Element by Marriott Opelika Auburn

Would 100% stay here again. New and super clean.

The property was very clean! The staff was super helpful and very polite! I have zero complaints!

The coffee!!! Too strong, no choices of creamer like a flavor, there was an espresso machine but it don't work good and then the breakfast was just hand picked food(muffins, toast, bagels, etc) but the best part the bacon was delicious. Such a big, fine establishment and no lay out of breakfast like other ones do ?need to improve on their coffee selection(get dark roast, medium roast, decaf, etc and also add several selections of flavors for creamer!)

The room was fabulous...spacious, exceeded what we expected, large and room, loved the bathroom! Smelled good in the overall hotel clean and bright The coffee!!! I choose Element when possible for breakfast (most others are horrible). This one in particular is the absolute worst. The “cook” was late opening both days I was there. Breakfast consisted of a self-serve plate of bacon and a plate of microwaved mini scrambled egg muffins. If you’re on a schedule, forget this place, save yourself the stress and disappointment.

Everything Nothing

The staff was exceptional! The amenities were very clean and felt like a hug from a friend! My ONLY complaint is that the outer doors were heavy for me. It's really not a complaint, just an observation! Even knowing this I will be back!

Great room and VERY nice lobby area

No comments please. My ratings should suffice.

Very nice Hotel. Everything a mature person would want. My A/C was a little loud when it kicked in, but other than that everything was great.

I had a nice staycation here the staff was nice & helpful & the room was comfortable & clean

Very good

We loved it. It was very clean and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool Didn’t find anything we disliked

Cry comfortable combinations. Will stay again!

Room was very clean and quiet. Everything worked perfectly. We used the pull-out couch bed for the kids which was stain free and clean and had all the bedding needed included in the bag. We requested an extra blanket for the couch bed and staff brought up two which was great. Zero complaints. We have had bad experiences lately with some hotels but this one reminded us that there are nice places still. 10/10
