The location was good for both Angel's Stadium and Disneyland. The only room left, per staff, was across the hallway from the Laundry Room, with the staff starting at 5:00am each morning. Very noisy. The was no hot water for approximately 24 hours. This was not mentioned during our stay.

Very good experience overall, except the elevator repair caused some extra waiting time to get a ride

Excellent experience overall, and I have been using this hotel as my regular business trip home staying. The only thing is the restaurant options in this area are limited, but it’d not discount my enjoyable experience with this hotel.

Clean and comfortable rooms, easy access to I-5, Disney, and downtown Orange.

One of the elevators was out of order. The ice machine was out of order. The water from the tap was ridiculously silty. The room temp would only get down to 68.

We stayed at this hotel for three days, and it exceeded all of our expectations. When I booked it, I honestly thought it would be much more basic and not as nice. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised. For the price, the room was spacious, comfortable, and the included breakfast was a great bonus. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value for money. We would definitely stay here again many times.

One knock against the hotel is that one of the elevator was not working during our entire stay. Sometime we had to wait for a bit for the elevator even though it has only 4 floors, especially in the morning when the maid service and guest traffics was at the highest.

Incredible breakfast with REAL eggs! Lovely staff. Well thought out room with hooks in all the right places. A lovely stay!

Good location.

Everything from check in, the breakfast and the room was amazing!! The pool was clean annd the perfect temperature when it was 80+ degrees outside. Although at night when we had the air conditioning on in the room it was so loud turning off and on.

The hotel is very well kept, the rooms are spotless. Staff is nice. The only problem was check-in was at 3 but the rooms weren’t ready and we had already had a long day so it was a little bit annoying. Other than that, everything was great.

I’ll definitely try to stay here next time I’m in the Anaheim area. The room and common areas were clean. The room was large and had good overhead lighting. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The pool was clean and had adequate towels available. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

Very clean and comfortable Close to a busy street so it was nosy And old wall ac going off and on all night.

That said, one elevator was out of order our entire three day stay. And on the first night, when we called down for extra pillows, the staffer responded gruffly and dismissively. We never did receive those pillows. The next day when we asked a different staff member at the desk, he was accommodating and we did get the pillows. Over all, a pretty good stay. You get a free breakfast that satisfied.

Good communication from staff at the front desk when checking in. Housekeeping lady was helpful and resourceful. Would definitely stay again

I liked the how most staff were cheery and kind. Breakfast offered is satisfying. There are a several options. Parking is is great. Cleanliness of room is excellent. We left to a restaurant and when we returned the room was fresh and clean The parking fees is difficult to figure out. QR code are convenient but can get frustrating
