Great location next to Disney’s Toy Story Parking Area, which offers a free shuttle to the parks. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was disappointing, and the staff were unfriendly. At exactly 9:30 a.m., they started closing the breakfast area without any consideration for the guests. One guest arrived at 9:31 a.m. and was not allowed to enter. Guests who had entered just before 9:30 had to rush to get their food while the staff were already removing the serving trays. This was a very poor customer experience.

Checking in was so quick and easy, after being at Disneyland for a whole day the only thing we want to do is arrive at our hotel and it be smooth checking in. The receptionist was so kind and understanding, I called a little later than check in time to notify them we would be checking in a bit late, she was more than kind, she was amazing! Quick check in, amazing room, amazing staff, breakfast was great, the pool was also great. My family will definitely be booking here again!
