This property and Booking. Com charged me for 3 rooms and I only received 1! I was charged and still waiting for my credit ! Which has yet to be received! They overcharged me for 3 rooms and I only received 1 ! One key not 3 keys! I am still waiting on my refund !

Ability to shower after we disinfected. Cocaroaches, dirty bedding, big yellow stain no mattress sheet to cover dirty bed cover. Had to disinfect the bathroom with lysol for my son to bathe. Very dirty and many people just hanging around outside very sketchy. Did not sleep well after the roach sighting and the people outside.

Absolutely nothing. It was horrendous Drugs, scary, dirty, we didn’t even stay and couldn’t get a refund. There was no way in hell I could stay there being pregnant & with two other kids. The floors weren’t even swept, the bed had stains and there was a dead roach on the ground by the tv.

It's located off the freeway The Rooms needs to be upgraded along with new curtains including better AC unit that's not blowing cool air

I belive i should get a full refund but they say you can't with we had roaches in oir first room which we booked two beds then they say our room was upgrades to a full size bed and thats it that room had so many roaches the moves us to the jucuzzi room that stunk like stale death. But what's worse iswe were traveling with another couple who were highly disappointed there is no free breakfast at all not even coffee. Yeah such false advertising

Noise all night from upstairs guest could not even sleep

Upon arrive there were some shady looking people outside and inside the check in area. My husband and mother in law wanted a quiet place to work on a project, and it wasn’t that quiet, there were people yelling outside. Also the website mentions a complementary breakfast and they had no breakfast.

Im a 25 year old single male. I say this because when I book a budget hotel I truly am just looking for a place to sleep, nothing luxurious. But this shit was disgusting. I asked for another room and the same thing. It smelt like straight disgust and filth. I ended up wasting my money and booked a whole other hotel that same night to not stay in that dump. Everything, like literally not onw thing was good. Maybe location was decent right off the 60.
