The pool was closed at this property, wish we would have known via the website. We did not end up staying there. Manager was very nice and recommended another hotel and also requested a refund for me

Pretty. The pool was never available. They closed it off for the night due to a possible storm, but it never rained after 5 pm. Then in the morning they were cleaning it. I felt it should have been ready at 630 am when it said it would be open.

Was very pleased with the stay was charged what l was thinking was for an extra day .But, was told at desk that this was normal and money would be refunded to card 💳 am trusting this will happen! Otherwise this was an outstanding stay and was very pleased excellent job and thank you! JRG

I was told that I had to make and pay for a room before the lady could let me in. Being a trucker i don’t have the time of energy to go back and forth. I booked through Expedia and she said she saw my reservation. She then opened the door and i giver her my identification. She then proceeded to charge my card again for more than I paid through Expedia along with a incidental hold. I would not have known she did that if my bank didn’t send the notification. I then questioned her about it and she said it happened to another guest. I told her if that was the case why would you tell me to reserve and pay instead of just reserving the room and pay you? She didn’t have an answer and told me a manager would deal with it tomorrow. I checkout at 7am and I ask her about it. She tells me again she told the manager and it’s nothing she can do. I waited for the manager to call and she didn’t so I called the property back. The manager told me she had taken care of it and in 24 hrs it would be resolved. This happened on Monday and I still have three charges on my account from this property. I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone nor do I feel it should remain a MARRIOTT.

Staff was very friendly! The room was clean and spacious and we loved that it included a dishwasher. The colors and design of the room made it feel more luxurious and the huge tv was a major bonus!! The towels were also surprisingly big and plush, and we loved the rolled up bath mat. Only thing we didn’t like was the shower layout since it was just a walk in shower and you couldn’t trap any steam in there with you.

The breakfast area was clean, and the food was more than met our expectations. The hotel was in an excellent area right off the interstate within close proximity to great restaurants and shopping.

Friendly staff, great fitness center, facility was clean. Had a problem with refrigerator flipping the breaker and going off. I mentioned when checking out and she said it was a known issue, would have been nice if they had mentioned at check in so we didn’t have to find out when grabbing something out of refrigerator and it was hot.

My entire family stayed at this hotel after driving all the way from Dallas, Texas, and while I want to acknowledge that the two young front desk employees were polite, kind, and did their best to help, the overall experience was completely unacceptable. My room was infested with gnats. When this was brought to staff’s attention, I was offered a room change, but trying to be considerate and avoid the hassle of moving all of our belongings, I simply asked for the room to be sprayed instead. Shortly after, there was a power surge that caused the microwave in my room to stop working completely. We specifically purchased food that required the microwave, so this created yet another major inconvenience. Having to leave the 4th floor, go down to the lobby, wait on the elevator, heat food downstairs, and carry it all the way back up only for it to be cold by the time we returned was frustrating and unacceptable. When I spoke with management about compensation, the manager repeatedly focused on the fact that I was offered a room change—as if that somehow resolved the microwave issue. These were TWO separate problems, both of which negatively impacted our stay. Offering a room change for the gnat issue does not excuse the inconvenience caused by broken amenities and poor handling of the situation. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy, professionalism, and customer service from management. Instead of acknowledging the multiple inconveniences we experienced, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. I was also not the only guest experiencing issues with the microwaves. Which is also a MAJOR safety hazard that I will be reporting, I also documented EVERYTHING!! Even our interaction. Because of this experience, I will be escalating this matter to upper management and requesting a full refund. And code enforcement will be contacted as well. As someone who travels for business, I can confidently say I will not be returning to this property. The rooms are infested with gnats and it has power surges, which causes the microwave to go out in multiple of the rooms, especially on the third and fourth floor…. Which is also a safety hazard.

It was very nice and clean! I loved the shower! The tv is so limited on channels available

Suite was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom and cable TV. Didnt use the kitchen but I thought it was really nice. No bacon. I was the first to get breakfast. The oatmeal was under cooked.
