The hotel was not clean. The room was not clean. The couch was covered in large stains. The bed sheets had stains. The hallways and elevators were dirty. There was no directional signage on the floors, so hard to navigate.

Overall a good place to stay but did have issues with plumbing and dirty bed clothes

Walls are paper thin I had to lock all valuables in my suitcase to keep them safe. Do not recommend at all! We stayed less than a day and found something else.

This property needs some serious deep cleaning and renovation. In our first room, the carpet was sticky in places and there were bugs (ie nats, fruit flies) coming out of the sink. The grout on the tile floor was dirty in the heavy traffic areas, base of toilet was dirty and the doors and baseboards had not been wiped clean and had signs of continual damage and repairs. The walls had cracks in places from either the door hitting it or hard use. The second room we tried, at least did not have the bugs, but the carpet was sticky in areas and in this room the WIFI did not work and the shower pressure was so low you could not rinse out soap in your hair. Also the AC did not get the room below 79 degrees. As for the pool and fountain area, they were a nice feature and inviting. The walkways were uneven and dirty. The breakfast was fine but again the chairs and tables were sticky even after they had cleaned the room. The gym was adequate. The location was perfect for us, but I will not return.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were very kind and helpful when we needed assistance with anything, My family loved the breakfast options each morning, the kids especially loved that they had two kinds of juices to choose from. Short drive away from Disneyland, we very much enjoyed our stay. The one small thing we’d be remiss not to mention is that no matter how well we arranged the shower curtain, there always managed to be a small pool outside the shower. We had to use several of our towels to use as a barrier in the bathroom to prevent it from seeping out. Very small inconvenience overall.

Furthermore, there were areas where the flooring revealed the foundation, such as in the bedroom transitioning to the bathroom and near the wet bar. Tiny bugs were constantly flying around, and one night, a large spider crawled out from the foundation under the carpet. When we attempted to kill it, it scurried back into the gap of the carpet and disappeared under the foundation. To make matters worse, the couch had stains and the cushion coverings were only partially zipped, indicating that the housekeeper had been lazy. The beds were stiff, and the sheets kept popping off whenever we adjusted ourselves. Finally, the bathroom floor by the shower was incredibly dirty. We used the floor towel provided, but when it got wet, it absorbed all the dirt from the floor and turned black. The shower curtain lacked a liner and was too short to stay in the tub, causing water to leak everywhere. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying here. You and your children deserve better accommodations.

The room was nice and clean. The WiFi does not work unless you are near the lobby. The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were yellow and cloudy. We did not go in it. Quiet at night.

My room stink like mildew. They tried to switch me rooms but the next room didn’t smell any better, she mentioned they have other rooms but I’m not going to be a pest and keep smelling rooms. We just spent as little time as possiblein the rooms. I had a family room that sleeps 5 and I was only given 2 towels. I had to go down and ask for more towels than that’s when the bad experience turned worse with Patricia (the front desk). She was just very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to help me and was just wanting me to walk away from the front desk. I asked for towels and she told me she will send them to the room I said I’ll wait because my son is still asleep on the sofa bed and she looked at me smacked her lips and said well they need to get them from the laundry, I than said that’s okay I’ll wait. As I was waiting I had mentioned the transfer that was mentioned to me the night before. I had even told her the specific room numbers that were mentioned prior and she proceeded to tell me I had to wait until checkout at 11. She was just very unpleasant was brushing me off to the point I was so frustrated I was in tears. It just was not a good experience. The room is spacious and would have been perfect for my family if it didn’t smell like mildew and the front desk was a little more customer service oriented.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The property felt dirty, and the pool was filthy throughout my entire three-day stay. It never appeared to be cleaned once. The breakfast staff also made the experience less enjoyable. They started rushing guests out while there were still about 20 minutes left before breakfast officially ended, seemingly more focused on cleaning up than letting guests finish their meals. The one standout employee was the front desk associate, I believe his name was Roman. He made check-in easy, helped get our room sorted out, and took the time to explain where everything was on the property and what amenities were available. He provided excellent customer service. Housekeeping was another frustration. You’re required to request room cleaning 24 hours in advance, which is inconvenient enough. When we finally did request service, housekeeping only made the pullout couch bed and completely ignored the main bedroom bed. One thing that genuinely concerned me was the elevator near the pool. It felt shaky every time we used it, and I question whether the door sensors were functioning properly. The doors closed on one of my friend’s shoulders and nearly injured her. Overall, I’ve stayed at both better and worse hotels, but this isn’t a property I’d choose to stay at again.

We’ve stayed here a few times only because you can’t beat the price. Other than that the hotel is very run down and dirty both inside and outside of room. Literally stains, crumbs, dirt, pet hair, wrappers in room. The breakfast is soggy and greasy. Too many people and kids swarming the food and grabbing things with bare hands. Very unsanitary. The breakfast room AC was either off or broken because it felt like a sauna, even the food workers had sweat coming down their faces when they brought out the food. Perks is free parking and low prices. Staff are usually friendly. I guess you get what you pay for.

Breakfast was good. Had bagels, fruit, milk, hot food, lots of variety. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The microwave was also really weak and partially broken and the fridge had trouble regulating temperature.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite the suite was clean, spacious and beautifully maintained with comfortable furnishing and everything the staff was friendly professional, and always willing to help making me feel welcome from check-in to check out breakfast always very good ! The parking was easy and convenient I felt my vehicle was safe throughout my stay this will always be my go to hotel !!

Bathtub was disgusting . Room had very bad smell in it. Fridge was barely keeping drinks cool. Ice machines were broken on 2 levels. Staff was very unfriendly. The phone in our room did not work at all so when we had to call the front desk for clean towels we had to use our cell phone to call the front desk. We asked to replace the room phone bur that was never done. Shouldn't have stayed here I guess
