I like the fact that the bus to Disney stopped right in front. However, that service is no longer available 1 week after our visit. Hopefully, their management would consider a shuttle to bring guests to the park now that the city bus service is gone.

Beautiful location! amazing staff! Only issue is the elevator in the center that does not work. It was hard to walk back-and-forth after walking at Disneyland. lol but we made it. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Very clean, check-in was a breeze. They held our bags for us and were overall amazing.

I appreciate this is a long winded review, but as a business traveller who is looking for long term accommodation in Orange California, I was hoping with it being an IHG, there would be no issues, unfortunately it's been challenging from the time I moved in, not what I wanted or needed during my 17 night stay.

This hotel at a convenient location and helpful staff and there was good security, we have an issue with cards with luggage cards and needing to wait literally 2 1/2 or three hours to get one because they were all lost at the same time. In the end, we had to find a luggage cart on another floor after loading the car for two hours on our home from the sixth floor.

I’ll start by saying the staff was beyond accommodating. I do believe however those not traveling with pets should never be placed in a place where pets have been. That was an unfortunate circumstance to have been in.

We stayed at candlewood for a national powerlifting meet being held at the Anaheim convention center/anaheim Hilton, we chose candlewood because of its location and because of the kitchen, since powerlifting involves a lot of food. From the moment we checked out we had amazing service. The staff really went above and beyond for us and were so kind during our 6 night stay. The hotel is pretty outdated but it was very clean, the ac worked and the kitchen had everything you could need. Parking was super convenient and we never had an issue finding parking. The parking fee is $20 a night. The only negative we experienced was kids screaming through the wee hours of the morning two nights and then another night there were people above us running around their room until 2 or 3 am, so nothing the hotel can control, plus it’s to be expected at a family hotel near Disney, but just wanted to give a heads up that the walls are thin for anyone who needs decent rest. I’d still give this 5 stars though for the staff and cleanliness alone.

Otherwise the room was clean but pretty basic, which is to be expected for what the room cost. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The internet was fast and reliable.

Great hotel. Small pool but it’s heated. We saved our steps and took an Uber to Disneyland. The kitchen was sooo useful, even though we didn’t cook a hot meal, it was nice to have a fridge, microwave and dishes.

The hotel was convenient for our stay. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The laundry was very clean and helpful. The parking was convenient and we felt safe. Thank you for a great experience..

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hotel room was neat and clean. Our family loved it and had a wonderful stay. Perfect for families with little ones.

The room was clean and large enough for the two of us. Room facilities were very good, including a full size refrigerator, oven and microwave. Also free laundry facilities on floor two was very welcome. Well situated for walking to the Toy Story bus station for transportation to Disneyland. Only negative was the tv had very limited stations available.

That it had a kitchen and they provided all the utensils. And they had a pool in the 3rd floor with BBQs available for everyone to use. They also had free washers and dryers, you just had to provide your own detergent. There’s no air vent in the bathroom

The staff were so helpful and accommodating for my early check in and late check out due to my travel plans. It made my travel experience stress free!
