Candlewood Suites Anaheim - Resort Area by IHG

I liked the staff and the kitchen in the room. They were all very kind, and being able to prep food for our days in the kitchen was great. Also, the A/C worked really well!! And good water pressure. We stayed in room 502, and the WiFi barely connected. So I had to go to the lobby when needing to use the WiFi. Probably because the room is in the corner of the hotel, but yeah bad WiFi connection. And the remote didn’t work to Chanel changes, just the tv volume.

The room was nice, efficient, and clean. The lobby was welcoming and customer service was great. The parking garage was small, but we were able to find a space. The only thing was because there’s a small kitchenette in the rooms walking down the hall you can smell food cooking, which could be good or bad! I didn’t have any serious issues with the property. For two people the room was great for a few days. However the queen size bed was on the smaller size. The drain in the tub was slow. But not enough to cause too much of a delay for the next person needing a shower. I would book this hotel again!

This hotel is very good, there are two drawbacks: no breakfast but it does have great coffee in the lobby and you do have a full kitchen. Another one is only one elevator for a 6 story building , long wait and slow!

We are return guests to this property and once again it was a wonderful place to stay near the Anaheim resorts. The kitchenette is handy for making easy meals and this time we booked a room with a separate bedroom which was a great option for 3 adults. The staff was helpful and kind, and the property was well maintained.

Joey was fabulous and deserves a raise. He tried to find us a room to overlook the fireworks. Also, he let us check out an hour later after we finished our day at the park at nearly 11:30. He was wonderful and cannot say enough good about him.

The bed was clean and cozy. Full kitchen with dishes and all amenities for cooking was great! Nice and quiet at night, couldn't hear neighbors. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Amazing vacation and great facility to stay.

I like the fact that the bus to Disney stopped right in front. However, that service is no longer available 1 week after our visit. Hopefully, their management would consider a shuttle to bring guests to the park now that the city bus service is gone.
