Our family of four had a great time! Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was large enough to accommodate the four of us getting ready. Our tv had connection issues, but they were resolved quickly and by a very kind gentleman. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. We will definitely be returning!

Overall great for a Hampton Inn - what you expect but i love the high ceilings, makes the place "pop" and does wonders for the lighting. Breakfast quality is what you would expect from a Hampton inn, wont wow you..but it gets the job done. For this Hampton inn they did advise me that they only serve bacon on Mondays, so that's a bummer. I love the text feature since I am a Hilton honors member (silver member). instead of calling the front desk, i communicated through text, which is awesome and convenient. we stayed in the 2 queen bed unit, again nothing that will wow us, just the basic 2 queen bed hotel room, but kept very clean and so with the rest of the property. love the fact that the entire hotel paid gate hotel parking, feels a bit more secure. Also, my wife left something in the safe deposit box and didn't realize after we checked out. and we drove back and they were able to retrieve it for us, great customer service overall. would stay again. there were small details that stood out; plastic utensils, bowls, napkins, coffee and tea - complimentary and available all day...and the fact they had enough bell carts. we stayed 3 nights, and every time we passed by the sliding doors i always saw at least three available. it seemed like no one ever had to wait for one.

This hotel was amazing and the staff was so friendly. This hotel checked all the boxes. Free breakfast, big spacious rooms, reasonable pricing and very close proximity to the parks. My only take away from this property is the access guests have for the stairways.

Overall great experience. The only thing I thought was strange was that there was trash in the trash cans upon arriving to my room. Also, the pool was cold!

Super clean. Very large hotel. Parking a little pricey but overall super happy with my stay.

I had stayed before and I had liked it. This time I was a little disappointed because my a/c didn't work when we got back from Disneyland. Also they didn't fill out the body lotion and they also told me they didn't clean the rm daily.

The room was overall nice and comfortable. However, the toilet was missing several parts, and it was a bit odd that the room didn’t have a dresser. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the pool because it was extremely crowded. There were several sports teams staying at the hotel, and they completely took over the pool area, making it very loud. While that’s not really the hotel’s fault, it definitely affected our experience. Overall, it was an okay stay.
