Will book again in the future

2 bedroom suite worked great for 4 adults. Breakfast area was well kept, spacious and the breakfast was satisfactory. We got a good rate on the room but we booked a few months ago.

Jackie at the front desk was so helpful to us figuring out how and when to navigate the city. She went above and beyond from check in to anytime we saw her. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay there again!!

Only stayed one night as our trip got cut short unexpectedly however the first room we checked into was hot went to lower the AC and it wasn’t budging. Made reservations for a king one bedroom suite and got 2 queens. Went down to the lobby and let them know about the ac and bed mix up they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with a king bed and 2 queens at no charge but the ac in there didn’t work much better. We had our 11 month old baby who slept in just a diaper the one night. Staff is very friendly and super helpful though. Biggest thing for me was charging for parking every night and the cherry on top was claiming they’re a Disneyland neighborhood/ neighboring hotel but didn’t offer a shuttle to the park.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The air conditioning in the first room did not work, and the room was extremely dusty, damp, and had a very unpleasant smell. We were moved to another room, but although the air conditioning worked there, it was still dusty and smelled musty. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, with several items of cutlery missing. The dishwasher did not work, and later the kitchen sink began leaking badly, causing water to flood the area. Breakfast was okay, but exactly the same food was served every day, with very little variety. Given the cleanliness and repeated maintenance issues, I can only give this hotel two stars. The rooms need significant cleaning, maintenance, and refurbishment.

Its all good, apartment a bit old and need renovation

It was clean and had great amenities Throughout the night the fire alarms went off keeping us up. We were not provided with any information on what was going on and were not compensated in any way with having being constantly woken up by extremely loud alarms.

Avoid this place at all cost!!! Firstly, thy do not clean the rooms even if you ask them. The rooms were outdated and dirty. The pool area and patios are messy and look unfinished with lots of trash like old cigaret bits and bear bottle caps. The sheets and towels are old and have holes in them. This is one of the works places I’ve ever stayed at.

This was an amazing stay. Staff responsiveness was superb. My fridge was not working and within the hour I had a new fridge. The only reason I will not return is the parking $32.00 per night! Nope! I don’t want to pay that much for parking!
