Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Downtown

Nice room/clean/semi decent location minus all the sidewalk construction making it difficult to go where you wanted. Very noisy. You can hear just about everything from the main roads/sidewalk/bars. All night long. We even were on the 7th floor. For the price I don’t think it’s worth it. Also have to pay $25.99 for parking in their lot. Super squeaky bed, box spring was going bad I think.

Close to CHI Center, comfortable beds, ample parking 25$ to park

The room was very nice ,,, the area had construction,, which is beyond their control. But it made it hard to get around

Great location to old market for pubs and food. Friendly staff and very comfy beds! Get a balcony room if you can

We were expecting a swimming pool area, but found that it was cemented. On site it was stated that there was a pool.

I thought the hotel was excellent. I will stay there again!

Helpful staff, spacious room

The staff were great. The room was very nice however, the mattress was not great. I have a lower back problem that was Not helped. Even my girlfriend brought it up before I did. During the night I became ill. I flushed the toilet Which appeared to be stopped. The bowl started filling and the stopper in the tank did not seat properly so the bowl flooded. Room 816. I removed the lid and put the stopper in place to stop the excess flow of water onto the floor. I used all of the towels. I then went to the front desk at 02:00 because 1) no plunger 2) I needed replacement towels. The employee had to leave the front desk to go "downstairs" to find a plunger. It may be because of the construction but it seamed like a fair amount of traffic noise, sqealing tires. The Only reason I would not stay here again was the mattress.

The pay to park wasn't mentioned and was a bit expensive

Fast check in and staff is very helpful.
