Great value and price - within walking distance of a handful of good restaurants and things to do!

Also the area is very near to a large homeless population. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. They did have quite the oatmeal bar. But the scrambled eggs were blah. As was the sausage.

A/C was fantastic and beds were comfortable!

The manager was very responsive to our needs and help us turn everything around in a matter of just 10 minutes. He had a pleasant demeanor. The experience one of the best.

This was a one night stop for me and three kids, was excellent! Easy to get to, easy to find a place to eat quickly for dinner, and had a great breakfast to get us out and going to make it to the zoo:)! Highly recommend

We encountered lots of seemingly homeless people 3-4 blocks from the property, but not any closer than that. They were not a problem. We would definitely consider staying here again.

No hot tub, filled in with cement. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Location not the best. Also have to wait and see if I get charges credited back to my account as I had parking charges "pending" double the amount of the cost.

Clean room. Comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet & great location.

If it weren't for that, I would have rated it excellent. The HVAC system worked well. The water pressure was good. There were no noisy neighbors. And parking was close by. And the breakfast was very good. While the hotel is downtown in an area that I originally had concerns about, they appeared to be unfounded. The area was decent and well maintained, convenient to other attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful on all shifts and positions. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine.

The location was perfect for us and the breakfast had gluten free options and a nice selection of food. The room was perfect for our needs.

Great service, parking right around the hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great free breakfast It would be great to add some weights to the fitness room.

There was an issue with the pool and we couldn't use it. Some staff was very nice others made it feel like we were an imposition. Key cards were not working properly as well.

The room itself was great. Nice, spacious, clean room with everything in working order. The staff was very polite at check-in, check-out, and any other interactions. While this is not the hotel's fault, it is worth pointing out - Despite being in downtown Omaha, which I assumed to be a good location, the hotel is less than a block away from a homeless encampment and homeless people can be seen wandering near the hotel. The reason I booked the hotel was to be within walking distance of an event just a short walk away, but I did not feel safe walking around the neighborhood, so I still ended up using Uber. I noticed security in the parking lot on one of the two nights I was there, but it definitely took away my main motive for staying here. Had I known about the neighborhood, I would have stayed at a cheaper hotel outside of town and just Ubered to/from the event.
