Homewood Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown

The beds were comfortable and our family slept well. The bathroom didn't feel super clean. If you took a step back, you could see the toilet was grungy around the rim. The iron was burnt so didn't feel comfortable trying it and ruining clothes. The fold-out sofa bed was crumby inside. Breakfast was pretty good. We had camped a few days before, so this stay still felt like luxury, but there's room for improvement on the details.

Buffy the Manager is an Outstanding, Wonderful, Inspiring Manager and Jake-Maintenance guy is also Outstanding, Wonderful, Inspiring people and they both go out and Beyond to help their guests especially myself. I give Buffy,Jake both all 10000 Stars!!!!!

Property was perfect stay across the street from College World Series baseball stadium. Easy access for seniors.

All the staff we interacted with was very nice and helpful with any questions asked. And there was a great selection for breakfast!

The location was perfect for our trip to watch the college World Series. The breakfast was good and we were provided free cold water all week. The price was a little steep, but we had the best time and the location was so perfect !

This was perfect for our College World Series trip. Just steps away from the stadium - incredibly convenient. It was a little challenging getting into the hotel parking lot but only because we were arriving when a game was getting out. Breakfast was good. Pool was good and always stocked with towels. All of the staff was friendly and easy to get ahold of if we needed something (a rarity in hotels lately). Would definitely stay again.

Check in and out went smoothly

Night desk person was super nice and helpful. He got me extra blankets at midnight without any issues. He offered to comp the parking fee given how packed the lot was, and he went outside to help us find a place to park. The parking lot was full. It was a pain to drive around looking for a spot so late at night. If the night clerk hadn't gone out to help us find a spot, we would have been very frustrated.
