Motel 6 Anaheim Maingate

Location was good. The beds are comfy enough and the price is good too compared to other nearby hotels around Disneyland. It could be a long walk on your return from the park so I would suggest buying parking at Disneyland to save you from a long walk back, especially with kids.

I don't like how they treat you

Very convenient location for Disney. The stairs, walkways and rugs outside the rooms are absolutely discussing. Very dirty! The room was clean and well maintained.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. Water pressure in shower was also good. It is a good deal for the price and walking distance to Disneyland Park.

Improve cleaning on the property, invest money into upkeep of the property. Improve the linens in the suites, blankets were thin and appeared and felt old. Booked due to proximity to Disney parks and affordability.

We stayed for our Disneyland trip. It was within walking distance of the park and the Toy Story parking lot. The only issue we had is the air conditioner did not work very well.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Short Lyft ride from the tram station the Artic in Anaheim and to Disneyland. The housekeepers are trustworthy and super respectful and nice.

Very nice and helpful staff, close walking distance to Disney and right next to garden walk, paying for parking is well worth it as you can park for 24hrs in a gated parking lot

Staff was very friendly and accommodating!They answered all questions and any concerns amply! Main concern was the ice machine was empty multiple times throughout our visit otherwise service and care was wonderful!

Location is great Toilet loose not secure. Floor peeling and uneven.

The air-condition is very loud so we hat to shut down that we can sleep thanks God was not hot at night. The Toilet water was constantly running, my husband is plumber so he was able to fix it for the night. So for us never again

Nice and quiet

As soon as I walked in terrible smell then ispected the room floor had dead roaches all over the place. Then saw one crawling on the bed. We got our stuff went to the lobby to check out and told the front desk guy what we saw he didnt even looked or sounded surprised. He apoligized said they could t refund because we got it through expedia so the money is lost we could t stay there save your money do not book here is is disgusting!!

The reason to cancellation was brought up was because like they advertise on Hotels.com and online about having a shuttle that goes to Disneyland they actually do not! So not only did we have to pay for parking every day at the hotel but we also had to pay for the garage at Disneyland, which was definitely an expense. We didn’t think we were going to have to make and quite honestly if I would’ve stayed at a more expensive hotel that had a shuttle or was closer, the cost would’ve evened out because we got stuck with paying for the parking and the parking garage! The rooms were a whole other thing. They were dirty when we took our shoes off and walked around just a little bit. Our socks were completely black. The shower still had hair on the walls and there was mold and mildew all over the ceiling just a heads up there are no microwaves in that room only a refrigerator. Red stains on the white sheets was pretty gross overall not a fun stay, but the employees were very kind. We won’t be back.

Room was old, and bathroom had a plugged sink. Coffee that was offered, only came with powdered milk. I really wish I could get a partial refund back for my stay. And it is a little far from Disneyland.
