Overall, it was a nice stay, but there was no freezer for frozen goods. Also, the pool wasn’t very deep — I would have preferred it deeper for adults.
-
Clean and nice. Great value
-
Room was not clean. The tv was broken, so sitting in a dirty room with nothing to do was not a good experience
-
Chlorine was so bad the kids only played in the pool for 15 minutes. Eyes burning and an asthma attack later we had to leave.
-
Not a great experience. Staff was not helpful at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was anything but kind and helpful! The rooms had a terrible smell to them. And they gave our reservation away because we didn’t arrive by 6 pm with no notice! The pool chemicals were horrible you couldn’t spend more than 20 min in the pool area without feeling sick and your eyes burning and all the kids coughing. The breakfast was supposed to be free for kids but the staff would not give us the passes to do so and the food was terrible. The rooms only had 2 towels each and staff would not allow you to have more no matter how many were on the reservation.

The start of our weekend there was awful. Apparently if you dont check in and pay by 6 pm they will give your room away on a first come first serve bases. Even though we had a reservation and chose pay at property. Our options were to downgrade wolith no price change or cancel. The night manager was rude and trashy with her language and demeanor. Second our room reaked of paint thinner but after looking turns out they resealed the entire bathroom with silicone and the exhaust fan didnt work so the fumes and smell were just stuck in the room, the water park only half worked, the hotel front desk is rude, unhelpful and lazy. I asked for towels and washrags because there were 6 pf us im a room that they stocked woth 2 towels and 2 washrags. The response was they aren't folded and im not doing it right now but ill have some delivered. Those never came. The chlorine levels in the pool were so high that just getting in had your eyes burning and made you cough. Multiple other people were coughing and had bright red eyes. The breakfast buffet they advertise is the same food you get for free at their other hotels woth breakfast included. It was awful. I would never stay there again. It was the worst hotel experiance we've ever experienced.

The room was great and spacious. The false advertisement was the problem. As well as the mold growing in the ice bucket. No one wants to use a moldy ice bucket.
-
Convenient location for us. Very comfortable room, water park was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

On the plus side, the staff was amazing! The water park was perfect for my two toddlers, the free kids meal tickets with one paid adult per day was cool! & this is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at where they didn’t require a hold in the amount of the hotel room. Only $50 deposit you can use at their shop, or not use at all & get refunded. $10/day for parking, it’s all electronic! No cash payments.
-
No complimentary breakfast people upstairs from us were stomping all nite couldn't check in till almost 5 was supposed to check in at 4pm. The good was the Waterpark.
-
Kids enjoyed the stay. We found many broken things that clearly haven’t been fixed in awhile.
-
Two nights we had to drive around looking and waiting for parking even thought ours was already paid for the stay. Other cars where parking in the grass and side walk and front of building.
-
The staff here was great! My kids really enjoyed the waterpark.
-
Had to throw my own trash and didn't have any towels changed didn't know you had to pay for parking just overall not satisfied

Hotel experience was great, very clean and good amenities for the price. The only complaint I have is that my hotel room suited 4 only received 2 towels upon checking in. We went down to get 2 more and were told they’d have to check laundry. We waited a few hours and checked back in after we went to the pool and they said they did not have any. Had to use two hand towels for regular towels. The next day we checked back in 2 more times and were told we couldn’t get any more so we took a few pool towels. Finally on our last night we saw some on the counter and asked if we could have a couple and the person said they were for another guest but ultimately let us take 2. It’s very minor but we didn’t even have enough towels for everyone to begin with!

There was no parking available on site. People were parking in the fire lanes, on the grass, and on the sidewalk. The spaces are dirty. Towels had stains. Our windows faced the roof with air conditioning units. There was trash and dead animals all over the roof. It was disgusting. I would not recommend this place ever. Also, the "waterpark" is a pool with a small play area for kids. It was not working when we went.

Since I ordered the room through Expedia the front desk clerk had a hard time finding that I paid for the room. It took a while and then they just gave me the key cards since the line to the front desk was getting long. They said they would figure it out. There was often a line at the front desk. The check in process was very slow. The room itself was okay, but showing it's age. The room was clean. We had a king and couch that folded out into a bed. The size of the room was good and didn’t feel crowded. The carpet in the hallway was showing wear and had a smell to it. The pool's chlorine level seemed fine on Wednesday and Thursday, but on Friday it was really high. It faded my brand new swimming suit. I didn’t realize my suit was faded until I left the pool Friday night. The pool was warm and did have activities for all of my children ranging in ages from 14 to 6. Parking was $15 dollars a night. I didn’t see this until I received a message after I booked the hotel. Only 4 wrist bands were given for the pool. Additional wrist bands were $25 a piece. I would stay again, but only because there isn't another indoor waterpark in the area.
-
The only downside was that it seemed like there was an extra charge for everything, including breakfast. It would be nice if breakfast were included with the stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. It's a great place for families looking for a fun getaway!
