Our hotel room had 2 outlet options and both would not hold our chargers. We had to use the bathroom ones and that was so inconvenient when we had power banks and phones to charge. The last night after having a dead phone at Disneyland I let the front desk know and we got a surge protector to use.

Staff was nice, we have stayed at the location in the past and always felt it was a great value. I’ve seen cleaner and in better repair.

We found a coin in our bed? Weird! Remote control had goop on it. Staff was wonderful.

They don’t offer shuttles to Disney, and the pictures on the Hotel app are outdated. Their lobby is all closed.

Found a roach crawling into my room. I've never been more disgusted than that moment. Staff was also not very helpful in directing me to where my room was. Got lost and wasn't aware that there were elevators. I'd like to be refunded for that last night i was there. I don't understand how this place passes health inspections. Never staying here again.

The room itself was not horrible, when we enter the room, it had this very odd smell not like cigarettes. I’m not too sure how to explain it. It just smelled very dirty and the floors felt very dirty and not clean. The bathroom felt very sticky and dirty and it just didn’t feel clean. The bed was the worst part! The bed was very itchy and it made me and my boyfriend feel really uncomfortable throughout the night when we had left the hotel for the first time, we both felt this itchiness on us at different areas of our body. We even brought our own blankets and we still felt itchy. Also, there is very creepy people there in the middle of the night we heard a bunch of screams and the placement of our room in the hotel was very scary and creepy. It is not horrible for a one night stay but I wouldn’t recommend any longer than one night. The atmosphere just felt very dirty and itchy. It is worth it to go to a different hotel and pay a couple hundred more. The pool was the best part. It wasn’t really that dirty, but they were just creepy old men there and it made it uncomfortable other than that the worst part of the hotel which is the room the staff weren’t that bad. They were nice. They were a guest helpful to the bare minimum.

Room had no water pressure in the sink. Tiny stream of water coming out. No extra roll of toilet paper

Overall, it took us more than an hour to finally get settled into a room. The entire experience was frustrating and poorly handled. I would not recommend staying here unless you are prepared to be patient and make multiple trips to the front office for assistance.

Overall solid experience and down the street from the garden walk for my concert, uhh idk if it’s on but the 22 dollar parking fee threw me for a lip and I feel it should be included in the hotel stay. Other than that the room was solid, blankets smelled clean, no bugs, free soap and shampoo and an iron.

Room was clean and affordable.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The floor tile was coming up and was a tripping hazard. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Just disappointed in the cleanliness.
