Free breakfast Safety. The key card reader to enter the hotel was broken from the stairs so anybody could get to the rooms.

Shuttle location Breakfast could have been better, rooms could be better. WHY DO YALL CHARGE FOR PARKING?? Hotel is being remodeled so elevator doesn’t work.! Breakfast is served by rooms, you could hear everything.!!

We saw roaches in our room.

These place are clothes with everything what I do. The breakfast! is okay but it’s same every day.

Location Property is old, decrepit.

Location, fridge, very cold air conditioning, pool, hot tub, comfortable bed, parking structure.

Good location for walking to Disney. Waffles, cereal breakfast. Good value. Our AC unit leaked and we had to move rooms. Hotel is showing its age.

It is in Anaheim. The electric outlets didn’t work initially. The bathroom door kept jamming. I got bitten by some bug in bed. No ice machine on my floor. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am. Available coffee at 5am would be great.

Our room had a broken A/C - it was 83 and miserable. We went to Disney and told it would be fixed. We got back late and had to move all of our things to a new room. That room was cool but dripped water all over the floor our whole stay.

PROS: Size of the room, proximity to the park (just walk down the street to the Toy Story Parking lot and grab a shuttle to Disney), close to restaurants, great staff. CONS: Housekeeping never once gave us more coffee cups. We had to ask every morning. The beds are really uncomfortable. I broke out in hives and red bumps all over my face arms and legs because of the detergent they use on their bedding, so if you have sensitive skin, you may want to bring your own bedding. You can't check in until 3 and check out is an early 11am (remember the days when check out was noon? I do!) Overall, I liked the property but I didn't love it. I mean... hives. I've never reacted to a hotel's detergent this badly before and when I asked for the name of what they used at the front desk, she did not know and didn't seem interested in finding out for me.

Overall property was pretty good. Very hot and humid in the hallways. Breakfast wasn’t that great but I guess I can’t expect much from a free breakfast. Lights in the bathroom are SO dim you can’t see anything. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay again though mostly due to how close it was to Disneyland.

This hotel is not clean bed bugs every where the bathroom was dirty. Overall not satisfied
