Great stay. Room was clean and so was the shower. Would stay here again.

Excellent location! Extremely clean and very friendly staff.

We were expecting a swimming pool area, but found that it was cemented. On site it was stated that there was a pool.

I thought the hotel was excellent. I will stay there again!

Helpful staff, spacious room

The staff were great. The room was very nice however, the mattress was not great. I have a lower back problem that was Not helped. Even my girlfriend brought it up before I did. During the night I became ill. I flushed the toilet Which appeared to be stopped. The bowl started filling and the stopper in the tank did not seat properly so the bowl flooded. Room 816. I removed the lid and put the stopper in place to stop the excess flow of water onto the floor. I used all of the towels. I then went to the front desk at 02:00 because 1) no plunger 2) I needed replacement towels. The employee had to leave the front desk to go "downstairs" to find a plunger. It may be because of the construction but it seamed like a fair amount of traffic noise, sqealing tires. The Only reason I would not stay here again was the mattress.

The pay to park wasn't mentioned and was a bit expensive

The property was well kept. The young lady serving in the Bistro went well above and beyond in customer service. She helped my husband and I with a smile and history of the hotel. She helped us at dinner time around 5:00-5:30pm on Friday July 10th 2026.

The front desk staff has no idea about the parking.

I was very happy with the customer service and the hotel itself.

The room was very nice. The Starbucks party for breakfast was not a very good option. The ice machine on the BR level was broken, which is the only one you can use before 8am.

Clean room and hotel. Check in was easy but the staff member was less than friendly when asking for ID and credit card.

The staff was super friendly. The only complaint that I have is that our room faced a very noisy street.
