NA Did not give me the 3 bed hotel that I paid for and reserved. Cloudy water and no bed sheets for the kids

Great hotel close to parks

Stayed to go to Disneyland and the oogie bogey bash, it’s so close and easy to get to.

I thought they don't offer breakfast The air conditioner and refrigerator make a lot of noise.

Was very clean and the bed where very comfortable. The location it’s great about 15-20 min walking distance to Disneyland 😃 we had a great time!!!

I like the staff. The room and the comfort of the room. The coffee was fantastic. The wifi didn't work in our room 502

I liked the staff and the kitchen in the room. They were all very kind, and being able to prep food for our days in the kitchen was great. Also, the A/C worked really well!! And good water pressure. We stayed in room 502, and the WiFi barely connected. So I had to go to the lobby when needing to use the WiFi. Probably because the room is in the corner of the hotel, but yeah bad WiFi connection. And the remote didn’t work to Chanel changes, just the tv volume.

The staff was so nice!! Property was so clean and the distance from Disneyland was great

Very close to everything you need Double parking slots overnight if you don’t have enough spaces why do you charge $20.00

The room was nice, efficient, and clean. The lobby was welcoming and customer service was great. The parking garage was small, but we were able to find a space. The only thing was because there’s a small kitchenette in the rooms walking down the hall you can smell food cooking, which could be good or bad! ? I didn’t have any serious issues with the property. For two people the room was great for a few days. However the queen size bed was on the smaller size. The drain in the tub was slow. But not enough to cause too much of a delay for the next person needing a shower. I would book this hotel again!

Service and Location The Bed

This hotel is very good, there are two drawbacks: no breakfast but it does have great coffee in the lobby and you do have a full kitchen. Another one is only one elevator for a 6 story building , long wait and slow!
