5 star! Great service, desk receptionist was on the phone trying to figure out a reservation, put them on hold quick to check me in. Rooms, hallways were clean. Room air was working wonderfully. I was with my daughter and we felt safe!

Location to Chi Event Center was great. We had 3 moms and 3 daughters, so the two bedroom suite was so nice to have. Popcorn in lobby was good! Only complaint was how hot the hallways were. So hot! No AC and we would sweat just trying to get down to the lobby. Yuck!

The location was perfect for what we needed and the staff was great. It would have been nice to have some vending machines for drinks/snacks for when we got back late at night

The room was clean, pool was great. Breakfast was hot n fresh. Very nice worker in the breakfast department.also met Bob the builder who was also very polite.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and we were very happy with our stay. I'm disappointed that the bed sheets were stained the first night we stayed. The expectations I had were that the bed I was sleeping in was clean with new sheets before we checked in. We requested new linens and remade our own beds.

The location was perfect, easy drive from zoo and within walking distance to several places to eat. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The floors and walls could be cleaned better. There was a lot of dirt and hair along the baseboards. The wall next to the sink also had something sticky on it in the kitchen.

The beds were super comfortable. I loved the extra suite space with the roll out bed for my 7 year old! N/A I liked everything!
