up and door lock was hanging. After touching it feel off completely. Our room was Not a great paint job. Clearly worn throughout. Drawers not clean. Others in our group had major problems with their room. No smoke detector. Loud group above them, but phone didn’t work to call down. Sink drain didn’t properly work. Another in our group had leftovers in their fridge. Pool area had no clear operating hours. Felt like whatever the staff wanted to do with it they did, which possibly included one night staying open late(not sure). No towels available. On the open late night most lights turned out. No verification of wristbands to ensure proper guests. Overall. WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN.

Not a great experience. Upon arrival we were told our rooms were not ready. Check in with at 4 PM however it was 445 for a room was finally checked that it was clean and we could get into it. I also called the front desk around 8 PM to tell them the TV wasn’t working to wish I would be told somebody would be sent up to look at it. That never happened. Also, the noise was ridiculous. They stress the quiet hours after 9 PM however I was up to after 1 PM with kids running up and down the hallway, playing basketball, etc. on the floor above me. When I mentioned it, I was told that would be handled and it wasn’t. The next day while I was at the front desk again, addressing all of these issues, another man stated the noise was also ridiculous. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this property. To spend the money that was spent for over two nights is not worth all this trouble. There are plenty of hotels that I could be staying at.

Marcus at the front desk was truly helpful!! We had an issue with our shower and even though there was no maintenance on duty, he found a way to get it fixed for us. Water area was great for our 2 year old grands and hot tub wonderful-the pool was pretty cold
-
The rooms were very clean
-
Pool was broken, room was dirty. Water park generally underwhelming. Cars broken into in the parking lot. Other than that...
-
The rooms were updated but not clean. Some staff was very helpful while others were not. AC was extremely loud but had no choice but to stay because there were no other rooms available.
-
Simple request, please make sure that all Rooms have a garbage can in the bathroom & in the main room. Both of the rooms we stayed in only had 1 garbage can in the bathroom. I know this is minor request, but it is an important one. - Thanks

Our stay was nice. The kids had a blast at the water park. I should have looked but didn't realize that parking wasn't included. I hate that. Just charge me more for the room. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The pool was different from most other hotels. My kids really enjoyed the waterslide. They were out of towels when we came in and no one replaced them in the 1.5 hours we were there. We had to go ask the front desk for them. Arcade was so so. Mostly claw machines. Having a restaurant and a frozen yogurt bar connected to the hotel was convenient. We passed on the $15 per person breakfast buffet, but had dinner and it was good.

Bed bugs rude housekeepers front staff was helpful

The pool area was good. Nice size pool and hot tub was also decent size. Lots of kids playing and adults enjoying as well. Hotel was a little noisy but was expected with the kids. Parking was $15 a day, saw some tickets on cars who didn’t follow directions. The restaurant was nice, the help wasn’t so helpful but the night waitress was very nice! There’s a yogurt shop as well. Pricey but was expected. Would stay again!
