Clean Nothing I can think of

I have been there before and it was fine for the price. But this time I had a reservation, and came late in the evening, but was told that my reservation had been cancelled. I looked if i had received some kind of notification of the cancellation but nothing. I then asked if there was another room ...and it was booked out. I suppose that as I came so late they just decided to give the room to someone else. It was quite a frustrating experience as I had been driving all day from San Francisco and here it was just before midnight trying to find another hotel... I am giving a rating of "4" so as not to make the whole hotel seem horrible, as I said in the past it was ok, but this time it was very frustrating and not acceptable.

Nothing No Pool. On website shows a pool thats why I booked there. Loud noise,dogs barking next door room, microwave was broken

Never will stay there again! Very scary at night with screaming and glass breaking All of it

Outlets were very loose so charging our electronic devices were a bit difficult.

it was local to a lot of places, easily able to find food and shops. It was disgusting. Dirt everywhere, dust everywhere, hair in the shower that was not mine prior to us arriving. Sheets look disgusting, stripped them from our beds, shower leaked over night. Holes in walls. Had to buy my own sanitizer wipes to feel mildly cleaner about staying there.

AC wasn’t on when we got there and it was like 95+ outside so it was super hot when we got there.

It had cockroaches in the room, low water pressure all the time until my last day when there was no water so I couldn’t even shower before leaving. And the tv didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal to me, but worth noting.

I only liked the location To start off, as soon as I opened the door a strong disgusting smell came out. The beds were NOT queen size. They were full but the staff insisted they were queen. The blow dryer didn't work or the lamp. There was so much noise around in the evenings from other guests and the street making it hard to sleep. I was very disappointed.
