Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. On the first day, the ceiling A/C unit was extremely noisy and leaked a significant amount of water, leaving puddles on the carpet. We were told there were no available rooms to move us to, so we had to wait until the following day for maintenance to address the issue. The front desk did offer us complimentary parking as a gesture of goodwill, although we did not have a rental car. Throughout our one-week stay, neither the hallways nor our room appeared to be vacuumed. Housekeeping only made the beds and replaced the towels. Complimentary coffee and toiletries were never restocked, which was frustrating. Overall, the hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of renovations. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff, the condition and cleanliness of the property were unacceptable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Would never stay here again. We gave this location a 2nd chance and wish we hadn't, rooms were dirty in bathroom, not well maintained, no towels every morning or night, staff wasnt friendly and at night were no where to be found to pay for items, guy at front desk was told by another guest he smelled like he eas drunk.

Worst stay for my family. Breakfast was pretty much only waffles/toast/bagels. The hot tub was extremely small and kept overflowing. The pool is small and looks nothing like the pictures. We had dog hair all over our room, hair in the bathtub when we first arrived. I woke up with a rash all over my arms. The beds were super small. I wish I could ask for my money back. Would not stay here ever again

Dirty linens when we went to lay down, no clean linens were available at that time so we had to sleep on a dirty bed, staff was not helpful. Washer machines that take quarters yet front office had no quarters. Elevators sounded like they were about to break, floors throughout property were not maintained. Ice machine was not working, no water in the water machine in a ridiculously small laughable fitness center. WiFi can’t even run their own TVs let alone any of my devices. Breakfast was so embarrassing boiled eggs were boiled way too long the inside was grey and some even black -No joke. Never will I ever stay anywhere near this place. Pool was dirty and unmaintained.

Good place to stay at the going rate. Better than expected.

There was only one working ice machine on the property which we could have dealt with, however, the AC in the room was so loud it woke us up all night. We had to have it on otherwise it got very humid in the room. Additionally, we were on thr 4th floor and could hear the people above us every time someone walked around and it was very loud. Only one of the TVs in our room worked. It was Okay for a Disney overnight but I don’t think I would stay there again.

It was clean for the most part the rooms were decent size bathrooms could be a little more updated Some of the staff was no helpful or friendly at all breakfast variety was horrible need different cereal varieties different options like hot breakfast items eggs sausage and stuff

The breakfast was the price in this hotel. It had everything and it was good and on time no It could be cleaner and I didn’t like I had to pay for parking

Short walk to the Disneyland shuttle. Inexpensive parking. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast. Staff refused to refill the options with still an hour left for breakfast time. The only had waffles with no butter and very little syrup. That's a huge negative for a guy like me.

We had to pay $30+ at the Garden Walk parking garage. We didn’t sleep till 1am and had to be up early for CA. The walls are super thin you could hear everything and the people next to you. The breakfast was not the best. I wouldn’t recommend nor would I ever stay here again.

Free breakfast The suite was not clean. Especially the restrooms. There is a bad moldly smell in the first restroom. Restrooms have lots of soap scum stains in the shower walls and water faucet. Restrooms wall have not been wiped down there is dirts stains. Also in there restrooms there are metal fixtures rusting and have not been replaced. The outlets/light switches through out the suite have dirt build up around all four corners.

The filter for ac had not been changed in years dust falling down from it. The ac unit was so loud and disturbing.

There’s a Disneyland shutter nearby The toiletries are not complete, was told some of the items ran out, need to get it outside myself. Tried to call the front desk but no one answered, even double check with the person who works there if I dial the right number ..

It’s right by the Toy Story parking lot. They have a security check point which allows you to skip Disney security line. And plenty of food choices close by.

It had beds and a bathroom. The beds weren't bad. Long lines at incredibly long check in time. Finally got a room and brought all of the luggage for three people to the room. Hot settled in and immediately turned on the a/c to cool the room from a stuffy 80°. My kid and his friend wanted to go to an Angel's game so I dropped them off. Stadium is pretty close. Came back and the room was still just as hot as the hallway which was a way cozy 80°. Went down to the lobby and waited in line for 20 minutes and they gave me another room on the same floor. Went back up and checked the new room. It smelled heavily of cigarettes but the a/c worked. Went to the other room and packed up everyone's belongings, loaded the cart and dragged it all to the new room. Got everything unloaded and went back down to the lobby to return the old keys and get the new keys. Waited in line again for another long time for the one desk employee to assist. Got back to the room after wasting an hour of time when I just wanted to relax after driving 8 hours to get here. The facility is not very clean but didn't see any roaches or rats. The halls are filled with noise of screaming kids and people yelling. The smell of marijuana is heavy in the halls and stairway. They oversell the parking and make you park at the next hotel over which again requires going back in and waiting in a line to ask where you're expected to park because they don't warn you of this in the 30min check in. Our tub/shower was fiberglass and it felt like you could fall through to the next floor at any time. The tub was cracking and breaking further while showering. They'd fixed this by gluing down a sort of rubber anti-slip mat. Breakfast was a free for all. Go later if possible to avoid the Disney family rush. Breakfast is open until 10:00 but they stop putting out food earlier. People take plates of bananas and bowls full of hard boiled eggs and leave as soon as they're put out so you have to be fast.

The location was near Disneyland The customer service when I first checked in he was so rude and racist. TV did not work the toilet was broken and the pillows and mattress were worn out. Also you had to hold the phone cord to make a phone call. Also we paid for parking and their was no parking so we were told to park on a construction site behind the hotel. So we had to walk all the way to the hotel.

Right next to Toy Story parking which makes for easy access to Disney! Spacious room and super large bath was nice
