Air conditioner was a little messed up.

everything was either stained , hair all over it , or broken. looked like dried blood on the mattress and walls. we asked for new sheets because the previous ones had hair all over them so we got “new sheets” and they were still stained glad we brought our own. if i could do 0 stars i would.

The toilet was not hinged on the toilet properly. It was broken. The floor had hair all over. It was not cleaned appropriately. The bedding was horrible. There was no blanket.It was considered a shower curtain. The attendee on site was not aware with how to run the register when dealing with a refund. There was a huge language barrier, which is horrible for customer service. The ice area in vending machine is carotid.In filth, it is disgusting. I didn't even use it. These pictures are misleading it was disgusting.

Staff was so rude we booked a jukuzi room nothing but sadness room was just disgusting roaches on walls and staff didn't care or help didn't want to refund us

False advertisement rooms are dirty rooms rubs bugs on the bed shower was nasty towels were dirty refrigerator was dirty dirty q-tips outside the door and smell like poop I would not recommend this place to anybody anybody that stays here should run for false pictures don't believe the pictures you get the room the show toilet was not fasting too long you sit on the toilet and it bends forward I would never ever recommend this place to anybody and if I was booking.com I would remove this listing of this hotel from their site is a very disgusting place I didn't even spend one night there I had to rent another room somewhere else and take a loss they refuse to give me a refund I will not use booking.com ever again due to this issue they didn't even try to help me to receive a refund

The roo. Was nothing as advertised. They charged $15 additional because im in a wheelchair. The toilet's actual seat was only a half a seat. The water pressure to the hot tub was as good as your bathroom sink. So, it took a couple of hours to even fill up. Theres no changing light. The hot tube was filthy.

Place needs a lot of work. Not a place to take your girl.
