Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange

Our first night we checked in, the rug between the room and bathroom area was soaked with water. Came to find out the AC was causing the leak. Maintenance came to suction the water out with the machine but front receptionist couldn’t switch us to another room until the next day because it was fully booked. Upset because the whole night especially with 3 young kids we had to walkover the wet rug Everytime we had to use the bathroom which is disgusting to be honest. Maintenance used our ROOM towels to cover the rug and the towel became damped within 30 minutes. Asked for a refund for that night and when we checked out I never received an email or refund. Disappointed never staying again mind you we stayed for 6 nights and I also emailed GM and never heard back.

Book a room where the pictures showed a full kitchen, full size fridge , stove and when I got there I was just giving a with no stove and a small mini fridge. When I talk to the front desk telling him that I had book a room with a full kitchen because I was staying there for 10 days, he blamed it on Expedia saying that they have that constant problem where Expedia puts pictures of full kitchen on a rooms that they don’t have them. I called Expedia they also blamed the hotel saying it’s their fault. Non of them taking accountability, I would call before booking the room to confirm that if you book that room it’s what you are going to get.

Room was clean but dated. Sink constantly dripped. Caulk around tub was breaking off. Tub faucet was loose and coul be pulled away from the wall. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything was great except for tbe cockroach I found in the bathroom.

Rented for 4 nights and 3 nights no sleep due to upstairs neighbors stomping on the floor at all hours of the night. Called front desk but got no help!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Hotel was clean and if asked for anything they were quick to offer to bring it to my room.Parking was safe and secure good surroundings around hotel . if you have time , breakfast was awesome perk.Overall good stay!

The room was dirty and the bathroom walls had hair all of them. Yuck! The elevator and first floor ice machine was broken. Also they only had one working dryer for the whole hotel. The only positive was the room size.

The TV set in my room was too old, as I was told by maintence, when it stopped working at all. Also, the mattress and pillows were moving contantly, also the fold out couch also had so much movement and were emitting what looked like the breath of mice or rats that are in both of these at night This problem the housekeeping staff obviosly knows about this, but dont speak any English. It was so gross that I had to wear a mask and did not want to even want to even sit or want to sleep on either of these. I slept on a chair in the room. Very, VERY Gross. The hotel should definatly know about the obious movement of the matresses. It is a definate heath hazard.It must be replaced with brand new beds and sofa beds. But they need to check out the room at night. Staff does not even know how gross the beds are. VERY VERY Gross.

The elevator located on the back of the hotel was very very slow and might need to be repaired.

Room was clean, spacious and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Room was clean but felt old. Stained couch and carpet made it feel dirtier than it really was. The pool is nice and breakfast was good. Parking is easy.

I enjoyed my experience but I would recommend putting a can of bug spray in each room.
