La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Opelika Auburn

Stay was nice. Lobby was beautiful and clean. Front staff was amazing! They were helpful and courteous!! Coco was just fabulous! She greeted us with a smile and was genuinely kind. We did find a couple stains on our bedding but house keeping staff brought us bedding to replace the stained ones. Other than that the stay was good.

Extremely nice look inside the place. Very clean. Breakfast was great. No complaints.

Stayed over a Saturday night. Everything was nice and clean, room was quiet and beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have zero complaints about our stay here. The staff was very courteous, the breakfast was great. The location is great. We will come back for sure.

Checked in around 3pm, but didn't get into the room until after dinner. The room and amenities were good. After unpacking, I pulled the chair out from under the desk and noticed something had been dragged out by the chair. It turned out to be animal feces! I contacted the front desk and was told that none of the housekeeping staff was on duty, but that he (the front desk manager) would come up to sweep up the mess. After sweeping up the feces, he left me with a container of antiseptic wipes to clean up the feces smeared on the carpet and wheels of the desk chair. I was not offered a different room, a discount, or an apology. I mistakenly prepaid for the room and my wife was too exhausted to find another hotel. When I checked out the following morning I explained what happened to the clerk and her response was "Other than that was everything ok?" The breakfast offerings were good, but I was never able to locate an ice machine. All in all not a great stay! I won't stay there again and my opinion of Wyndham as plummeted!

Everything was good except the TV. The remote was not working good. I had to stand directly in front of the tv just to change the channels. But everything else was perfect.

It’s clean and staff is friendly

I love the professionalism of the staff . Always very helpful and informative. I really appreciate waking up to a breakfast that’s close to a home cooked breakfast. The rooms and hotel is always very clean and the decor of the lobby and bar area is a nice design.

Always enjoy staying here. We stay here 4 times a year
