Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Downtown

I was very happy with the customer service and the hotel itself.

The room was very nice. The Starbucks party for breakfast was not a very good option. The ice machine on the BR level was broken, which is the only one you can use before 8am.

Clean room and hotel. Check in was easy but the staff member was less than friendly when asking for ID and credit card.

The staff was super friendly. The only complaint that I have is that our room faced a very noisy street.

Hotel overbooked and we had to move to another

Starbucks was understaffed. The person that checked us in said breakfest was included, but when we went and checked out it was not.

Night clerk was very pleasant and helpful.

We were disappointed when we arrived. We came from another Courtyard by Marriott in Rapid city which was better. We expected the cafe to be open in the evening but we were told that they didn’t have it open on the weekends. There was more wear and tear and we found drippage in front of our toilet like it had been used. We used Lysol wipes to clean up floor and toilet. Also you pay $20+ to park for the night. We were only staying one night so we made do.

We like the location an ease to get to nearby restaurants and sports venues

Nice place. However, if you get a room on the second floor plan on hearing highway traffic 24/7 and bright lights passing through all night. It is very hard to sleep. Also, the standard hotel pillows are terrible and flat. Lastly, they no longer have a shuttle to the airport. They discontinued it our first day there.

Everything Had one short coming but it was resolved immediately! Great staff

The breakfast was good. It is actually a Starbucks. The lady serving was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the room. It was a nice size and comfortable.

Location was perfect, we walked to the shops and restaraunts. My friend and I double booked the rooms on accident and they gave me a refund even though I had not chosen the free refund option!

No breakfast. Parking easy but expensive @ $20 a day. Hotel gym very poor (thus no overall excellent). Few towels available, sanitizer wipes seemed old, no cups for water. Move the free weight rack to the wall with no mirror so bench work has full view in mirror. It will also make the small room feel less crowded. Clean the workout room. Front desk staff not very friendly or engaging. Room Service staff was great. Room was always fresh and felt clean. Temp hard to regulate and fan was very loud. Convenient location!!!
