This was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Never coming back. Do not recommend.

Employee was rude when I asked a question like I asked her for money had an attitude I would of just walked out but it was late and I just came in from a long flight when I walked in the room it was clean but had a bad odor to it as soon as daylight broke I was out of there

Clean room, great location

The staff’s service was acceptable, but what I didn’t like was the lack of parking. I stayed for 7 days, and my family stayed for 4 days. When they checked in, they were not given a room close to mine. The staff said they would resolve it the next day, but no one ever followed up or did anything. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and no one addressed the issue. I even had to use two old bed sheets to cover the bed so I could sleep. There was also a lot of mold and dust in the closet. Overall, I was very unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. After we returned home, everyone in my family had itchy skin and rashes, which we believe were caused by the mold or the room conditions. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel improves its cleanliness and maintenance.

Size of room was good and breakfast as well. Only issue was the water in shower does not give a lot of pressure and the room we were staying we can hear the cleaning people loud early in the mornings with their carts and hear the people getting ice from the ice machine as it was close to our room as well

the emergency lock on the door was obviously damaged. The icemaker on the first floor was broken so as a result there was no ice (everyone used the icemaker on three seconds floor until it was all used up).

Estuvo bien para el precio y nuestra pequeña familia de vacaciones en Disneylandia, un precio muy accesible solamente les sugiero tener aire acondicionado en el primer piso, ya que estaba demasiado caliente que en lo personal para mis niños y para mi era difícil disfrutar del desayuno, al igual que cuando esperamos 1 hora para el hacer el check in tampoco había aire acondicionado y estaba haciendo demasiada calor.

Largest room they have is a suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is not comfortable but the rooms are nice.

Took 24 hours to get dirty laundry collected from outside room door. Nice property but the service can be a little mixed. They take a deposit but take a week to repay it after your stay.

Room was excellent! Lots of room and very comfortable.

The room was spacious. The side door that leads to the parking lot, the handle needs to be pulled up not down.

I have stayed here several times and it's great value for money - close to the outlet mall and other attractions. It is quiet, well staffed and clean. This is no a fancy hotel but well run and well priced. Staff at reception were very helpful.
