The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the free parking and the good breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Clean, updated room. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the noise from the nearby busy street.

It was a quick and simple stop. Rooms were basic, clean and functional. No microwave in the room, but I believe there was one in the check-in area. A basic breakfast came with the room; that’s a nice savings.

I always stay here when I visit Orange. Very clean, safe for a single traveler and close walkable amenities. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, the mattress was mostly comfortable. The spare room was the issue. Comfy mattress but no ac AT ALL in there! There was one ac unit for the main room but the second room was very warm. Given, we stayed there during a heat wave, it sucked! A ceiling fan wouldve helped greatly!

the bed was very comfortable, the value was exceptional for the area compared to other locations, and the room was spacious. The town center of Orange & Chapman University are only a 10-15 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. it's on a busy road so it was noisy between police, ambulance and trucks and the shower dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and soap were a little tricky.

I just love the "Multiple Beds" room. There is actually an extra room off the room with 2 queen beds!! The staff is so nice and always willing to help. Great breakfast included!! Our new home away from home!! Parking can e a little tricky if you get in late. But the front desk was helpful finding me a spot to park!!

The breakfast was very good as was the breakfast attendant. The bathroom had a rotten area between the tub and the floor. We ran out of toilet paper (less than half a roll to begin with); there was no extra roll in the room. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower were difficult to use. It was very nice to have free parking.
