Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim Resort Area

Me encanto!! mi estadia con mi familia por una semana en el hotel Sonesta ES porque los cuartos estan amplios y limpios el area es quiet, cerca de muchas areas de interes, el desayuno fue un plus para mi y mi familia todo estaba muy delicioso, en si todo estuvo perfecto. Gracias al staff muy atentos regresaremos pronto primeramente Dios.

The room was great except we found a little garbage here and there that they forgot to clean. Also, the outside before going to the pool a did not smell that good

Was a mix of excellent suite accommodations and challenging operational logistics. While the room quality and family amenities are top-tier, the breakfast service and lack of heated pool facilities are areas needing improvement. ​Room & Amenities The suite was immaculate, with a well-spaced living area and kitchen. Room 605 offered a fantastic view of the Disneyland fireworks, though guests should note the TVs do not allow external game console connectivity. The kids’ play area is a "gold mine"—perfectly stocked and a lifesaver for parents. Unfortunately, the pool and jacuzzi were not heated during our stay, and parking is a regular/steep $37/day. ​Breakfast & Atmosphere The small breakfast area is a significant bottleneck. Whether on the weekend or weekday, 8:30–9:00 AM is chaotic. Crowding is so severe that it leads to guest tension and rude behavior, making even simple tasks like grabbing condiments frustrating. The pancake machines are inefficient; when one broke, a 20-person line formed. I recommend eating early or off-site. The eggs and sweet potatoes were consistently mushy, though the rotating sausage links/patties were a nice touch. ​Service The front desk staff is excellent. I want to highlight the female desk clerk on duty who handled a difficult guest with remarkable poise and kindness; her professionalism was the highlight of the service experience.

The rooms have a kitchen which helped in providing my kids who are picky eaters a choice of food. The pool was unfortunately unavailable during my stay. For the price that I paid, I can book this place again - and only if the price stays reasonable. It is close to Toy Story parking lot for families planning to visit that place. Breakfast was not fancy but enough to satisfy you.

The rooms were clean and all suites have small kitchen area which is very useful if you stay for more days. Staff was very friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Parking was easy but the lot was pretty packed. I like the food at the tower across parking lot location burgers were great, drinks and bartender were fabulous. Would def visit again as frequenter to the Anaheim area. I didn’t use the pool or other amenities. But the options were great.

I stayed for several days. In two ocasiona I removed the do not disturb sign to someone clean my room, and nobody clean my room. Other than that, everything was good.

Second year of staying here. -Very clean. -Very kind and responsive front desk staff. -Able to check out at 1 PM without extra fee -Uber to convention center is cheap ($12 max) -Soundproof rooms. Cons: -Very disappointed in the fact that the pool and hot tub are closed but it stated that it would have been fixed by now. Should have been given a discount for this or at least notified. They have no other amenities at all, so this would have been nice to know about. - TVs are horrible and system is outdated. They have fuzzy, grainy pictures and the old school scrolling “guide” that lists the maybe 20 channels of what you’re given to watch. No ability to connect to any apps such as Netflix, etc. - Man in the breakfast area can be impatient with kids- becomes annoyed if they drop food by accident, etc (I don’t have little kids but I observed this). No fresh fruit of any kind at breakfast, same menu daily. - Snack area for purchase (by front desk) has about 4 things in it. - Parking is 32 dollars a night Overall if you need a big room, they are clean and safe location and pretty quiet. No amenities and terrible TV’s make it difficult to unwind in the evenings after a long hot day.

First of all thank you Pam for your amazing service to me and my family, especially my son, he is very fond of you. Thank you to all suggestions of restaurants and activities of Disneyland. Great breakfast and housekeeping. My son had a very great time during our 5days stay, he was entertained with all the amazing front desk, especially Pam. Hope to see you all again on our next vacation.

I have stayed at Sonesta properties before. All good, staff is awesome. It was a busy weekend so we were on the 5th floor. Breakfast is good and again, staff makes the stay! some of the rooms could get a makeover. All in all good!

Great rooms

I stay at this Hotel June 24-28, Honestly is not what I expected it to be, No Room Service at all so don’t expect to have a clean room when out you’re business , No Shuttle to Disneyland, when the hotel is full of Disney theme and Promotions, the Pool Is designed with a mickey logo, And Have no Shuttle lol, By The way The pool & hot tub was Closed, for length of our stay under construction, which i didn’t catch when booking! And to Top it off you still have to pay a ridiculous amount for parking per day, which In my opinion It’s not fair due to the lack of services they don’t provide, overall location is great rooms are super nice and spacious but 2/5stars for me just because of the lack of services not provided. To management step up the game this hotel could easily be 5 star hotel

Breakfast was good. I would rate overall 3/5.
