Staff was courteous, professional There was an odor in the room, no sitting chair and mildow in the bathroom

The towels were clean the floor was clean the shower was clean The fridge didnt really work the pillows were flat the hot tube had this really bad smell the 2nd time we ran it and no trash bags

The room had hair on certain furniture such as the sink faucet and in the fridge. Didn’t experience the roaches issue however there was an odor than came from the restroom, I’m guessing it’s a plumbing issue. The wifi was horrible I had to use my own hotspot. The bed was not comfortable neither were the pillows. It was alright for one quick night but not for a long stay.

The location is close to places so no car needed. The room was awful. The bathroom had baby nymph roaches everywhere. The shower would whistle loud and was barely working . The sink was gross and had a sewer smell. Beds were stiff like blocks. Theres too many "long term" guests and they all talk loud in front of the door smoking for hours, like tweekers. I stood here for work but i never got any sleep because the ppl would stay up all night and talk of all places in front of my door. Also the door had a screw for a lock. They did look like they were starting a renovation so i may have just got there at the wrong time but i personally wouldn't stay here again.

There was not a single redeeming quality about this property. Absolutely disgusting. filthy premises, large unpatched holes in the wall, rude front desk lady, sign in the parking lot that says "no pooping here" I have pics for all of this. When I asked for a refund they told me I have to go through booking.com. I did that and was denied my refund. Ive been using booking.com for many years but I dont think I ever will again.

Air conditioner was a little messed up.

everything was either stained , hair all over it , or broken. looked like dried blood on the mattress and walls. we asked for new sheets because the previous ones had hair all over them so we got “new sheets” and they were still stained glad we brought our own. if i could do 0 stars i would.

The toilet was not hinged on the toilet properly. It was broken. The floor had hair all over. It was not cleaned appropriately. The bedding was horrible. There was no blanket.It was considered a shower curtain. The attendee on site was not aware with how to run the register when dealing with a refund. There was a huge language barrier, which is horrible for customer service. The ice area in vending machine is carotid.In filth, it is disgusting. I didn't even use it. These pictures are misleading it was disgusting.
