Beautiful hotel in pristine condition. Excellent service from the moment we stepped out of our car to valet park for our three day stay to check in for our beautiful large, clean and incredibly comfortable room. We were on the top floor with a spectacular view of the city, Missouri River and incredibly beautiful city park below. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The restaurant, the Dynamite Grill, had excellent food for the breakfasts and dinner we ate at the hotel. The wait staff was excellent, as well. The bell and valet staff were exceptional! The entire hotel staff ran this place like a 10! We will return. Thank you Nothing

Was the nicest hotel I’ve ever staid in. The people working the front desk were excellent. We even had champagne & chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property. Rooms were immaculate. And the valet person, Derick was so helpful and funny. He remembered us throughout our trip and gave us several ideas to make it better. Fantastic experience.

From the valet greet to the reception champagne glass and energetic and warm welcoming hospitality. We couldn’t ask for a better way in to the hotel. Everybody was top tier with warm smiles. Made our stay worth while. This was our first time in Omaha and they definitely made us wanting to come back for the stay. Thank Farnam and staff for all that they do! 5 star across the board.

Our check-in experience was also subpar as it definitely felt like she felt like we weren't good enough to be there. We were also charged for using a mini-bar item that we never even touched. Room service was great and the room service staff were exceptional.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and we loved the bathroom. Nothing at all.
