La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim

Although the property itself was not terrible the breakfast left a lot to be desired, the front attendant was not very helpful when an issue came up, and to make matters worse the parking situation is horrible, there is not enough space to acomodate all the guests' cars and when we brought this up to the front desk person they directed us to park in a parking lot that was not part of their property.

Perfect location perfect price… Save y’all money and stay here. We stayed a week and it was great. Walmart for groceries they had a fridge in the room. Perfect. Will BBS staying again

Staff were friendly especially house keeping. It was a bit of a walk to Disneyland with our baby. Continental breakfast but the selection was limited and I was unable to feed my baby from the items there as there were limited healthy options he could eat aside from the hard boiled eggs and bananas. There were waffles, bagels, donuts, toast, coffee, yogurt, bananas, apples, and juice great options just not for our needs. Parking was good, easy in and out of the parking structure.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! To start off I booked online and they did not tell me that there was $100 deposit fee that I had to pay when I got there, online. I was also not aware that parking was $20 plus tax a night. The parking garage is very small so if you have a SUV or a large SUV or truck, there’s barely any room. The hotel itself walking through the hallway was extremely hot like they had the heater on and we stayed here in the middle of July. Once we walked into our room, it immediately smelled like cigarettes when we got a non-smoking room. The AC in her room barely worked. There was mold in our bathroom. The carpets are absolutely filthy. My one year-old was put down on the carpet for only a few minutes and when we looked back at him, his hands and feet were black from crawling around. Nothing about this hotel was clean. We saw a cleaning lady mopping the carpet with an actual mop! There was multiple things in our room and in the hallways that were broken. For example, in our room, the sliding door between the beds and the couch was broken so I wouldn’t shut all the way. One of the TVs were broken like it was about to fall over and the second TV. We couldn’t even watch anything on it because it wouldn’t play anything. The Wi-Fi absolutely sucked. We had no service in the TV weren’t even connect to Wi-Fi to play anything. The beds were really uncomfortable in the pillows were rockhard. Staff was not helpful at all with anything!

We got bed bugs from our 2 night stay. The beds were super wobbly. The hot tub was dirty. Breakfast was a normal continental. We were all able to eat enough to start our day and hold us over until lunch. Not a big selection, but enough to make it work. Very limited parking. They double charged us for our room and added an extra charge we weren't aware of. Will not stay here again.

There's nothing I can really say that I liked or enjoyed about our stay. Initially I read the reviews and I didn't want to think it was that bad. Oh yes, it's that bad. We get into our room after a long 6hr drive and there are no towels to shower and freshen up. The room was musty and warm so I turned the AC on, and minutes later a full on puddle on the floor, of which my kid almost slipped. We went down to let them know about the leak and was given the option to put towels on the ground (we didn't have any lol) and wait for management. I'm not trying to sound like a complainer. I've stayed in some bad places and this one is high up there in the worst....please read the reviews and know that they're legit. Not a good experience.

The staff at the front desk was not very helpful nor friendly.

The receptionists were terrible, the place looks and smells like old and the parking lot is really small, they charge an amount for the parking every night and they don’t care if it’s full.

Unfortunately our stay was not as expected. The front counter staff was very unpersonable. Then we get to the room to shower and settle in after 17 hours in the car and there was mold in the shower. No one could connect to the internet not even on the hotels own tv. The breakfast room was cramped, very small and dirty every morning. The parking cost $100 on top of the stay and was difficult. We were booked for 5 days but left early because we could not relax once we returned to the room daily, so it was not worth it to stay. I typically stay at Wyndam resorts and this was the dirtiest I have ever been to.

We got to our room & there was dry hair on the shower walls. Dry boogers on our head boards. Stains on our pillow cases & towels. Out dated carpets & curtains that had blood or chocolate statins? We woke up stuffy from the dust & dirty carpet. It was cheap & close by built not worth staying again

Room had so much hair everywhere the shower the beds in both rooms they tried to give me and then i was told too pick what room id like for the night and they would have someone clean it in the morning asked for new sheets and blankets he gave me one sheet I got a double bed by the way next morning everything was still as dirty as it was the first night

El cuarto muy amplio excelente par familias grandes el desayuno solo cafe cereal wafles begos, los pasillos la carpeta estava muy sucia pero el cuarto si estava limpio muy serca de Disney solo 10 minutos caminando.

Stained sheets and dirty bathrooms . Staff not friendly or helpful. Breakfast gets a little hectic and the parking is horrible and the have an additional charge for it.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites was the worse Hotel I have stay in. The wi-fi signal was weak on my computer and cellphone. the microwave not working . the carpet was rip and need changing . the whole place needs to be upgraded. I'll never stay at this place ln Anaheim Ca.

It's so outdated, the facilities are terrible, and there's not much breakfast either

Sink in room was broken water would not go down. shower water did not turn hot and the room had no WiFi and our bathtub was not clean it had hairs from previous guest
