This property has newer renovated rooms, however not a lot of options for breakfast, and we were on the 6th floor, and every day and night, garbage bags from peoples rooms in the halls, sheets and towels left outside of rooms. I'm not sure why it's ok to leave your room garbage outside of your room. There should be a designated garbage drop area if this is something the hotel is ok with. Kinda gross to return and see so much garbage in the halls. Front Staff Karen went above and beyond when we checked in, she was delightful. The other small issue was there seemed to be a lot of drinking going on in the common area and outside, garbage cans full of beer cans outside. Just not sure if it's the right environment for us in the future.

The refrigerator was not cold enough for the drinks

Staff were amazing and buffet breakfast was excellent. One of the rooms we booked were not in the greatest condition and another room had a clogged drain, but it did not affect our stay. Hot tub didn't work but theyre doin a lot of upgrades at the moment. Many restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. Parking is a bit tough if you get in after 5 but parking is close. Warm pool. Close to knotts and transit to disney. 7/2026

Great large room option for 2 families to split. Short drive to Disney- major bummer the city got rid of the shuttle - hopeful property will invest in a shuttle van

Checking in was great; we had a late flight and were able to get delayed checkout(for a fee). The buffet was awesome- offering a great variety of items. The staff maintained food and cleanliness well. The hot tub was not functional due to repairs. This was the only negative. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED! $32/night! The pool was clean outside seating and activities for little ones were appropriate. Overall I recommend Sonesta!

It was immediately obvious that our suite had not been properly cleaned. There was a smell & husky dog hair throughout the room along with dog toys left behind. Unfortunately, my husband is allergic to dogs, so this was a significant concern. That said, the front desk receptionist, Pam, was absolutely phenomenal. She apologized, immediately moved us to a new suite without any hassle, and even accommodated us with a late checkout. She truly turned a frustrating situation into a much better experience, and we really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. The complimentary breakfast was decent, although it offered pretty much the same options each morning. The automatic pancake maker was a fun touch! One thing that could definitely be improved is how breakfast service ends. Breakfast stops promptly at 9:00 a.m., and while it’s understandable that there has to be a cutoff, the staff turned the dining room lights off while guests were still standing in line waiting for food. It came across as an unnecessarily rude way to signal that breakfast was over. Although we didn’t personally use them, I also want to recognize some of the family-friendly amenities the hotel offers. The toy room adjacent to the dining area is a thoughtful feature for families with young children, and the outdoor yard games next to the pool looked like a fun addition for guests to enjoy.

Loved the Jacuzzi

Pam at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind and professional. She made our trip comfortable and ensured that we were able to check in early. It was a relief to have a room when we arrived in the area, especially with a five month old. All staff members were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern. We will definitely be staying here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was amazing. Rooms were good, a little tired but we don’t spend our days in the room. Close to shops.

Everything was great. Our bathroom door was a little loud and sticky, but I never said anything. The hot tub wasnt hot but the pool was great!

Breakfast was horrible no milk for cereal no coffee creamer for coffee food cold . Had to keep Asking for towels Asked for the shampoo and conditioner to get refilled 4 days in a row and never did it Asked for our room to get cleaned and bed to get changed because my newborn had an accident on the sheets never did it then I was told when you have a five day stay they won't clean the room even if its Asked then took my kids swimming and they had no towels there Asked and said there's none I wish for the money I would have found another place.

Everything was extremely excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was big enough for our family of 7! The breakfast was nice but had limited options. My complaint would be the overall cleanliness of the room. There were crumbs in the drawers / kitchen cabinets. Also the fridge in our room did not work well. The kids enjoyed the big pool. We also liked the location, Disneyland is only 8 minutes away. Lobby staff were nice and helpful. We would stay again.
